Posts: 17,366 Group: All Powerful Deity Member #1 Joined: December 30, 2005	Luffy Foxtrot Apr 8 2013, 01:14 PM I bought LEGO City Undercover today and I'm watching my mother play it and I swear Tt Fusion thinks everyone who plays games is a retard, because she's at the point where you unlock the Data Scan ability to find to find Super Bricks, as you need to collect 15,000 LEGO bricks in order to build a new boat so to progress the story. The game keeps reminding you every 10 seconds how to use Data Scan, EVEN WHEN YOU'RE ACTUALLY USING THE FUCKING TOOL. It doesn't help with the scatterbrained nature of how my mum's playing the game right now, so I've seen the tutorial message at least 50 times now because she keeps getting distracted by studs and other breakable objects instead of scanning for Super Bricks so she can actually build the fucking boat within the next 15 hours. And then when she actually locks the location of one in place, she doesn't actually try to grab it. So yea, cool game so far, but this one part is really pissing me off, even though I'm not the person playing the fucking game. I saw you playing and got in the mood. :3 Also, I do what your mom does all the time; get sidetracked with a ton of other stuff and forget about the main objective. I think the one annoying thing about the game is how you have to manually turn around to scan objects instead of just using the control sticks. Seriously, it's a pain in the ass to do this, especially when you've got the damn gamepad plugged in to recharge. EDIT: Figured I should post this here since we don't have a topic, for anyone who's interested. To unlock the two bonus missions and cars at the garage outside the police station, you'll need a bonus code from some LEGO playset. Just so happens that the code isn't exclusive, so here is one of them: N7NN4F9 You can access this during/after mission 5.

All kidding aside, it takes place in the dawn of video games, you start off developing for their knockoff versions of 80s PCs and Commodore 64s, and you gradually go though the console revolution and generations, and expanding your tech and development skills as well as genres and types of games. Highly suggest you give the demo a try. You get up to the release of the Ninvento Gameling (it's so silly) and just enough time to develop a game for it. Graduate Posts: 181 Group: Elite Member #96 Joined: December 20, 2010	Mechwarrior Online (PC) I'm a bit late to the party on this one as I thought I needed a good joystick setup to properly enjoy it. Even with just a mouse and keyboard, it controls pretty well, and even allows for separate arm and torso movement. I'm still getting into trouble though, since you can't rotate the torso 360 degrees by design. This pretty much means smaller 'mechs can run circles around you and chew you up in no time. Much to learn, but good fun and free to play.

PSN+ has Sleeping Dogs as the free game of the week, which is perfect because I rented it months ago and returned it without beating it. Such an awesome game.

I think it might be. No this is a good thing, you silly willy. Bioshock Infinite guys. It arrives tomorrow I hope. I will be playing that so hard, but to make up for the time, I'm raising Chao on SADX. Also finally set up SA2 on the Wii the other day, over 300 hours clocked into that game. I'm not ashamed that pretty much all of those hours were spent on Chao.
