A note about EVENT CANCELLATIONS and other time-sensitive updates: When something happens that we want everybody to know about - RIGHT NOW - we do a couple of things. The information will be posted in the "Official Announcements" section and it will also be posted on Twitter and the CWIRA blog. However, if this info (like a race cancellation at 6am) happens when there is no internet access for us - it will be on Twitter first because that can be updated via cell phone. We recomend that if you are set up for it - follow us on twitter.com/cwira and enable your cell/text to recieve twitter updates on race day. Or, if you have a web-enabled phone you can access the info at cwira.blogspot.com or twitter.com/cwira.

Jack took a spill on Sunday and supposedly banged up his shoulder. I don't want any close personal/private info posted, I just want to know if he's OK. Thanks.

I haven't heard anything yet. Try calling his shop - Keytime Motorsports - maybe a "hope your feeling better" might be in order. 608-378-4290. Otherwise I'll snoop around and see if there's any info I can pass along.

I talked to Jack yesterday and he has a cracked collar bone. He was driving a dump truck Tuesday with basically one arm, but he won't be racing at the last two races. However, he does plan on attending the last two races, probably to keep Amanda's coaching program going. So when you see Jack on Sunday, give him a big slap on the back, and tell him how much we would miss him if he wasn't there.....well maybe a little pat on the back....He expects a full recovery, but needs a little healing time....Larry
