What's worse is that we might not even get to see him make it to next gen, which will soon be current gen... and yes I just left the Wii U out of that category out of spite for the decision and specs. Here's the intro for whoever doesn't mind.

To tell you to truth, I've quite enjoyed the new direction it has taken, and I really don't know what you mean by cringe-worthy. Haven't had a problem like that in the story; only in some elements of the gameplay, but that would just be picky of me.

Like SatAm, or even 06's had a darker tone, but still kid-oriented. Particularly, I mean the acting is still cringe worthy, imo. Posts: 17,366 Group: All Powerful Deity Member #1 Joined: December 30, 2005	Because it took them quite a few games' worth of experimentation and plenty of losses to get to where they are and it's probably the most success they've had since the original Sonic trilogy. I think it's fair to let Sega have their moment of clarity and enjoy it for whatever it's worth, because it has borne the fruits of their labour and they've finally managed to reach a point where they, as well as the fanbase, are comfortable with where Sonic is right now.
