Isn't St. Mary's lease the one for $1 a year? Could be off here.

TAB appears to have been silenced. I have seen no posts in several days.

You may recall that he admitted he did not know about some property leasing to Canton schools.

Did you note his disclaimer on one of his last posts?

Legal council probably jumped on him to keep quiet.

The admin seems to take a paternalistic view of the BOE, feeding them what they need to know and having them sign on the dotted line.

Don't think we'll be seeing posts from the BOE from now on.

I was wondering the same thing about TAB. I haven't seen any of his posts lately. Hmm? Makes you wonder doesn't it? About being silenced. :ph43r:

I heard the lease was for $1 a year for 99 years. I'm not sure how much of the land it included though. Is that public infomation?

That's just weird. Why didn't they just sell off that portion to them?

The lease agreement is contained in the BOE minutes for the July 2005 meeting.
