Worthy of the Trax! Posts: 26 Group: Member Member #41 Joined: January 13, 2006	While here it is, it's pretty simply, works well and is very easy to take on and off. Overall the plow was not that hard to build but the hardest part would have to be bending the metal and the lift mechanism. While enough talk here it is The wear strip even though it looks black is a nice piece of shiny stainless steel And here it is in action Also mounted on my highlift Its kinda weird on the highlift becasue it works better with the stock tires and the front diff unlocked. Now I know the axle probably is not the best place to mount something like this but for now its all I could come up with. Also the plow will lift the front tires off the ground on the truck and will lift the tracks quite a ways off the ground to. And lastly as with a lot of my stuff its really never done its a work in progress. more to come as I progress with the design

(love the hi lift too, but then I am partial to scalers) Whats with the powing snow picture tho? Is that what I think it is on the bad of the Blizz? Or maybe I don't want to know...

Worthy of the Trax! Posts: 26 Group: Member Member #41 Joined: January 13, 2006	Thanks on the plow and the highlift Outcast. man I just can't decide what I am going to do with the body on the truck. Ok little update on the plow. The shocks are gonzo, could idea in theory not good in reality, They would just trip on every little thing that I hit be it hard snow or a little bump on the pavement in addition I thick the shocks were compressing when I was pushing a lot of snow too. Which is good but it just so happens that it changes the angle of the blade which makes the snow not move so good when plowing. So in goes some 440 rod all I can say is waaaaaaayyyy better man what a difference in the amount of snow I can push now and I can now scrap the pavement clean too How bout another plow contest Outcast
