Isn't it strange that we get a new forum member every day or so that wants to argue with everyone. Do you think it may be the same person or same people just changing their name. Do you think they are just trying to throw us off track so we got off of certain subjects. Or maybe, they just try to get us to go back and forth with them so the real newcomers will think we look bad and are agumentative? Does anyone else feel this way? I say when someone like this shows up, we just ignore them.

What happens if you read a lot of the posts, wanting to be informed, and don't respond for fear of adding to the repetativeness, etc. Until, you see something that needs clarification, so you finally make a post? Should that be ignored?

No, that's not what I was referring to. If you have been keeping up with the forum you would know what I am talking about. We always welcome new people and questions, even if they are repetitive. It's the ones that come on the forum and when members are trying to have a discussion, they come in making unconstructive comments and are repeatedly rude. You will not see many of the people's posts. They have been edited. Kids come on this forum too, and these words will not be tolerated. This forum is to discuss, not to argue.

If you need something clarified, you will get clarification. I ask for clarification all the time. Never got a rude response....but maybe I worded my post in a respectful way. But go ahead and ask questions, that's what the forum is for.

I don't think anything sincere or informative will be ignored.

I think Rose has noticed that there are a few newcomers that pop in and post something antagonistic just to "stir the poo". :o These people usually start an argument, and have nothing valid to back up their position.

I believe anyone’s point of view is welcome as long as it does not meet the above criteria. Please post your thoughts and ideas, I've heard many good ideas here that didn't even occur to me.

Usually I prefer just to read, but I'll ask questions if I have them. Thanks.

I'm so glad I can laugh sometimes when I read these-"stir the poo"- I LOVE IT!!! It relieves the tension that starts building sometimes.

I agree about the antagonistic comments. I feel like I've been baited before and I can't help but defend myself. Thus, it's starts an argument that has nothing to do at all with the subject at hand.

I am slowly learning who to stay away from, because it won't matter what you say to them OR how you say it. They will twist it around and make it sound like YOU'RE the unreasonable one. When they are asked for some positives about the LI, they NEVER have an answer.

So...............here's to NOT stirring the poo

I agree with Rose..it does seem as though it is better to not "argue" with the cyber bullies. I think a couple of people on this forum are baiting folks into arguing for cheap entertainment! I say ignore unless they are asking or offering valid information. Happy New Year everyone!

I agree...there seems to be a lot of "newbies" lately. Loved to have them but it seems they are trying to be antagonistic.

I agree. There are some people who come in here that try to distract us from the topics. People that come in here to find answers probably find it hard to follow
things. I'm all for ignoring people that are not contributing anything worthwhile.

I have to admit though that I'm guilty of my share of joking around---just my nature. I will try to resist in the future. I don't know if I can be that serious all the time!!!

Okay. I'm in. I will resist the urge to be sarcastic.

I've already fallen off the wagon. It's more difficult than it sounds. Hi, my name is LivoniaRecall, and I'm sarcastic. It's been 10 minutes since my last sarcastic remark. Its one post at a time for me. (sobbing with face in hands)

I think that you need a 12 step program.....I was trying to not stir the pot with a conversation that a few others had no problem with when you up and started in with me. I find you rude and mean. I think that you need more than a 12 step program...maybe an intervention and then rehab. I am glad that I don't scare off easily. Aren't you? :D
