I took the Blizz for a ride today... I run a cheapo ezrun 4300kV motor, stock gearing, and 2S lipos... and I found a new way to play with that toy ;)

1- Make sure your diff is packed with thick grease (mine has 100'000)
2- Find a steering setup that "works" for you, ie not the "all or nothing" stock setup, but one where you can actually control the turning radius
3- Find a large, flat patch of hard packed snow... a snowy/frozen parking lot is perfect

and...

4- Drift it like you'd drift a 4wd Touring car! :vibrate:

It's awesome to see that big snowcat doing nice 15ft radius turns forever as you control the radius with throttle... completely surrealistic! and quite challenging on your controlling skills too, hence very rewarding when you get it right. :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Give it a shot - you'll love it!

Paul

(sorry, no vids... was all by myself - but it works!)
