We haven't had near what we're used to either. Just the odd area still holding out right now. Luckily I have mountains around me so a 10 minute drive and I am in the deep stuff!!!

Hello all, thanks for providing such a wonderful resource on tracked vehicles. I am a newbie when it comes to this area of R/C. At present all of my attention has been devoted to model boats (yes the really wet stuff  ) 7 in all and now I've had a rekindled desire to get a Kyosho Blizz in EP since I saw one about 6 years ago. Typical of my luck when I went to purchase it, it had already been sold. Then Kyosho in their infinite wisdom pulled it from the UK market. Woo Hoo at least it is back in a much nicer looking body. Now eager to get one for the approaching winter and get out on the snow where it belongs
Now please bear with me as I try to catch up with you experts on how and why plus the terminology is so different! A steep learning curve approaches GREAT.Thanks for allowing me to ramble a bit and I do look forward to contributing to this wonderful site. cheers Jim |

Great site guys! I'm into R/c scale work boats, yachts and paddle driven ships. Visit www.paddleducks.co.uk , www.edinburghmodelboatclub.org and www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk FOR ALL OF YOUR R/C BOATING NEEDS. I really need to get a Kyosho Blizzard EV ! | |

Hi all, I just wanted to say howdy. Those here who know me (OC and Spoon) know that I have been tempted by the Bliz for a while now, and now I've cracked. There is a EP and a bearing set coming my way as I type. So, hopefully I can be of use around here, after I learn up on the tricks of these little things

Hello? HELLO? Is this forum on? There has not been a new post in a long time here. There has not been a new topic in forever. Who is allowed to post new topics anyways? I know my group is not allowed to in any forum. Of course I have no idea what my "group" is? I finally purchased a Blizzard. It looks like I will take my build and mod thread to a different site. I am definitely not going to just add mine on to the end of a existing topic. tdeal823 ultimate hobbies has blizzards both the EV and DF-300, electric and nitro. The blizzard is not discontinued as some(ebay) like to make us believe. You can also buy them on EBAY, most of the buy it now ones are over priced though. Last I checked ultimate Hobbies had the DF-300 for $205 and free shipping. |

There is some discussion over on RC Universe in the unusual R/C forum http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/default.asp?fh=1 I spend my time over on Scale 4x4 http://www.scale4x4rc.org/forums/ Here is the link to the build I am doing now. http://www.scale4x4rc.org/forums/showthread.php?t=32731 |

There is such a wealth of knowledge on these things spread out over all the net. Makin-Trax seems dead so I'm trying to start another board to get all this knowledge under one roof. I'm not trying to steal anyone's traffic, but I'm constantly finding other forums with a bit of knowledge here or there. Why not try to bring it all back together? Check out here: http://s1.zetaboards.com/RCsnowcats/index/ |
