An AMC Original Show centered around advertising executives on Madison Avenue in New York during the 1960's, Mad Men is a brilliant and cutting drama, centering around Donald Draper, debonair creative director at Sterling Cooper Advertising. The show also displays the changing social and familial values of 1960's America. Pretty much the best new show since the Wire. Seriously look at these motherfuckers. Classy. Grade-A classy right there. Except they're all pretty much cheating on their wives. Even so, STILL CLASSY. That's how fucking debonair these guys are. Cheating on their wives and you're still rooting for them. Plus, Christina Hendricks is smoking hot in it Discuss. (Alternatively we can make this topic about the Star Wars Expanded Universe. Your choice)

Best new Fantasy series since Lord of the Rings. Esentially a fictionalized version of the War of the Roses, A Song of Ice and Fire takes place in the fictional world of Westeros, where seasons can last for years at a time. The story centers around the Starks of Winterfell, whose motto is "Winter is Coming" (fuckers probably feel awful foolish when it ends). Lord Eddard Stark is summoned to be an advise to the king, and he and his family are caught up in political intrigue, scheming, and wars between the feuding houses of Westeros. The story is a planned seven books, with four out currently and the fifth close to release (Althoug book four was released in 05 with a note saying Martin hoped to have #5 out in 06, and it's now four years later :\|). It's less idealized fantasy than most, focusing on a world almost entirely devoid of magic- no elves, dwarves, or walking trees. Also: pretty much everybody fucks everybody else (both literally and figuratively). Each book is at least 600 pages, so there's plenty to keep you amused. However Martin's probably gun die before he finishes the series, so it might not be the best idea to get attached. Seriously, look at this guy: No way he's making it another ten years. Oh HBO is also currently adapting it into a pilot for a TV series, so you could always wait for that. But the books are pretty good.

District 9 A story about what happens when an alien ship visits Earth and comes to a stop over Johannesburg South Africa. Beslummed (fuck you that's a word) and estranged from human society, the aliens are put in a camp outside city limits. for twenty years the aliens have lived in District 9, but public pressure is forcing the authorities to relocate the aliens further from the city. the company MNU is preparing to enter District 9 and begin the massive relocation operation. From Neil Blomkamp and Peter Jackson, D9 is one of the best movies this summer. An action-packed and surprisingly touching story about bigotry and EXPLODING DUDES WITH LIGHTNING GUNS. fuck man, there are so many better things than Naruto to talk about.

Zetsu got his neck snapped in half. 0.o And Sasuke just killed, (yes killed for the first time) 2- samurai's in like on lightning attack And now he's begun fighting Raikage. 0.o Oh well, wasn't as bad as the new Bleach chapter.
