Rcu Tank Forum Changes

 Just to let everyone know that RCU is finally going to change from there one tank forum to a proper breakdown of sub forums. There is going to be a vote shortly on wether to do a simple or comprehensive design.

Seeing as such a decision benefits us all I thought I would let everyone know and you can go over there to show your support.
