I got mine a few days ago and was happy except 1 thing...the QRC does not shift easily at times and the thing just grinds and whims standing still. Tried adjusting the servo horns and linkages but no avail
Eventually, I just added a 3rd servo (I was using a 3 chn controller) and it solved the problem It was quite simple though. I removed the crappy round plastic piece completely. The original servo for throttle/ gear shift was connected to chn 3 (not digital proportional, but 1 way, just like reverse for Savages) and controls gear shift entirely. I then added servo no 3 for throttle. I just let it sit on where the round plastic part was originally mounted. I did not even cut holes or screw the servo to the chasis plate, I merely used the super tough black double sided tape provided with the kit to stick the servo down, add a small horn, cut the linkkage shorter and VIOLA....Blizzard with 2 speed fwd/ reverse, and no problem shifting thereafter!

You could either donate to the site and then you'd have the abilty to post pictures directly to the site. http://making-trax.org/index.php?showtopic=159 Or you can sign up for (Imageshack / Photobucket to name a couple) and then you'd be able to upload pictures thru there. I couldn't begin to tell you whats a better site for image hosting having never needing to use such services. I am sure others here would be able to send you to the better ones. These services will give you limited options for free but will demand money for enhanced services... |

3 channel is the way to go, did almost the same thing but with the plastic tray supports, servo laying on it's side. works great but stick through the body. Have to find some better servo mount and try it another way, on my second one. Using my JR XS 3 Pro with Grip button C set at 2P. push 1 reverse push again back to forward |
