I noticed today on the BOE's muinutes they changed the "closed meetings" to "special meetings". I ask because I was looking up one of the minutes that had 4 people talking about the "Lecacy", I think in 2004 or 05. I can not find this now. Does anyone have their records from before? And why change from "closed" to "special"?? |
