Fiery eruptions, hellish energies, wrecked hulls, shucked mobile suits, corpses…the scene played in Rodrin’s mind. Every time he tried to blink it away-every time he diverted his eyes, it only magnified. Now he could smell the sweat, heat drenching his cockpit, and finally the grim copper taste filling his mouth. His breathing grew more shallow and rapid. “Why?!” he tried to yell between breaths but it came out a choked whisper. He clutched his sides, wrapping his arms around his body. At the moment he felt he couldn’t take anymore…that his body and mind were broken, the pain began to subside. Slowly, the images dulled, fading back into the dark gray walls of his quarters on board ship. He tried to swallow past a parched throat, then unclasped his sides. He dragged one hand across his brow. A film of sweat streaked his hand. “How long had it been this time?” he thought to himself as his thoughts cleared and reorganized. He glanced at the clock. Ten minutes had passed since he had lapsed into the dream-consciousness…that’s what they had called it. He was pretty sure the more correct term might have been hysterical delusions. At any rate, it was getting worse each time. More graphic, more painful. When it all had started, he felt more as a quiet observer watching a historical documentary but it changed over time. Now he felt like a participant in what was no longer a movie…it was real. “The details-so graphic!” He checked his mouth for blood. There was nothing. Beep-beep. The small alarm called to him, telling of an incoming message. He stood wearily and made his way to the communications panel. He pressed the button. “Sir, we are beginning to enter operation’s distance,” spoke a small voice. He was sure it was the Comm. officer on the bridge. “Understood, I will head down to the hangar. Prep the Mobile Suits,” he stated as well as he could but his voice was dry and hoarse, devoid of the usual emotion he imparted with such commands. “Yes, sir. Right away.” The comm. clicked off. Rodrin collapsed back into his small chair next to the desk. He knew this weariness would pass as it always did. He couldn’t afford it at this moment. “…And Cere.” She was back again on board ship, servicing the Nu Gundam. “What a bother?” However, at the thought of her, his mouth drew into a flat smile. He wiped it away quickly and stood up. He was all ready in his normal suit. His hand flashed over the door control. Effortlessly, he pulled himself from the room, then down the corridor. It did not take long to reach the hangar bay. Lately, he had learned that it was best to get a room as comfortably close to it as possible. If missiles and beams started flying, there usually wasn’t time to traverse a whole ship. He found the Nu Gundam prepped and ready for launch. It had been serviced since his last battle and almost looked like it even received a new coat of paint. All around his suit, others titans stood waiting. Seeing them brought back his terrible delusion. “Would it be like that this time?” He shuddered slightly before throwing himself toward his suit and the opened hatch. |

White Knight

Sitting within the small mess aboard the ship, was Ryan Alexander Kusanagi. The White Knight, as he was called, had been ordered to take part in another operation. This one however, was proving to be rather larger than anything he had been in before. All around him sat various men and women, going about like nothing was happening. Ryan knew otherwise. He pushed his chair back and stood up, sighing as he picked up his tray and walked away from the table. He left his tray with a cleaner and walked out of the mess, there was much work to be done. He passed a few officers and saluted, the Navy always did like when the MS Corps slauted them. Stopping outside a door, Ryan inputted the door code and then walked inside. He looked down the dark room that he had been given while he was onboard. It was of a medium size, not to small yet not as large as those given to officers. He sighed and floated over to the bed. He had about 10 minutes before he had to leave the ship and launch in his new Re-GZ. He laughed to himself as he thought about the paint scheme the Re-GZ had. The light and dark blue was now white while the red remained and also gold had been added around the main torso. Ryan thought the others found it odd but as he was the White Knight, he had to use a while mobile suit. He turned over and laid down on the bed, letting the comfortable surface whisk him away far away from this land of battle. He woke up a few minutes later when his room's comm system buzzed into life. He jumped up off the bed and walked over to the small screen, pressing a button to activate it, "Yes?", he asked, still looking half asleep. On the screen came appeared a female, young and about the same age as Ryan was. He felt stupid and embrassed as he finally thought of how he must look to the young office. "Captain Kusanagi, the operation is starting a few moment. Please board your mobile suit and be ready to launch", came the crisp and calm voice of a bridge officer. Ryan nodded and the turned off the screen, "Damn officers thinking they can order us to put our lives on the line at any time", he said before he hushed himself. He couldn't say such things. He walked into the bathroom and ran some cold water, splashing some onto his face so he was more awake. He looked at himself in the mirror before walking away and out the room. He floated towards the MS Hanger and entered the large and open deck. People were floating about and Ryan shook his head as a young male banged into him. The young male apologised before he floated away to catch up with his friend. Ryan made it past a few more people and made it to his mobile suit parked near the end of the deck. He floated up to the cockpit and activated the Re-GZ, the white mobile suit appeared strange next to its fellow brethen however, that did not annoy Ryan. With the MS online and the OS set, Ryan was given permission to leave the hanger, he did so and pushed the Re-GZ out towards the open hatch. He pushed the Re-GZ forward and out into space. |

