I think the last one I truly played was red or blue on my gameboy color. Today I just bought Pokemon X to revisit this repetitive yet addictive world, also because maybe it'll get me closer with the gaming students a little. It was a hard decision to make... as I don't believe portable games should be $40. So here goes... don't think I'll have much time to play it this week but I'm going to go at it here and there. This way, I can play games that would otherwise be impossible for me to play, like NXC, Phantasy Star: Generation 1, and the .hack// series (the latter games are MvC2-for-the-Dreamcast expensive DX ).

Because Big Team Infinity Slayer on Exile is fucking awesome. My first game since playing actually went pretty well. Sure, my team lost, but I'm pretty fucking certain that was the best I've ever been at Halo. I got a Killing Frenzy at one point before dying. I made sure to save that match :3 Also, I think I'm getting better at killing people with Plasma Grenades. Frags, not so much. On the other hand, I played small sessions of Need for Speed: Most Wanted and other games. Played a large go of Borderlands and why the fuck does a shotgun need a scope? The multiplayer for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron was kinda disappointing, though. The maps are way too small and confined to accommodate vehicle modes. Sure, you can go jet mode and fly around with no problems, really. But the maps are still small as fuck. ...oh yea, this does mean that my Internet's back. So play games with me. Please? :3

Obviously I still have a lot of sidequest shit to do, but there's also Desmond's first person puzzle things and also the Lost Archive DLC. I don't think they're central to the overarching plot, so I might just jump straight into ACIII tomorrow... or whenever I can. Cousin's coming over again this weekend, so M and up rated games will probably be off limits again. Boo. Also: Spoiler: click to toggle Altair's death was really fucking upsetting ok. I mean, in his final moments, he sends all of the Masyaf Assassins away from Masyaf, then seals himself in a vault with his Piece of Eden. And then sits on a chair in the centre of the vault and just dies of old age. THAT REALLY GOT ME IN THE FEELS FUCK YOU UBISOFT.
