New Section To Registration!

I hope Acer and the others will allow this. This kind of thing adds the board rules in the registration part. It doen't seem to be working right now, I want everyone to read the rules again and at the same time. Reading the rules at the same time may get it working, If not, I will contact the person who made this and have him/her help with the code.

Not reading any rules is againt the rules of this board I hope.

Unregistered	Well, I guess that's a good sign. But getting banned with harsh reality with dealt punishment from lieing and not obeying the Forum Rules, I mean 'wow' man. But that sounds fine if some spammer wishes to invaild that proposition. Then again, it may drive members away, but you never know. Well, the Forum Rules are placed here for a reason. I see no effect on members that do or don't read the rules, but it's up to them if they're going to face consquences or avoid being punished severely.

Well, I kinda did. >_<; b.) Hmm... now I can see that. So it would seem. Non-rulebreakers won't get affected by it, but rulebreakers do. Very interesting.
