Oh yeh. Paper Mario Sticker Star (3DS) I got a 3DS for Christmas and Star Fox 64 3D for it, but that has some weak lasting power. So I got the new Paper Mario. Kinda neat, and different than previous titles, that's for sure. |

Scribblenauts Unlimited (PC). I do like this game quite a lot more than its predecessors for the most part since it takes everything good from the first two games, trims out the fat, and presents itself in a genuinely fun game that you can take at your own pace without feeling like you're repeating yourself thrice over. I, for example, technically cleared the game long before I ever got to the final areas. If I did the Starite Shard achievements more, I don't think I would have needed to clear more than half the main areas. Adjectives make an even more potent return than before, as Maxwell no longer needs potions or items to apply effects to objects already present in the areas he visits. You can click on someone and edit their adjectives from a relatively safe point, or give Maxwell his own set of adjectives. (Note: Electrified seems to make Maxwell produce electricity and be immune to it.) The object creator is pretty fun and offers quite a lot of versatility for the budding item-maker. It's possible to add all manners of complex behaviors to any given object, give it any number of weapons, spells, ect, and make it as useful or hindering as you want. The fact that you can upload your creations and pluck fun looking objects off the Steam Workshop is icing on the cake. The fact that 5th Cell stuck this in here so that users could work around Copyright laws and add in things they may not have thought of is good as well. The only thing I really have a gripe with is that the secret areas from the previous games are nowhere to be found here. In the first Scribblenauts, a Teleporter would transport you to a hidden 5th Cell developer room, where you could then learn and jot down the names of a few of the people who worked on the game. Super Scribblenauts made it so the Teleporter took you to a scene inspired by the first Half-Life. Unlimited? Spawns in another Maxwell, effectively cloning in an NPC. It's not a deal breaker, but it was disappointing to know that all those little hidden areas aren't there anymore. |

Darksiders II (Wii U) And now I've found a game breaking bug that won't let me get any further in the main story. And then there's the fact that the game regularly freezes the console to the point that you have to pull the power cable to "fix" it. Something that I've only experienced with Darksiders II. A patch is also unlikely since THQ is pretty much going completely under and selling off its properties. No way will they or Vigil be able to patch the game at all. So, I'll probably restart from the beginning, since that's all I can do, really. |

I've had the pull the plug issue with Ninja Gaiden 3. Thankfully, after the last couple of patches that's stopped happening. |

PSN had some amazing demo choices yesterday. Metal Gear Solid Revengence and Dead Space 3! MGS: R was really fun and pretty challenging. DS3 was.... not scary. I think the scariness of the series has gone down each time. Almost done with Far Cry 3 I think, the multi-player mode is pretty bad unfortunately. Laggy as hell. |

Loving the demo of Metal Gear Rising. Who knew slicing off a mook's legs and watching them crawl to you to get a strike in would be so much fun? XD Also partaking in Borderlands 2. I play a mean Zer0. ;3 |
