Has anyone tried the motor from the newer traxxas RTR vehicles. Just wondering because I have 2 NIB laying around. If you have tried it how did you gear the Blizzard for the motor? Let me know your thoughts on this. Z-Rider |

Sorry its been pretty dead here lately. not enough snow around right now I guess... What vehicle is this motor out of? A 550 motor out of an emaxx should have plenty of torque for a Blizzard. The best bet is to just try it and see what happens. Just watch for heat in the motor and esc. If either gets really hot to the touch then you need to gear down... Try the stock motor setup first so you have something to compare to. Then you'll know if your getting a better setup or not for what you want... |
