depends what you want - are you familiar with running a nitro RC car?(I would say tank not car, but unless you already had a Nitro blizzard you wouldnt be...), it can be a little more involved than running an electric. however beyond the basic power source both the Blizzard EV and GP work the same way, a single diff with two brakes, one to stop each track to steer(skid steer). I believe one of our members is looking into converting one into the other(nitro -> electric). the nitro blizzard is currently easier to get on Ebay, and for a similar price to the EV right now... Kyosho are reorganising their distribution and the last blizzards sold out, the next batch should be due in january if you can find a store selling them. personally I would get an electric(blizzard EV) as I am most familiar with running electric RC's and already have electrics that can go in it. plus I dont really want to have to muck about tuning carbs with frozen fingers if I run it in snow...
