Worthy of the Trax! Posts: 93 Group: Contributing Member Member #97 Joined: July 1, 2006	I played a couple of skirmishes. Yeah, even with the AI patch, the computer ain't too bright! But it was totally stupid without the patch. I can see from what they have done so far, they have put a lot of TLC in this. The parts they do have done are commercial quality to be sure. I'm not sure about multiplayer (in fact, never played Generals mulitplayer). The ability to build a LOT of units now hinges on your (general's) promotions. I can see how the first person to get promoted might easily run away with a victory and never get to see some of the units. It is that way in skirmish mode, for sure. The AI doesn't put up enough of a fight to get enough promotions to play with all the units. I never get to play with the Pershings or other heavy tanks.
