I sort of consider it contact mostly cause I wish it was, but my closest case of interaction and communication with my partner was first when I just started. At the time Wormon was my favorite digimon but for some reason when I was asked who my partner was he just didn't seem like the one to me. I figured out it was Agumon in a dream a had a few weeks after I joined. Just randomly like he just wanted to see me or I wanted to see him or something. He didn't really say anything other than tamer to me and that was it. (lol sort of silly I must admit) But after that it was like everytime I thought of that dream or of Agumon a wave of energy just flowed into me. ^^ So I would like to think that I can talk with my digimon through my own dreams or something like that. I don't think it has very much relation to astro projection cause your conciousness is still yours while you dream.

I have spoken to my digimon through my dreams but if you think about it dreams aren't very relyable. Dreams are visions of memories and past events that are shaped into strange ways to create a dream-like state. Your dreams are really nothing more than images of past events. so whether I have spoken to my digimon in the past or that my dreams are picking up on my obsession I do not know but I don't think they are very relyable. lol I would think astro travel is more relyable than dreams. ^^

I think I can do it quickly for you. lol There was a theory at one point where it was said that a possible reason why one would feel a connection to a digimon would be because of a soul bond. Where the tamer and the partner both can phisically and mentally feel eachothers presence and that solly reflected within ones dreams. If you ask me the soul connection theory is a little farfetched and i have my own theories about dreams. But i wouldn't role out the possibility just yet. who knows? things change all the time. thats life. (does that help our should we get DarkLight to explain it better? He is head of info or something like that. lol)

Nearly anything could qualify or could just be something random. Has your computer ever gone funny just when you were about to find something out about digimon, or have you ever had a really lifelike dream. I have had a rather large amount of dreams involving my partner, a Bearmon, and recently achieved astral projection in which I met Bearmon face to face. I have not gone astral a second time because Bearmon told me to wait for him to contact me due to it being too dangerous, though the dreams have still been going on.

Has your computer ever gone funny just when you were about to find something out about digimon, or have you ever had a really lifelike dream. I have had a rather large amount of dreams involving my partner, a Bearmon, and recently achieved astral projection in which I met Bearmon face to face. I have not gone astral a second time because Bearmon told me to wait for him to contact me due to it being too dangerous, though the dreams have still been going on. I am sorry to say i dont believe in astrol projection and i dont believe dreaming is a logical way for commmunication with digimon. (see previous descusions to understand why) lol im probably one of the few, if not the only one that doesnt believe in those methods. XD The only thing that ever went funny about my computer was that it was invected with a virus which destroyed everything on my computer and i had to buy a completely new one that still glitches every now and then. my dad currently uses my old computer for his own stuff and it seems to work fine for him. but it didnt like me i guess haha I have never spoken with my digimon, i have never felt him. i have only ever had one dream about digimon and that was 2 1/2 years ago when i had realized (or perhaps decided is a better word) that my digimon partner is Agumon not wormon. ^^ so im pretty plain lol. nothings happened to me. im not withholdng anything. im just not as special as the rest of you i guess haha

Rookie Posts: 47 Group: Members Member #274 Joined: July 27, 2009	To those that think dreaming isn't a good way of contacting your digimon, I have a theory that every time you dream (which is every night) You're astral body separates from your physical body and travels to different dimensions, and dreams are just the memory of those travels. The dreams that you have no control of it's like your astral body is on auto pilot. And lucid dreams is obviously when you realize you are sleeping and have control over your astral form. I also think that there is an infinite possibility of dimensions so that's why most people don't have shared dreams, they go off in their own dimension, but those who claim to have shared dreams both went to the same dimension.

I also think that there is an infinite possibility of dimensions so that's why most people don't have shared dreams, they go off in their own dimension, but those who claim to have shared dreams both went to the same dimension. oh really? then using your theory could you explain to me why i had a dream 3 nights ago that i was in Rentens body (from Eureka 7) but i was still a girl and i was on a mission to save a queen and king from some bad guy who ended up stabbing me to death in the end? and while i was dying Tamaki from Host Club, Ron from harry potter and the queen from Star wars came to pay their respects to me before i died. then i asked my friend to carry me to the boarders of the country but i died and turned into butterflies before i even got there. XD (very silly dream i know but lately i've been dreaming of anime and harry potter O.o) (lols im not saying this to be mean i swear. im not even mad or anything. im just asking to see how that would work. i have dreams and silly ones at that but does that mean my spirit was asrto projected into a TV series and i was having a memory dream of what happened there? because if so shouldnt i be dead right now? again no offence or anything. im just testing the theory of astro projection because i am very skeptical of that) btw in case this dream is very hard to believe i promise you i really did have this dream. whats strange about is i dont like harry potter, i havent watched star wars in almost a year now and i ADORE Tamaki. so kinda liked that part of it hehe)

Alright in my theory the kind of dimensions is only limited by "what if" so basically you can do anything, anywhere, so the number of dimension is only limited to the collective imaginations of everyone. Also dieing in a dream wouldn't mean that you're soul dies, because it is still connected to your physical body, in a dream like that (I assume it wasn't lucid) your imagination can run wild, like you said, you've been watching a lot of anime. And it would be a memory of your astral form, or soul as you put it, dying in the dimension, so a mix of both.
