i am down here in the  south in Texas....do i need to put these rubber pads on if i plan to run grass,dirt,street?

Mine didn't work so well in the street or on concrete without them. I just put on the stock pads as indicated.

Hooray! I thought I was the only Blizzard owner in Texas!
