Swayed by the Trax Posts: 2 Group: Noobs Member #162 Joined: January 18, 2007	why is tamiya so out of touch with the people who buy thier products???? there are thousands of tankers around the world waiting for a 1\16 scale RC of the ABRAMS.do they not care?? or are they biased towards euro and asian military vehicles???? the M1 ABRAMS is the only modern day tank to prove itself, and all of its development has been a direct result of war time experiance.all the recent MBT,s that have appeard in the last 20 years owe a bit of thanks to the abrams because the US shared battle feild data with our allies so they could produce a MBT withought having so much R&D.I love all tanks and currently have 4 of tamiyas tanks but not the leo.I want a historic MBT not one that hasnt been proven.maybe one of you tankers on this site could get a email adress to the tamiya CEO and we could light a fire under his rear end???

(for its time... still looks hella cool now though) Still think this is kinda silly, its like yelling at a mercedes for not making the car you wanted.

I am not asking a manfg company to make a model that doesnt exist.I would have been happy with ANY modern machine to compliment the LEO2.they need to quit making imprezas and put out a abrams,challenger somthing along the lines of the leo.then I would start buying more tanks

Swayed by the Trax Posts: 3 Group: Member Member #438 Joined: October 13, 2007	hello all I too am looking for an ABRAMS M1A1 or M1A2 main battle tank.........I know there are several cheapies on ebay but whats the likely hoodof taking an A6 and swaping the outer shells to another 1/16 M1A1 or M1A2 My biggest reason for wanting the tank is that I work at the plant that makes the Abrams.................you see them all day and NEVER get tired of seeing them!! I hope SOMEONE has some input on this!! Thanks John
