Those are more rare than the DX's... only cause the DX's are all over Germany in their Pisten Bully configuration, and the HM never hit hard over there. I always wondered what cutting the tracks would perform / look like. I always liked the 5 bogie design better then the newer 4 version...

Considering what people are paying for the Nitro and EV Blizzards on ebay i assumed the NIB Heavy Metal would easily get $500+

I must admit I've been scouring Ebay for terms like "blizzard" "EV" "DX" and even "Kassbohrer pistenbully" for Ebay.de, but not heavy metal...

I love the Blizzard as you all seem to also. I need to say that I am disappointed with my ebay purchase as it is missing some critical parts. I have contacted the seller but he is doubtful that he will be able to find the parts. I will be returning it if he doesn't find them. Other than the missing parts, the kit is mint. I am very disappointed. I have several Blizzards. I have a DX w/plow, a Heavy Metal, a DX NIB, an EV that I play with. I will post some photos when I have time. Thanks for putting together this site. I really enjoy it. Mike

He admits that he should have done a simple inventory check, which is what I did when I received it. Bag # HMT-7 is missing. It contains the gearbox, the NiCad retainer, double sided foam tape, a foam block and oil. It's really a shame. Thanks ~Mike
