Train Conductor to Hell

Once long ago, a man named Eirias, leader of the nation of Eraset, was traveling alone back to his castle. He stopped for the night in a secluded forest, and began to gather firewood. Once all the firewood was gathered, a man in a black cloak walked into his campsite, before Eirias could say a word, the man put his index finger on his forehead. Eirias’ mind was filled with visions of darkness, a world in a never-ending night, demons roaming the world. Then the stranger took his finger from the kings head, the king then asked, “What must I do to prevent this?”

The stranger looked at Eirias and said, “Promise to have faith in me, and this shall never come to pass. But stray away from your faith, and this Darkness shall be unleashed in all of its fury.”

The king nodded reverently, saying, “What is your name, Great One?” The stranger let out a deep rasping laugh, “Call me Primeval.” Then he vanished without a trace.

The king went back to his castle; he then threw away his crown, declaring he was Gods man, and that he would bring faith into his kingdom. Some thought him insane; others thought he was a messenger of the light. He created the Church of Primeval, and the three separate sects of the Faith. The most numerous are the priests, or the Staffs, they do everything from preaching, to marrying people, and forgiving sins; the second most numerous are the Faith Militant, or the Swords, they fight injustice, and enemies of the Faith; they have the reputation of fanaticism and implacable hatred for enemies of the Faith. The smallest branch are the Wardens, or the Gavels, they judge criminals, and when the situation requires it, execute said criminals. They are ruled over the most worthy priest, called the kingpriest.

Eirias succeeded in his goal, he brought the Light of the Lord to the land of the continent. Yet on his deathbed, Eirias uttered the following words, “This is a false sense of security...Darkness will come no matter what we do...I see that now...Yet I shall remain faithful.” Because those words would shatter the fragile beginnings of the religion, the man Eirias appointed as his successor cursed him to hell. He then ordered all records about Eirias sealed, and destroyed. Over the centuries, the single nation of Eraset splintered, becoming five, Eraset, Venge, Kara, Yewa, and Gengari.

In 867 A.P (After the Promise), a teenage girl was apprehended in the capital of Eraset after carving a path of destruction trying to track down and kill her father. The girls name was Maraya and she claimed the people she killed, and her father who was still at large, were vampires.

Before more information was attained, the girl disappeared.

That girl is a Gardami, a product of her werewolf mother’s rape by her vampire father. Born with the powers of a vampire and a werewolf without all of the weaknesses. She is a fugitive from the law, hunted by many different organizations. She wears a black gem on an earring on her left ear; she inherited it from her mother, who took it off a dead priest she found in the woods. It has the ability to track down vampires, and she follows it hoping that it will lead her to her father, though it has not yet. She has been accosted by the Swords on many occasions, during the latest encounter, a dying commander said, “The Promise must be attained...The shadows are beginning to swirl...” Then he died, leaving more questions then he answered. What did he mean the Promise must be attained? And what did it have to do with her?

What do you call Satan minus his past as an angel of the Lord?
