The citizens of Livonia, that's who!!!!!!! This person spoke at a recent BOE meeting, and by the way I was told all proceeds go towards the signs production. Yes, Rose, you are right. That older gentleman with no kids in LPS said he will take a $5 "donation" for the signs. The money being used to pay for the signs, not the childrens education
