I am looking to get a blizzard in the near future. My question is, can the Nitro crawl? I know with the nitro trucks they cant crawl very well because they load up with gas and die. Is it the same affect in the Blizzards? Can you take the Nitro in snow or water? This is a question for just a basic blizzard, but how do they handle on hard surfaces, ie. concrete, rock and what not. Thanks, MX |

Hey, I can say alot of words but a vid would be better: check this post by 'theWreck' : http://making-trax.org/index.php?showtopic=256 I was suprised watching that vid how well it does climbing, certainly it seems as good as my EV, albeit faster overall when he hits the throttle. I tink its because of the 2 speed giving it a bit more torque for climbing in first and more speed on flat surfaces.... judging by my EV the mechanics of the Blizzard(either EV or GP) are such that most surfaces ar fine, but the hard plastic tracks struggle for grip on hard surfaces like concrete or smooth rocks. you can add strips of rubber to the tracks(there is a guy on Ebay selling strips of it specifically for the blizz, but there's probably a cheaper industrial source).