War, just when one thought it could'nt get any worse. It already did. "All of this fuss over a damn space station." thought Setsuna, the door of his locker closing with a loud bang. He was frustrated, somehow, getting involved in this mess with the Union. Setsuna began reminiscing on his encounter with the man he met at Lexington and thought of his chances in accepting the offer. For now, focusing on the mission at hand is more important. He zips up the pilot suit, stretching the gloves and pulling the straps on his boots as hard as he possibly could. Dressed up and ready to go, Setsuna grabs his helmet and departs the locker room. Reaching the hangar of the Izumo class he was stationed in, he found the FAZZ, Full Armor Double Zeta in full, already waiting for him, all prepped up. Even the hatch was open for him. The mechanics doing a good job. Setsuna enters his mobile suit, the refined version of the original Double Zeta Gundam, piloted by one of his superiors. "Minovsky Reactor, online. Voice recognition, confirmed. Priority to Setsuna Minako." he spoke, as the white twenty two meter tall giant came to life, its eyes radiating a sapphire blue light. The FAZZ took several slow but heavy steps towards the linear catapult. Fortunately, the weight of its additional armor and the hyper mega cannon is nullified under zero gravity, though the unit isn't excactly that fast either. "Full Armor Double Zeta, entering linear field. Magnetic drive at 150 to 180. Catapult launching systems, online." "I have control." "Full Armor Double Zeta, all systems green. The timing is now handed to you, Lieutenant." "Roger, Setsuna Minako, Full Armor Double Zeta, launching." His left hand thrusts the forward controls, the linear field of the catapult responding, generating the momentum needed for the FAZZ to launch. As soon as the white mobile suit launches out of the open hatch, the rocket thrusters responded, the FAZZ now entering the endless sea of stars known as outer space. "The day will come, where I will personally end your pathetic existence." whispered Setsuna within his cockpit. "Jupiter." and the FAZZ turned its head around. "And you, Union." That, was a promise. |

There certainly wasn't much to do here other than wait. He hadn't exactly been spending a great deal of his time doing anything productive. Zeke had been slowly drinking a cup of coffee and reading a book, even after they'd begun to reach their target. He was in no rush to head out into the meat grinder again, though he'd have to regardless of personal feelings towards it. At least he had a different suit to pilot. The Z-Plus had a lot more speed and mobility than his old Ghazawa had, though it was older. He'd checked out the specs and it managed to balance itself with some decent firepower. It was a good unit, but he had to admit it wasn't anything spectacular in comparison to some of the things he'd seen. Zeke hoped to do well with it though. His hand ran along the cool metal, feeling every rivet, turn, and edge. Goosebumps tingled up his arm in anticipation. "The last man who used was apparently a very old veteran... and very good." He muttered. "Hopefully I'll do that particular lineage proud." He let out a sigh as he moved his way into the cockpit. It was a comfortable feeling within, and his fingers lightly pressed each according button as the doors in front slammed shut. For a brief moment it was dark with little illumination, though it quickly changed as the cockpit lit up to life. "Alright... time to go out and support the Union." He chuckled as the Z-Plus moved onto the launch catapult, readied itself, and flew out into the cold of space. |

His long leave had been draining. Commander Conrad Wraith had returned from his absence to the Empire military, having been back into full active duty for the past month or so. The Officers of the Military had decided that he was to be stationed at a place called Aargon, a place that was familiar to him from past battles that were what seemed to be endlessly going on over the land. He sat in the a seat just on the other side of the mobile suit hanger of the base, sipping a hot cup of coffee. Black. His eyes rested on the dull gray machine that was visible on the other side of the glass. As he sipped his coffee, drumming his fingers on the desk in front of him, he couldn't help but smile at what had quite literally been dropped into his lap. A "Gift" they called it. As he trained his sight down the length of it, he began to stand up, just about finished with his coffee. Suddenly, the room he was in flashed red every two seconds or so, the warning alarms of the base blaring through the facility. Over the loud speakers of the base, a mans voice screamed: "All personnel to battle stations, I repeat, all personnel to their battle stations. Aargon is under attack. Pilots, stand by in your Mobile Suits!" With the unexpected announcement and blaring of the alarms, Conrad jumped, spilling the last of his coffee on the floor. "Damnit." He didn't have time to worry about that now. Already outfitted in his normal suit, which was standard at Aargon, with it being a highly fought over station and all. With a simple two steps across the room, he opened the door, which lead right into the MS hanger. Drifting across the hanger, he went straight for the open hatch of the readied MS he had been assigned. Once in the cockpit, he strapped himself in, activating the start up systems. The special suit went online, red coloring climbing its length. The cockpit hatch closed. Already standing on the launch catapult, it moved the MS across the hanger, placing it into the launching chamber. All lights were green. "Commander Conrad Wraith, launching!" With that, that suit was hurled out into space, stars filling his screens. The computer beeped, picking up enemy MS that were noted as EU suits. Closest to him, was an Re-GZ, which he decided would be his first target. Assist motors gave a spurt, spinning the PT into a roll, transforming into its MA mode. Punching the engines, the suit climbed to a speed of 1.89G worth of force, barreling in on its target. The computer confirmed a lock, and when it did, the Super Fortis cannons fired, aimed to hit the enemy in its mid-torso. Following that, Conrad spun the unit, when it spun, the Amfortas and Super Fortis cannons fired in union together, the spin stretching the four combined plasma beams to cover the whole of the Re-GZ, depending on how it attempted to avoid the blasts. After firing the assault, the Saviour Gundam was arched upward as it came out of its roll, attempting to gain altitude on the enemy, and see what he might do. |

