for outside of japan, the HK tramway is a good choice. in Japan, tokaido shinkansen sounds more interesting than it probably is. then again, i found ddg shinkansen the least compelling of the titles. better lines for Japan (my list shows my tokyo biases), i think: - Hakone Toazan line. a no brainer. instantly popular, scenic, beautiful, plenty of rolling stock. - Toden Arakawa line. another no brainer, but hard to code as it's very 'urban' - Keikyu main line. I am not a huge fan of Keikyu, but it would make for a good and popular ddg route. - Ginza subway line. and now ones that i'd personally like to see, even though they might not be so poupular: - keio main line (shinjuku-takaosanguchi/hachioji) - keio inokashira line - seibu tamagawa line - tokyu setagaya line if there were to be another title of a 'complete system' like meitetsu, i think odakyu should get the nod (evne though id personally love to see keio). between the various romance trains and the associated hakone tozan, it would be a winner. huge cachement area of potential customers, too. also, would be great for ddg but for the fact that the real thing is automated (ie no driver): - yurikamome |

Sounds great but it's will be better if you can post somes pictures of the trains/line. For the Keikyu main line, you already have the full line in the game Train Simulator Real Keihin Kyuko PS2: http://minkara.carview.co.jp/userid/250858/blog/19653580/ Edited by keneda2002, Sep 27 2011, 08:48 AM.

The Hankyu Railway (either Takarazuka or Kobe line) would be great. I can't think of a game that has Hankyu in it.

If there was one rail network that deserved its own DDG title, it's the Hankyu rail line. So much mileage and yet no DDG love. Also, more out of Kyushu. Would have loved to see the Kyushu Shinkansen along with more from the local Hakata/Fukuoka lines. They've got a fun network down there. Edited by vanadium, Dec 23 2011, 10:35 AM.
