I noticed recently that DDG 3 was going for upwards of 5,000 JPY on Yahoo! Auctions Japan, so I decided to check out Unbalance to find out exactly why it started going for so much money. Looks like it's been discontinued along with the rest of the DDG and 'de Go!' series in general. http://www.unbalance.co.jp/dengo/ now redirects to their other train-oriented titles at http://www.unbalance.co.jp/train/ and I can't even find the old information on the 1980 JPY titles or joysticks on their site anymore. However, the Support section (http://www.unbalance.co.jp/support/) still appears to contain all the patches. |

Good that I've purchased all the latest DDG PC games before that ;). |

I've yet to get DDG1 and DDG2 in the 1480 package, but have DDG2 3000 in the 1480, and DDG2 in the older 2002-ish release. Other than those two, I pretty much have all the latest 'de Go!' titles. Glad I ordered DDG3, DDG Ryojohen, DDG Shinkansen, and DDG Professional 2 from Unbalance before they retired 'em, though! It means I now have some dupes and versions I'm selling/trading off in the 'Off-Topic' section (http://s14.zetaboards.com/Densha_De_Go_Forums/topic/6635902/1/). |

Snagged the latest and last (i.e, DVD-case) Unbalance version of Densha de Go! 2 finally. Just have the original Densha de Go! left to go and I've finally got a complete PC collection between the Densha de Go!, Jet de Go!, and RC de Go! series! |

Kind of sad. I wonder if maybe sometime down the line (no pun intended) another company (maybe Taito?) can rerelease the PC games. Ideally it would be awesome if they were on a digital download service like Steam (hey, they already have 2 rail sims on there...but translating the games would be a nightmare and I don't think they'd want the games stuck in raw Japanese) |

How unfortunate. But now that it's part of the Square Enix brand, will there ever be a revival? I'd love to see a Ryojouhen sequel. |

I know this is an old thread, but I like to know if anyone knows what the DDG patches do. |

I hope somebody's still paying attention to this thread; I didn't discover until now that not only do they not have it anymore, they're not even letting people who previously purchased any of them download it again. I mean, I kind of get that there don't seem to be any new games coming out, but seriously, not letting old purchasers redownload what they bought before?