(Well Arch, time to make up for that battle I never finished with the Leo. Forgive my laziness here) "This is such a pain..." Kazuar mumbled to himself. The Hazel Owsla had been outfitted with its tri-booster and a pair of mega particle cannons. Kazuar hoped with the mobility and firepower combined things wouldn't last so long here. He had been called away from a nap, and wasn't exactly in the most pleasant of moods. Most of the other defense forces seemed to have taken off already, which annoyed Kazuar. It probably meant the situation was worse than he may think, and at the moment he didn't care. A battle might wake him up, but even he doubted his strange mood swings. Regardless, the Hazel pulled forward with its initial boost, letting momentum carry it to the field. There were several glimmers of light to choose from. Not exactly enthused, Kazuar chose at random. To be more precise, he chose the Double Zeta Gundam as his target. One of the two mega particle cannons would charge itself while the Hazel took its time aiming. From the long blade rifle flew three beams, all headed for the upper portions of the Double Zeta; namely the head, right arm and chest. The Hazel was jerked to the side before firing another three shots for the same places, only firing on the left arms rather than the right. (Full Armor Double Zeta, FAZZ, Gundam, whatever. I'm shooting at Arch *crawls back into bed*) |

Supreme Commander Enzeru Tawkashi of the Jupiter Empire lay in his bunk within his courters, his eyes closed. Thoughts about the battle in Arbiter raced through his mind, along with the current backstabbing bastard Coyle, attempting to overthrow his leadership. More so the fight in Arbiter though, which they had lost due to the immense amount of numbers the enemy had thrown at them, overwhelming their defense. His brow twitched. Will it happen again that way? Can we withstand such force against our dwindling numbers? In his own mind, he reprimanded himself. Such foolish thoughts such as that were never the answer. Think of the Solution, never the problem. Adjusting his position, the normal suit he wore not being all that comfortable, his rest was interrupted, crimson flashes blinking over his closed eye lids. Slowly, his eyes opened, the sound of the alarms ringing, like music to his ears. As he stood up, he smiled, grabbing the ever so slightly floating helmet at his desk, and wisped over to the door, a simple button press releasing its seal. Grabbing onto one of the zip cords, he let it take him toward the Mobile Suit Hanger, which his courters had been stationed quite close to the hanger, in case there was need for him to launch. As he got to the open door that led to the hanger, a few soldiers passed by, giving salutes, which he returned in kind. As he entered , his eyes were fixated on the behemoth across the way, its cockpit lay open, awaiting his arrival. Vaulting off of one of the support bars that ran the length of the compound, he jettisoned himself toward his destination, his free hand gripping the lip of the upper hatch. Disconnecting the wires that ran from the diagnostics keypad one of the mechanics held, he moved to the side, so Enzeru could get inside. "How's everything look Anthony?" Anthony smiled, wrapping the wire around the keypad as he spoke. "Everything is how you like it Sir. You be careful out there. Give 'em a few slaps for me, 'eh?" Enzeru laughed, clasping the restraints into place. "Will do man, will do. See ya' in a bit. The Mechanic gave a salute, getting one in return as the cockpit doors enveloped the pilot into darkness. His fingers ran across the familiar partially worn keys with practiced grace, booting up the main systems. The monitors surrounding him blipped on, an eerie dim light being cast inside of the spherical innards. The eerie glow was replaced by a display of the hanger the machine was currently within, the view moving by as the catapult moved the unit toward the long corridor. An odd sound rang through the area as the Variable Phase Shift armor systems completed their coverage of the once was dull gray gundairum, shifting it to a mixture of violet and crimson. With the quantum computer reading that all systems were functioning properly, Enzerus left hand lightly gripped the control stick, while the the right clicked the connecting straps of his helmet to the normal suit. Pressing a button on the side of the helmet, the translucent, slightly tinted visor slide down, sealing in place into the bottom half. The six bars on the launch display changed, from blue, to green, indicating that he was clear for launch. "Supreme Commander, Enzeru Tawkashi, Launching!" The catapult lurched forward, pushing the pilot against the soft padded seat, throwing the Infinite Justice out into the abyss. Specks of light from the burning balls of gas littered the monitors. The orb like fixture just below the front monitor blipped several times, signifying enemy and allied units alike. From the current display, it seemed all enemies that had launched as of yet had been covered by allied pilots, aside from one that had just revealed its self. The lower section of the left monitor stream forth information, a picture of the Z-Plus Gundam spinning, each of its stored weapons stats being signified by red outlines. It couldn't be, could it? Tawkashi pondered, not having seen the particular unit in quite some time, but having known the pilot that used it last. Regardless of his suspicions, it was currently the only enemy unit not being covered. With a simple adjustment, the Sub flight Lifter on the hind quarters of the PT lifted upward, initiating the suits High Mobility Mode function. The Engine lever was pushed forward, intensifying the output of the main vernia on the Mecha its self, as well as the ones located on the Lifter. The powerful burst of thrust rocketed the machine forth, the high energy beam rifle gripped in its right fist resting on the upper lip of the shield, which was hugged tight in toward the mid-section of the units torso. The 20,000 sum-odd meter sensor radius of the Quantum Computer obtained a lock easily, in which case the beam rifle let loose three emerald bolts, aimed at the lower torso, left shoulder connecting joint, and right knee connection. Following the three bolts, the Hyper Fortis cannons which were already positioned forward due to the High Mobility Mode of the suit being active, unleashed hell of their own, attempting to dismantle the upper portion of the enemy to pieces. Hooking the rifle to a small stud that stuck out from the side of the shield, which remained the the same position, the right hand gripped the handle of something that protruded out of the shoulder armor. Yanking it free, a crimson plasma blade ignited from its open end. The hand gripping the beam boomerang drew back, coming forward full force, and released the throwing projectile in a tight arch on the inner right section of the opposing Gundams upper torso. In the same fluid motion of throwing the boomerang, the right hand again gripped the h.e beam rifle, again placing it into the position it was first in, on the top lip of the shield. Adjusting the positioning of the engines, the Infinite Justice burst to the right side profile of the enemy, the pilot glaring down at his foe. "You'll regret coming here.. I'll make sure of that."

