For translations of french the "Babblefish" ;) is most of the time good enough.
And some french words were adopted to german back from the time when french was "en vogue" and not to forget from the french huguenots refugees.
And some french words are similar to english or latin words.
Not to mention that I like to browse multilanguage manuals etc...
