Hi, I have been having consitent problems trying to view Xfinity DVR recording in the cloud on my iPad using iOS 10.2 and the Xfinity TV app (version 3.11.0.721) I can set the recording either from my TV or from my iPad and they happen as scheduled. If I watch the recordings on the TV, they work perfectly. But if I try and download them to my iPad and watch them "off line" the downloaded recording are extremely choppy. They will skip ahead (sometime 15+ mins), they will reset to the beginning after playing for a few miniutes, and some just don't play at all. I have reset the iPad, I have deleted and reinstalled the Xfinity TV app - nothing seems to fix the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any idea? Please help. Thanks!