" I want You guys to flank it from the Sides,I'll try and come from behind with my Whip ",Rick said as he jetted to the left trying to sneak around the Re-GZ From a distance Rick looked around for a brief moment.Suprized He did'nt see any EU Aces out here tearing his fleet appart."Why do I only see A few MP units and the Re-GZ.Unless, Crap!.Both zakus break off The attack.Go fight off those MP units. Both Zakus Acknowleged with confusion then Backed off. ' I want this guy for my self." Rick Drew his Tempest but didn't ignite it,He only exstended it to use it as a regular sword." I'll kill this pilot with just a sword.I need to conserve energy if I want to last out here." Rick came in at the Re-GZs left Flank and Fired a Short blast of BeamBolts to the Mobile Suits Face and Torso. "You Earth scum will Die Here. You wont be taking this Place Today."

Regardless of how sneaky a tactic the enemy mobile suit tried to pull, it certainly cannot save it from the heat sensors and the scanners of the FAZZ, which immediately registered the targeting scan and the channeling of some mega-particle energy from afar. "Pre-emptive strike? I don't think so." thought Setsuna, the panoramic cockpit giving him a perfect view of the enemy Gundam that attacked him, the Hazel. The apogee motors of the FAZZ immediately responds soon as three rounds began escaping the barrels of the long blade rifle of the Hazel. Despite how slow it actually is, calculating the distance between both units, Setsuna stood a strong chance in dodging the first three shots. Furthermore, he banked left, the FAZZ moving out of the trajectory of those first trio of beams. Then came an attack from the other direction which definetly caught Setsuna off guard for a moment. "Brake, bank right!" he told himself, jerking the controls as the apogee motors responded again. As the beams came closer, Setsuna rotates the body of the FAZZ, facing left now. Raising the left arm for cover, the forearm full armor took the brunt of two beams, the shots slicing half deep into the armor. Despite the damage inflicted, it wasn't even good enough to render the left forearm useless just yet. The Hazel still had much work to do. "FAZZ, eliminating target." Right arm raised up, the FAZZ takes a side boost to the left flank, circling the Hazel's right. With an unguarded right side, Setsuna saw an open chance in disabling the right arm and the primary weapon of the enemy at the same time. The trigger was pulled three times, the twin-barrel beam rifle spitting out six swift but powerful beams, capable of dealing a high degree of damage to the Hazel. While his shots are mainly aimed for the right arm, the firing arc of the other trio of beams also stood a chance in striking the torso of the Hazel. Even if it meant striking the edges of the rib plate, that would certainly deal a large degree of pain onto his opponent. Hitting the brakes, Setsuna emulates his opponent by moving in the other direction now. "FAZZ, unleashing missiles!" said Setsuna, who had just finished accessing the BM selector. The 18-tube missile pod on the back opens, Setsuna setting the heatseekers targeting modules directly onto the Hazel and fires. Instead of simply firing them forward, Setsuna fires the missiles to cover the flanks of the Hazel. |

Within minutes, the battlefield lit up with the tell-tale streaks of brilliant beam fire. Rodrin found the sense of déjà vu terrifying. By now the Nu Gundam blazed from the launch catapult, approaching the fighting with best speed. Allied IFF tags mingled with enemies. So far, he felt the presence again of others like himself but no openly hostile towards him. There was a familiarity to one in particular. “The one from Arbiter…he’s here as well.” His eyes darted from tag to tag, finally spotting the Infinite Justice in the distance. It clashed against with the mercenary. For a moment, he entertained the thought of jumping in but a much greater threat appeared. Lightening struck in his mind. Acting on pure instinct, he turned the gundam to one side. Six of his twelve funnels broke from his back and zoomed off like hounds on a trail scent, guided by some purpose that Rodrin’s consciousness did not even realize yet. He followed them carefully, finally watching as the pieces fell together. The funnels’ target was a Re-GZ and in the background zoomed something he couldn’t easily identified. It moved quickly. “A MA type?” Then he saw a Gouf Ignited moving to flank the unit. “He’s in trouble,” he realized as the funnels reached him. With speed and purpose, the 6 funnels erected their barrier around the Re-GZ(Strike) as weapons fire emerged from both enemy units. The larger beam cannon blasts from the now data-base identified Saviour Gundam roared against the forward barrier with all the power of a hurricane storm sure smashing against a flood wall. However, it did not break. Around the other side, the smaller beam rounds pelted the barrier like rain, spattering off. As quickly as it had formed, the barrier quickly degenerated as the funnels scattered again. Rodrin opted to leave them to blend in with the confusion until later. He quickly opened a comm. to the Re-GZ. “Watch yourself,” he said kindly but another strange feeling dragged his attention away. “I trust you can handle them shortly.” It wasn’t a question, but an order. However, he intoned it with a deep sense of friendliness and camaraderie.

