Interesting... My Blizzards have been seeing tons of snow and I am barely getting snow on the upper plate or inside the lower section. The top of the bodies covered in snow, and tons on the outside of the side plates, and in the tracks. What I did do that may help you. First balloon that receiver. I am not worried about servos. Next I ran a lrp runner water proof esc. I ran full length rubber strips on the top of the side chassis rails, it stops a lot of snow entry potential. I then run full strips of velcro around the cab sides and front. It seals quite a bit. The back of the cab is not sealed but I think its the snow being thrown from the tracks and the front of the cab pushing thru snow that is the main problem. If I remember next time I'll take a before and after shot of my snow protection and how much is getting thru... |
