Well first let me tell you the basic plot to this game you play Jack who at the beginning of the game is flying over the Atlantic ocean when your plane mysteriously crashes you submerge from the wreckage and start swimming when you notice a strange monument sticking up out of the ocean you swim towards it and go inside where you see an elevator that takes you to the city of Rapture the city under the sea built after the second world war by the engineering genius Andrew Ryan however upon entering the city of Rapture you realize that something has gone horribly wrong. Not in a long time have I found a game with as much depth in the story as this game has there is so much in the game to uncover for instance I am the type of person in games that likes to explore the world to make sure I pick up as much information as possible I did this in every level and each level probably took me an hour and a half to two hours to beat which makes for a very long game overall the game was also probably the creepiest thing I have ever played the characters are great to and very memorable and the game has such a unique feel to it very retro and yet very horrifying and very dark and also very hard this isn't the type of game your gonna pick up and beat in a day which for me is a big upside it probably took me a week or more to beat this game and I had a blast playing it I give this game a 10/10 and I am now officially one of the fan boys that will be counting down the days until the release of Bioshock 2.Well there you go one of my reviews I hope that by reading this I will have inspired all the people on the forum who have a 360 that haven't played this game yet to go and pick it up I got my copy for $20.00 at a Gamestop and it was well spent. |