Rick Stopped in his traks the moment the Funnels Surrounded The Re-GZ.Rick though to him self....."A betrayal? No,Its a Defense. " The funnels generated a barrier like shield that blocked every shot that made contact.Shortly after the Shield Turned off and a Strange Mobile suit appered Next to the Re-GZ.Rick quickly Identified it, "Hey thats the EU forces Nu Gundam! Would that be? I bet so!" Rick Quickly thought of a plan."Maybe..... Yes! that'll do." Rick Quickly Jetted around to the Re-GZs Left side and blasted a few bolts Off at him,Then jet-strifed one more time to the left and charged in With his Tempest Ignited to full. Rick Threw the throttle to Full and Stuck the tempest in front for a Stab to the Units Torso.he carefully watched the Re-GZ."I better Keep an Eye on that one ."Rick was Smart to think as He Thought to him self..." What are the chances I can take them Both?" Rick was Confused. It was either kill the smaller one only to get beat down from behind be the Nu of Attack the Nu Get majorly damaged and give the MP unit a Quick kill."This is a bad situation. I was a fool Coming out here.Maybe I should Back off for a little bit." An order from the Command ship Requested that Rick was to pull out from his attack the Nu. Rick Backed off from The Nu and Went back to kill the Re-GZ." I'll get you next time.Right now I got other things to tend to.' Rick Jetted back at a Quick pase and began his attack on the Re-GZ. |

It was definitley that time again. The time of war, and battles. Eager to try out his new mobile-suit, Shinji ran towards the hangar door as fast as he could. "Fuck yeah. I've been dying to bust into this damn thing...." He said, excitment filled his voice at the sheer thought of being able to screw around with an Earth Union fleet, the one military force he utterly despised with all of his heart. Feeling like a four year old running to the toy-store, Shinji quickly opened the hatch of the Sazabi and climbed in. He was really shocked when Enzeru showed him that he was a budding Newtype, capable of handling the Sazabi's funnels and it's extreme complex system. "This is Shinji, launching..." He said, as the Sazabi filled up the space. He circled around the field, trying to find someone to engage and bust the Sazabi out.

The computer picked up yet another enemy, marking it to be a PT, the Nu Gundam of the Earth Union. It seemed to not be sure just what it might do for a few moments, then apparently made it's choice. Some of the funnels on its back deployed, flying in to formate around the Re-GZ. The funnels hatched some sort of barrier, which the cannons pushed against, as well as the shots fired from the friendly MS. Conrad grumbled, glaring at the displayed Nu Gundam. "Bastard.. Stay out of my affairs.. Go find your own friends to play with..." Even though it sucked that his shots hadn't had the chance to hit their target, the help from the enemy PT did buy the commander a small window of time, allowing the Saviour Gundam to make the climb it was shooting for. He waited patiently, and his plan quickly presented it's self. Being above the Re-GZ, the moment the funnels broke away and darted off into the darkness, the nose of the MA mode MS was pointed at the enemy. He punched the engines, thrusting the Saviour at the Re-GZ. As the Gundam descended, another instant lock was chimed. The Amfortas cannons would fire again, unleashed upon the enemy the instant the funnels broke away from the him, the jet tilting sideways so the radius of the blasts would cover the entire front section of the enemy. Pushing the engines harder, the Gundam would pass the Re-GZ at 2.00G. Upon passing his foe, the suit would again barrel roll, but when it did, by the time it came out of its spin, a new form had been taken. In its humanoid form, the Saviour came out of its spin to face the backside of the other suit. The shield on the left forearm was held out in front of it, assist motors on the backside of the suit flaring to keep it from straying to far from its target, the resistance from the apogees stopping its gap at a distance of 96 meters. In the right hand, was the high energy beam rifle, pointed at the already locked on Re-GZ. From below it, three bolts were fired from the rifle, two of them aimed at the the the suits missile binders, while the other went for its main thruster assembly. Last but not least, the 76mm machine guns on the Saviours chest released a stream of golden streaks, to trail up the backside of the enemy in an attempt to damage some of the thrusters functioning component. The main engines of the PT faced to the right, bursting to whip the suit around the left side of the Re-GZ, the rifle still pointed in its direction. The shield was still held ready, a smirk forming on the commanders face. "Yet another little annoyance I must take care of.. Predictable." |

