well personally I'm gonna get a Blizzard EV as soon as they come back in stock.. but then I am an Electric Monster truck/off road guy anyway so it makes no sense for me to go Nitro with a Blizzard(I have batts, and electrics but no fuel, glow starters etc which I would have to buy for a nitro vehicle). I think it comes down to which you prefer to run. I like electric for ease of use and the fact that its quiet so I can run it in my garden without complaint of noise from neighbours. nitro will probably be faster, and I daresay with a little beefing up and a bigger/better engine the GP would be very fast. I know a few folk here are planning to drop a good brushless system into blizzard Ev's to see how fast it can go that may address the balance when it comes to speed. I dont plan to do this as I dont have any BL systems so it would be the same cost as buying another blizzard to make my first one brushless. from looking on Ebay the EV seems rarer, but they may simply be selling what they can get hold of right now. I guess it comes down to your own preferance. it may also depend on what you want to do with it, i.e. you may want to run it stock, or else make it a project to modify it in some way. box stock the GP is obviously faster, but with good motors and maybe an adpated 2 speed(like an E-maxx transmission) the EV might be better all round... although this would be a more involved project and cost more overall.
