Just a heads up the WOS 3 has has now been released. This time they've simulated the sub-surface Circle line on the London Underground system. Stock appears to only consists of the 1969 introduced 'C' stock (which was also used on the Wimbledon - Edgeware Road trains but no longer does since the circle/district/met timetable recasting. To those unfamiler with the London underground its the Yellow line. It does not include the new "extension" (which was formally the Hammersmith and City line). Features include... (translation) - 3D - Cab with free camera view and controls - Over 54 km of track - 35 highly detailed, faithfully recreated stations on the Circle Line - Free movement in the train and at stations - AI-ride in a train on the Circle Line - Challenging AI trains - The dynamic passengers with boarding and alighting - Elaborate lighting and shadow system - Excellent graphics and night effects - Original labeled signal system - Created exclusively with the original announcements realistic spokeswoman - Fidelity driving noises and sounds - Highly detailed weather effect on train Not sure what's meant by challenging AI given a train is on rails. Maybe they regulate themselves in front of your train. Anyway sarcasm aside it looks lovely . |

Sounds like an interesting game. Never seen any of the World of Subways games available here in Australia. Might have to bite the bullet and order a copy online