"Wasn't expectin' much outta that one." Kazuar said to himself. Despite its size it seemed the FAZZ was capable of moving better than it gave on. Still it was caught by the second set of attacks, even if it had managed to defend itself. Advancing, the FAZZ made an attempt at closing in on the Hazel's right side. Lights on either side of Kazuar's head flickered, followed by an echoing ring to warn him. The FAZZ had locked onto him, and would more than likely mount its offensive. In an attempt to predict the pilot's next move, Kazuar activated the tri-booster on the Hazel; a familiar piece to him. The fin-like option sprang up from against the Hazel's back, and the vernia on its right side pushed away. With its main momentum from the unit's main thrusters, the Hazel was sent in a diagonal spiral away from the FAZZ unit. Pulling ahead, while also moving downwards thanks to the booster, the Hazel managed to avoid most a majority of the FAZZ's shots. What did hit was the first shot. Because it pulled ahead, the shot had missed the Hazel's torso, but the beams instead hit the back of the Hazel's right leg. The shots cleaned through the heel of the right foot and blew out the engine on the right leg, dropping overall acceleration. At the end of its maneuver, the Hazel was righted automatically thanks to the tri-booster and its AMBAC feature. Next would come a collection of missiles. Unfortunately, Kazuar hadn't brought the Zorn equipment with him to this battle. With the combination of diffuse beam guns and funnels, destroying the pesky explosives would be a simple task. Despite this, he wasn't without options. The mega particle cannon was ready to fire, and would. He felt it was possibly part of the enemy's plan to either get hit or spend the cannon's power on destroying the missiles, probably both. The mega particle cannon was raised to face the missiles on the right, as the enhanced shield booster was raised to face those on the left. The particle cannon fired, having no trouble decimating the missiles on the right side. Then, rather than firing the enhanced shield booster, the Hazel advanced as if charging the missiles. It was not. Instead it moved ahead to the FAZZ, firing at the missiles coming up on his side with the enhanced shield booster on his way. With his charge, Kazuar continued his attack. The blade rifle had taken aim again, and was fired another three times. In quick succession, two beams from the rifle would head for the center of the FAZZ's chest, while the third would trail off closer to the head. Like last time the tri-booster had sprang up here, but the Hazel did not change its course and fired three more shots instead. These were aimed lower, around the FAZZ's waistline and cannon. The Hazel's enhanced shield booster would then come up against its front, providing protection should something unexpected happen. |

Zeke wasn't quite ready for an immediate challenge from someone, though he'd forgotten a more unique unit-- especially one used by a previous pilot whom had his own history, would inevitably draw fire and attention to itself. He supposed he'd have to get used to it, though it was possible he could maybe make himself known to be different... he certainly wasn't interested in living as another pilot or in another's shadow. The young ace picked up the Infinite Justice almost immediately, his own sensors having plenty of the distance to see him coming from a very long while off, not that the flash of those powerful thrusters didn't draw attention all their own visually. The alert was a rather simplistic one to tell him he was being targeted, though it hardly took a genius to figure that one out. All he could really do was brace himself for what was to come. Several shots came his way, though the slight time difference between the rifle rounds did allow some leeway as the Z-Plus spun to the left to clear itself of two particular shots, the third hitting his shield to little effect. But then there were the cannon rounds of which would prove perhaps more difficult had he not continued the sideways movement, enough to clear himself of being directly hit from the powerful shots. Though, in truth, they did come a little too close for comfort. "I wonder who this person is." He'd read the combat statistics of the red unit laid out before him, though he couldn't say he was particularly interested in weaponry. You could only garner so much from basic statistics, the pilots made up the other half of the success. "I'll find out." He took aim with his own rifle and launched a single shot towards the beam boomerang to cleave it in half while thrusting to the side to escape its trajectory should the shot fail, while taking a second shot at the center torso of the Justice. It was just to buy time for the transformation into mobile armor mode, at which point the Z-Plus took off forwards rapidly at the Infinite Justice, blasting off a shot from the double beam cannon looking to cleave off the right arm and a good portion of the lifter, pending it remained where it was anyway. |

"I expected more from you, Gundam." Setsuna had predicted well, successfully forcing the Hazel to use its mega-particle weapons instead of having to dodge them all. In a best case scenario, he hoped to overheat their barrels early in order to limit the Hazel's ability to attack. Setsuna expected the Hazel to close in, since it would be more appropriate if its standard beams were fired from mid-range. With more than 70,000 kilograms of total thruster output at his advantage, Setsuna began using every bit of the FAZZ's speed to his disposal, despite the weight of the Gundam holding him back. Rocket thrusters aligned down southwest, it was pretty obvious which direction the FAZZ took. With some assistance from the verniers, the FAZZ climbed upwards while moving sideways at the same time, the two beams aiming towards the chest missing their mark as the third one strikes the FAZZ by the left arm again, chipping off the armor plating right below the left shoulder vernier. The Hazel certainly made a mistake for not changing its course. This gave Setsuna a perfect oppurtunity to close the gap and trap the Hazel right where he wanted. Even for the matter of fact did the Hazel aimed low, its attacks look less threathening to the FAZZ at the moment. Instead of continuing to boost up, Setsuna decides to boost down his right flank, taking a smooth curve as the Hazel's second round of beams missing their intended targets completely, with the exception of a third beam which had a lucky strike on the left side ankle armor, melting a quarter way deep into the armor shielding the inner frame Gundam but doing little to harm the rear calf vernier thruster. Setsuna found the Hazel right in his trap, with both units positioned less than but a few meters away from each other. The angle the FAZZ currently positioned at is right below the left flank of the Hazel, forty five degrees, probably a little more. Even with its shield booster raised for protection, Setsuna had an angle where his projectiles could do harm to the body of the Hazel no matter what defensive manuveur it decided to take. "Mokuhyou hosoku." whispered the cold blooded warrior of the Union. During his second evasion, Setsuna had began charging the torso high mega cannon, by the time he had the Hazel positioned right where he wanted, the cannon had already channeled enough particle energy to vaporize the Hazel into dust. Locking on, Setsuna squeezes the trigger and fires an almighty blast. The radius of the energy surge large enough to even strike the legs of the Hazel, if it did successfully accelerates forward in an attempt to escape the blast. Just so in case, the Hazel somehow pulls off quite a feat. Setsuna has a second option installed for his opponent. "Spread launchers, configuring coordinates. Initiating barrage." said Setsuna, the chest compartments of the FAZZ opening up to reveal a set of missiles. Pulling the trigger a second time, Setsuna sends half of the scattering missiles from each pod, instead of a full dozen, Setsuna fires half a dozen. Scattering them towards the flanks, Setsuna awaits the results to see how the Hazel would be able to dodge an continous artillery barrage coming from three directions. |

