Master Posts: 899 Group: Elite Member #61 Joined: November 9, 2009	League of Legends (PC) Been playing on EUNE servers for about a month now since I'm not in the US for a bit and I've come to an amazing conclusion: EUNE is filled with a bunch of BM smurfs (their main most definitely being banned and rightfully so)! No, they're nothing better than the average Bronze player ~~sadly~~ which I find even funnier.

Posts: 4,950 Group: Elite Member #70 Joined: November 11, 2009	Anarchy Reigns (360) Since Microsoft still hasn't gotten back to me about the fact that I can't use my Microsoft Points to buy anything, yet can still add more and renew my Gold, I can't continue my save on Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood since I played it on my friend's console. And he had the DLC so yea. I could always just start over, since I wasn't that far anyway, but fuck that. I also can't be fucked wrestling FFXIII out of its collector's box. Decided to log back in while watching WWE and I just remembered that I could turn down the graphcs settings a little bit. A bit surprising, as it seems that Square's done a bit of tweaking. Setting the game to Standard (Laptop) now has the game running at a much smoother 20-ish fps, as opposed to under 10 when it was set to High (Laptop) by default. There wasn't even a setting for laptops during phase 3, so that's a welcome surprise. Especially since my desktop doesn't like the FFXIV installer. Should probably give it another shot, actually. Until then, I'm gonna go back to running around stabbing things as the midget race. Also managed to finally play a round of Light vs. Dark online in Kid Icarus: Uprising, as my stepfather ended up creating a special "game router" a few weeks ago, which allows all our game consoles to run on Open NAT without any issues :3 I think his next plan is putting my DS Lite through it, so I can play my older DS games online. Including my illegal copies of PS0 and StarForce.

I'll have to bug Dave about it again and see what his plans are. Of course, I'll also need to retrieve my DS' MAC address for him, so he can force the DS to go through a separate system specifically designed for WEP access. Of course, he'll still need to create that special router thingy. But yea.

BL;DR Posts: 3,493 Group: Elite Member #80 Joined: September 7, 2010	So I discovered a thing called 7DFPS the other day, where a bunch of indies got together and made their own experimental FPSs in a week of development. It's fair to say there's a few unique ideas here and there (I saw one where one player acts as the third-person cameraman for three other players, which sounds like it could be neato in a finished game), a few stupid "art" games and a lot of outright misses, but to nobody's surprise Shambles is the one that caught everyone's attention. Because it was made by Notch, it's a Duke3D esque zombie shooter, and while it's a bit goofy looking it's also as fucking addictive as crack. You can probably tell what I've been spending all afternoon playing. And probably the next few two. My score's peaked out at 112 so far, before anyone asks.

Basically, I have deleted all my saves and am starting over. All this is in preparation for Dragon Age: Inquisition a little more than a year from now. I stopped playing on EUNE though since most of my friends here have started going back to school. Once I get back to the states I won't be playing on EUNE at all (if ever). That server (EUNE) is a legitimate Prison Island (OCE servers ain't got nothing on EUNE). I'd rather play a few customs on NA (hooray.... bots instead of people )and try not to get too rusty (mechanically speaking) then even care to login for that matter on EUNE (and fuck EUW, not because they're fucked up, but because their servers are as unstable as a meth-addict without their dose). Also, how's Saints Row IV? Haven't bothered to look up anything on it recently nor read reviews (shoot me). Playing Puzzle Fighter II Turbo (Arcade, PSX, Saturn, GBA) since it's been a while. Got Lucian on Day 1, after trying him on PBE. Oh my god yes take me now gun templar (It's funny because two of my mains now are Lucian and Thresh... god damn sexy men in long coats) If anyone wants to play LoL with me some time, I'm hedjeroo on EUW and NA. EUW's my main server, I got all my skins and shinies there. I'm not even level 10 on NA but I'm working on it... And my playing of Skullgirls is sporadic, but I very much enjoy Ms. Fortune and Valentine. They really suit my playstyle. But I should also adapt my playstyle, so I'm not just smashing my face on the controller. XD" Ah... I've been playing Flight Rising as well! It's a browser game about breeding, collecting and battling dragons. It's actually incredibly well coded, very nicely designed... it has a few server hiccups still from the lack of foresight on the developers' part regarding the server loads they'd be getting.
