You could either donate to the site and then you'd have the abilty to post pictures directly to the site.

Or you can sign up for (Imageshack / Photobucket to name a couple) and then you'd be able to upload pictures thru there. I couldn't begin to tell you whats a better site for image hosting having never needing to use such services. I am sure others here would be able to send you to the better ones. These services will give you limited options for free but will demand money for enhanced services...
