There is no cycle, that cycle died years ago, because bitching about a new characters for a new sub-franchise is like saying AoStH shouldn't have had Scratch or Grounder.

Posts: 4,950 Group: Elite Member #70 Joined: November 11, 2009	Taking from that article, as well as what others have said elsewhere, Sticks will only be playable in Shattered Crystal, because Amy gets kidnapped for the whole game. Likewise, as we've already seen, Amy will be the playable character in Rise of Lyric, with Sticks just being around during cutscenes or the like. Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles will be consistently playable across both games. Also, I have to wonder what will be happening for the Japanese fans (if there are any, since the franchise is supposedly unpopular as hell there) as these games have more or less been confirmed as not being released there, ever. Will they get a normal Sonic game to compensate... that in turn, we will never, ever get? Edited by Luffy Foxtrot, Jun 3 2014, 07:35 AM.