Kazuar's eyes widened as he was forcibly woken up. Before he was warned of the FAZZ's lock and fire, Kazuar was already working to move the Hazel. One hand shifted the Hazel's left arm, turning it perpendicular to the rest of the suit, while the other adjusted the tri-booster. The shield booster and tri-booster fired together, throwing the Hazel to its right side and barely out of the beam cannon's way. It readjusted itself to face the FAZZ. "My feint didn't work? I don't sense any pressure." Kazuar thought to himself. "I guess Lady Luck isn't forgiving of the lazy." With the missiles quickly approaching Kazuar had little time to react, although now waking up, he planned to put on more of a show. The tri-booster extended fully outwards and pushed the Hazel further to its right before the TR unit pushed forward at the FAZZ. It avoided the missiles from the front, though was caught by those to its side and would warp the armor covering the right breast and sub-arm unit. Still, it would take more than a couple small missiles to break through the red rabbit's Luna titanium. Kazuar unconsciously judged the torso beam cannon would take time to recharge, based on the firing rate of his own mega particle cannons. Still, he doubted the enemy would get in so close without reason; perhaps its close combat abilities were more than they appeared as well. Kazuar wasted no time. He took the opportunity to get closer to the FAZZ; there was little he'd have to do with how close the two already were. With the shield booster up in front of his face again, Kazuar grabbed hold of the beam saber in the backpack and flowed into an awkward motion as he would bring the arm back out. Rather than making a simple slash across the FAZZ, Kazuar turned the torso and legs separately, or rather in opposite directions; the tri-booster fell against the Hazel's back to quicken and strengthen the maneuver. The beam saber would be activated and rotate to the Hazel's left (slashing across the FAZZ's left arm at its elbow, as well as across its left breast) with the rest of its torso, while the legs would rotate to the right. While the Hazel's bottom half would rotate, its left leg would propel forward, thrusting forward using its thruster for a high-power kick to the area around the FAZZ's left thigh. Timing his movements well enough, Kazuar jerked the Hazel upwards once its attacks themselves had gone through. Not far above the FAZZ, the Hazel had realigned and pointed its rifle down on the large white mobile suit. With the close range and long barrel he wouldn't bother with a machine lock, and manually fired three shots down on the FAZZ's head. The tri-booster remained in a "standby" type position as Kazuar kept the FAZZ at rifle's length. |

Ryan cursed loudly as he watched the Saviour ascend above his Re-GZ. The enemy was powerful and yet Ryan was forced to fight two at once, a pilot's worst nightmare. The Saviour was the bigger threat so he made that his prime target however, the Saviour had the same idea. Its pilot had aimmed the suit downwards and had fired over the main cannons at the Re-GZ's front. Ryan grabbed the controls and threw the Re-GZ to his right side, one beam missing while the other struck the left shoulder and melted the armor away. However the enemy wasn't done yet. He had passed the Re-GZ and transformed into Mobile Suit mode, casuing Ryan to curse once more. He sighed as the enemy launched three beams at the thrusters and missile binders. Ryan grabbed the controls and pushed the Re-GZ forward into the darkness of space, the attacking suit's fire continued downwards into the black abyss. Ryan cursed as he once more looked back at the Saviour. The enemy had fired off several machine gun rounds at the back of the Re-GZ however with the distant between the two suits it was a simple manvaure to void the weapon fire. Ryan threw the Re-GZ down and to the right as the machine gun fire passed overhead, missing thier mark. It was Ryan's turn now and he was going to go with everything he had. The Re-GZ turned to face its foe and raised arm as a slightly thud was heard. A single grenade round had been armed and Ryan launched the single grenade towards the Saviour torso before activating the boosters. The Re-GZ rasied its beam rifle and aimmed towards the right shoulder and forearm of the Saviour. Waitinf for a minute of two, Ryan pressed the trigger and watched as three beams lacned towards the enemy suit. Confident but deeply nervous, Ryan turned the boosters to reverse and the Re-GZ began to widen the gap between itself and the Saviour. |

The pattern, it seemed to be the same. Without visual cue, he pictured the enemy. "But how?" he asked himself. "Who is he?" He rolled the gundam onto a new course as he increased the thrust. Something was different though. Before, he wouldn't have been able to read someone so acutely. Sure, the signs had been there all along. Before Rodrin was truly "awakened", he could have some sense of others but he didn't know to what extent these abilities could manifest themselves. "Now I may know better than anyone," he muttered with self-loathing. Rodrin felt the pressure like a coming storm. Last time he had felt the presence-no, he realized that he had never felt this presence before. "The Vision!" his mind shouted. "Had this not been part of it?" As if walking through a dense fog, parts of it came restored to him. "Yes, it was there...and an incredible sense of death. I had to-no, I have to. Is that it?"

