Typically no, Nitro motors produce less torque than electric ones - it is for this reason that the EV has one speed whereas the Nitro Blizzard GP is fitted with a 2 speed gearbox to make better use of its power. the GP is probably faster overall, but I doubt it has more torque. as for stronger/better the main chassis, wheels tracks, diff, brakes etc are shared on both kits so its one of the few RC's where the only difference is the nitro or electric powerplant(well that and the two speed in the nitro).
