Swayed by the Trax Posts: 21 Group: Member Member #446 Joined: October 17, 2007	Hey, Does anyone know the differences between the old EV and the "Blizzard EV DF-300" if any besides the body........... is the difference strictly cosmetic ?? I ask, because I feel the need for another one ( I have an EV ) and those new ones look "real nice" - - - - but with the exchange rate so crappy right now, it's really gonna cost... thanks for any feedback ( and if you're in Canada - we're about to get 15 - 30 cm ( 6 - 12 inches ) of the WHITE STUFF tonight

Swayed by the Trax Posts: 23 Group: Noobs Member #1,587 Joined: November 26, 2008	From what I have seen there is the cosmetic difference and the DF-300 has a brace to help keep things aligned so the drive chains stay on. Damn all of Canada is getting 15-30cm of snow, that must be one hell of a storm. Edited by Cross, Dec 20 2008, 07:05 PM.

I'm in Ottawa, Ontario........... gonna give it awhile to build up and then take the Subaru out for a "cruise" (hahaha) just put on Yokohama Ice tires this year - the cat comes out later.................... I'm guessing your down south of me - they have really been getting clobbered..... ( thanks to earlier poster for info on differences !! )

Posts: 54 Group: Noobs Member #1,584 Joined: November 22, 2008	ha ha ha ya im down in wells maine and we are getting hammered completely cant get car out of drive way 4foot snow berm blocking my freeekin way o well the blizzard has no problem goin through this fun white stuff that is past knee deep on me at 5.5 im tallest in my family and its heavy and deeeeeeeeeeep this is some funnn stuff : i think im gonna drive neighbors crazy with my toys

We have had over 2' of snow in the past week at my house(40"+ at work). We have another 15"+ in the forecast for the next two days. There is so much snow to rip up here I kind of wish I would have already ordered one. I think I will survive. It is just giving me plenty of time to figure out i want to build a front blade for it once I get it. Then eventually I want to build a tiller for the back.
