Dumb question time!

Is that an R/C tank, err.. tank destroyer? What scale is it?

It is 1/25 scale, kit made in the 70's there appears to be no rc stuff in it. It can only go forward and back, it has no gearbox, there is a switch on the bottom, uses D batteries, looks like it's set and forget. Might be able to put some 1/24 scale rc gear in it.

Yeah, I had to ask because it looked a lot like a 1/35 scale Tamiya static model I have. Everything I've read indicates that the Jagdpanther was a pretty good weapon. 88 gun, pretty reliable, heavy front armor, fairly good speed.

I'd like a 1/16 R/C version too, but why do I have a feeling it'll wind up being $700? :banghead: That 1/35 Jagdpanther was the first, and probably last static Tamiya model I'll get. It was on sale. New release 1/35 going for $55!!! :crying:
