Titansgo.net dropped this. This should amuse you, lankree.

DC Comics' August '06 solicitations came in yesterday, and revealed details for "Teen Titans Go!" #34, the series' first appearance of Kid Flash and Mas y Menos (in a race, no less)! Not mentioned by DC is a cameo by the venomous assassin Cheshire as well!

In related news, TTG writer J. Torres has revealed a few more characters to appear in future TTG issues. On top of a second appearance for the fastest kid alive (for TTG #36), upcoming "Teen Titans Go!" guest stars include: Phobia, Jericho, and...more Terra? Those and many more will give those new Season 5 characters a much deserved spotlight. Bring it on!

More Wally, Tara, Jade, and Joey are always good but seeing Phobia will intrigue me considering she was non existent in the animated.

So enjoy. I'll post the Legion announcements separately.

You're correct, DC, I am amused.

I had already caught wind of the Kid Flash/Mas y Menos race... but the appearance of Cheshire and and Jericho... I am very close to jumping up and down in my seat. I'm really looking forward to picking up those issues in the future.

But I wonder, will there be any Kid Wykkyd? That's something I'd really like to see. If Torres is brining in those guys, there could be a possibility of other Season Fivers: Timmy, Teether, Melvin, Red Star, Good Girl Jinx, Herald and maybe even *gasp* Argent.

Wouldn't that amuse you, DC?

Only if she has some panels with Robin. Then I'll be amused.

Billy Numerous made an appearance in #25, so Kyd should make one eventually, I would think. He's getting a weird fanbase. Hee.

Terra?

What's SHE doing in stuff?

Didn't she give up being who she was in the animated series?

From what I gathered from the issues I read, the series doesn't adhere to the animated continuity. With the exception of Terra and a kinda sorta reference to Trigon early on, I haven't seen anything that connects the comic series to the season plots. Just a very episodic writing style.

So think setting and characters, and that's it. Not much more I can say.
