Through google searching for densha de go material, probably in my quest for a type 2 controller! I recently obtained a 2 handle type 1 controller without realising it wouldn't work with many ddg releases, and luckily i was searching and found that it would work with ddg3 which was currently on it's way to my possession. I'm still searching (like many others i'm sure) for a type 2 controller, as i also have ddg final, ddg2 pro, and railfan brown line. I bought ddg final ages ago but only recently got a swap magic disc, up until this point was relying solely on psp versions. I've been a real life train driver for 8 years in sydney, being on interurban services for 2, and a train lover since i was 3yo. It's interesting seeing the comparisons between real life train driving and simulations. I love the complexities of the japanese system- they sure seem to treat their train crews there like gods, where as here we're just, well, blue collar scum i guess! Anyway I thought it would be interesting to communicate with, and read the tips, opinions and dissussions of other fans of these train sims. I'm still searching for that elusive type 2 controller- I prefer the 2 handle controllers to the single, in real life and in simulation, only the power and brake handles are on the opposite sides than i'm used to! |
