I think you're talking about the ones that come with Wii REMOTE +. The ones that come with WiiMotion+ (the black Wii that comes with Wii Sports Resort/Mario Kart Wii or the red Wii that comes with New Super Mario Bros.) are backward compatible. I think those non-backward compatible models actually look a little different, much slimmer due to the entire Gamecube controller/memory card hub being removed.

And yes, I was referring to the ones with the WiiMotion+, because I even said so. Now, I wasn't aware that the black and red bundles had the BC, but the newer sky blue colors ones do not. Havoc: That's not a rhetorical question. It's been two weeks since Black Friday, and they're still selling big time at my local Walmart, at $120 a piece.

Hell, the whole reason CD even had two soundtracks for east and west in the first place is due to similarly stupid legal issues like this, so it's not like it's anything new coming from this game.
