After letting the smoke out of an Mtroniks RV Max with a 21 turn double, decided to give the 5.5 brushless a try. I ran 3/8" thick x 3/4" wide weatherstripping around the edge of the chassis to keep everything dry. So far, just ran 14 tooth with stock spur gear. The motor and speed control don't even get warm, so gearing up shouldn't be a problem. I'm getting around 25-30 minutes on 3300 pack on farily hard driving. This thing now has power to wheelie off the tops of snow drifts with the flick of the throttle. After being somewhat disappointed in the performance with brushed motors, I now drive my blizzard every day. 10 packs through it, no problems or abnormal wear seen yet. |

That would be cool. From the sound of it you may have the fastest one I've heard of. |
