Capacity of the courtroom was 65, so the rest of us--about 70-80 people wearing red---had to wait in the hallway. The injunction was denied, but if we have more evidence to present we can submit again. Not really sure what the next step; there were so many people it was hard to have a conversation about what happens next. Please watch the 12:00 news. All 3 stations and WWJ were there and Mr. Salazar made a statement.

When the hearing was over the Sheriff would not allow anyone to stand in the hallway and discuss it so we don't know what the judge actually said. We just came home. There were cameras from Channel 7 & 2, plus WWJ. I just hope people don't give up the fight. We can still go for the recall....does anyone know if there will be another court hearing?

My assumption is that it is time to get depositions and affidavits. Not at all sure on the timeline for next steps, but I'm sure someone will clarify soon.

Yes he left the door open he sayed..With that I see more proof is needed. Also said there were contradictions on the website..which I don't understand...
