Except SSX is a proper sports game, it makes more sense there, especially considering how it was originally developed by EA Sports BIG, a subsidary of EA Sports. This just seems a little nonsensical, it's bad marketing since no one from the target audience will even know who this is or give a crap. Neither the younger players nor the die hard Sonic fans will think twice about having a Nascar racer in their Sega crossover, wacky racing sim.

Current speculation pins it at either a remake/HD port of NiGHTS Into Dreams, or a level representation in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.
