Isaiah 30:26 "Moreover, the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold as the light of seven days."

In that light, Heaven receives from the moon as much radiation as the Earth does from the Sun, and in addiction 7X7 (49) times as much as the Earth does from the Sun, or fifty times in all.  The light we receive from the moon is one ten-thousandth of the light we receive from the sun, so we can ignore that.  With this data we can compute the temperature of Heaven:  The radiation falling on Heaven will heat it to the point where the heat lost by radiation is just equal to the heat received by radiation.  In other words, Heaven loses fifty times as much heat as the Earth by radiation.  When using the Stefan-Boltsmann fourth power law for radiation:  (H/E)4 = 50, where "E" is the absolute temperature of the Earth, 300°K (273+27).  This gives "H" the absolute temperature of Heaven, as 798°K (525°C or 977°F).

Revelations 21:8... "But the fearful and unbelieving... shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone."

Okay.  The temperature of Hell cannot be accurately measured in the Bible, but we can implement a little basic knowledge of science and get a general idea of how hot is is.  Therefore: Hell must be less than or exactly at 444.6°C-- the temperature at which brimstone or sulfur changes from a liquid to a gas.  A lake of molten brimstone (sulfur) means that its temperature must be AT or BELOW the boiling point, which is 444.6°C (above that point, it would be a vapor, not a lake.)  We have then, temperature of Heaven: 525°C (977°F) and the temperature of Hell: less than or equal to (=>) 444.6°C (>=832.28°F).

Heaven is hotter than Hell.

Heaven, Hotter then Hell. Who woulda thought?
Desist, brother, you know this will not help us!

Heat rises, so Heaven is hotter than Hell.

Light does not necessarily translate to heat, particularly when said light is in a non-physical plane. Otherwise, God wouldn't be able to be next to anybody without burning them to death since he's supposed to radiate light and all, though that might explain the burning bush.

I'd like to point out that nowhere does it say that the brimstone is liquid. Moreover, brimston generally refers to the sulfurous smell that is a result of volcanic eruptions, as such fire and brimstone generally refers to molten volcanic material. When God rained down fire and brimstone, it was likely that instead He was lazy, and decided to make a nearby volcano erupt instead.

Anyways, assuming this is the case, the "fire" mentioned is most likely magma, much like in the center of the earth, which must be at least 600°C, or 1112°F. The "brimstone" mentioned is likely the sulfur that is generally a natural part of volcanic activity.

Therefore, Hell is hotter than heaven. *debates seriously* %::%
Some days I wonder if it was worth it.
Then, I realize, looking at the sky, that nothing is worth it.
After all, what is worth?
Worth is nothing.
A mere word, invented by humans to signify that we think that we are important, too.
We aren't.
Then, as I think, I hear a voice calling to me.
It calls my name.
I walk towards the voice, heedless of my actions.
After all, it doesn't matter.
It isn't worth the safety.
Nothing is worth anything.
Walking, I see a man by a fire.
He beckons for me to sit.
I sit.
And he asks me, "Why did you come?"
I answer, "Staying there wasn't worth it, as nothing is worth anything."
He replies, "If staying there wasn't worth it, and you came here, does not that mean that it was worth it to come here?
Begone, you, and think more on the true meaning of life."
I wake up the next morning, still in the field, on the ground.
I stand.
For it is worth it to stand.
