Funnily enough only one person thought to point out the perspective nightmare that is Sonic's arm positions. I can't tell whether they're trailing behind him or being held up in the air but either way they look completely broken.

I hate to be part of that crowd, but it does look a either a little different than usual or just off. 2nd thing my eye was drawn to was the random grunge on his shoe. When you do graphic art you tend to be nit-picky on this stuff, we're taught to be that way. His right arm is fine I think... but the left is hard to tell.