As the three emerald lances spillt from the barrels of the rifle, it seemed that the targeted machines pilot wasn't "Asleep at the wheel". Assist motors flared, spinning the unit to the left, avoiding the first two bolts, while the third found refuge into the presented shield, melting away the layer of beam laminate there, and leaving a pale brown scorch in its place. As the enemy continued its side path maneuver, the green streaks from the cannons missed by mere meters, damned near melting off of a chunk of the armor on the suits right side. Last but not least to be dealt with, was the beam boomerang, spinning toward it's destination like a shadowed sword to cleave its prey. But once again, the attack would fall short, victim to a blast from the opposings beam rifle, splitting in half at its center, a small detonation of orange and red flames announcing its fate. Upon releasing the beam boomerang, the Empire Prototypes engines had changed position, sending the unit into a side thrust. Enzeru kept a keen eye on his foe, observing it's movements as it danced out of harms way from the first two assaults. It's beam rifle was positioned, releasing a shot, which destroyed the throwing projectile. It moved again, in a line with what looked to be at the mid-section of the Gundams profile. A simple small increase in the thruster output quickened the pace for the path the suit was already in, the second lance released from the enemy falling short of it's mark, disappearing out into the depths of space. The already had been aimed H.E beam rifle the Infinite Justice wielded prior to its original start in its current path fired twice, the two green plasma rounds barreling in on their target as its components moved, apparently attempting to get in a transformation, probably hoping its beam rifle shots would distract their target. (Not sure on what will happen with the shots I fired on you in Mid-Transformation, but I'll continue anyhow, mainly to acknowledge your cannons shots.) The opposing mobile suit transformed, what happened to it when the already sent two shots from the Empire Gundams beam rifle were fired while it transformed, was unknown at the moment. Upon transforming, it punched its own vernia, barreling toward the Infinite Justice. Tawkashis gaze was caught on the two large, and obvious cannons mounted on the frame of the now jet like unit. Knowing that they weren't for show, his hand on the engine lever, increased its force to half mass, intensifying the output rate of the Vernia. At the same time that the thrust was increased, the Sub-Flight Lifter on the back of machine detached, straying to the right side profile of its enemy, lying horizontally to the flat form of the Z-Plus. In compensation with the current traveling velocity of the target, both cannons fired slightly ahead of the enemy, aimed to impact on its front and hind quarters from the side. Raw light blue plasma erupted from the engines, and when they were activated, as was expected, the enemy made use of it's cannons, two bolts leaving the barrels. As the shots stormed in, the Lifter had detached, going to do what it was programmed to. The increase in thrust helped for the most part, the cannon shots narrowly missing the secondary unit as it deployed. The outer shot missed, while the one closer to the machine would also miss, although half of it's girth was stopped by the outer edges of the beam shield which activated via thermal detection by the Quantum Computer. Not only did the increase in propulsion help with the onslaughts sent toward the PT, but it also strayed it more in a direction to the left side of the Z-Plus. The beam rifle, still in the same position behind the protection of the shield, fired again, releasing another three bolts. The first was aimed at the nose/left side of the nose of the enemy, while the other two headed toward the middle, and hind section of the MA mode MS. The instant the Sub-Lifter had fired it's cannons, it rolled, its thrust pushing out a bit more than the Infinite Justice to make up for small distance. As it rolled, it was positioned correctly, re-connecting with its docking companion. "You're not dealing with any rookie here, sprout. I don't know how you obtained that machine, but it's obvious your not its original pilot.. Pity.." The engines would be adjusted again, sending the Gundam "Skyward". It didn't go straight up, the profile of the suit tilted diagonally to the profile of the opposing, not giving it a chance to try and fire at it from beneath without warning.... Due to the close distance between the two suits, the lock obtained earlier on the enemy remained, meaning that new locks in the opposings cockpit most likely wouldn't sound.. Thank creators for Quantum Computers. |

Setsuna marvelled at how fast the Hazel was able to dodge his mega-particle beam attack, though he came inches close to claiming a Gundam for himself. Imagine that on his resume. "Hmm, this unit is faster than I thought." thought Setsuna as the Hazel began closing in onto the FAZZ. While this unit is indeed built for long range heavy artillery assaults, it doesn't mean it lacks the necessary weapons needed for a close combat encounter. Reeling the FAZZ in reverse as the Hazel charged in with the saber, Setsuna buys himself time for the left arm to reach for the hilt of the hyper beam saber mounted at the left shoulder recharge rack. Weapon in hand, Setsuna channels forth a much larger blade of pure beam energy to intercept the diagonal slash of the Hazel as it closed in. Setsuna was caught off guard when he saw the Hazel trying to initiate a kick to the FAZZ which easilly intercepted by the heavilly armored leg. As a result of such momentum taken with the kick, the left knee spike was snapped into two. "That was rather...unique." He was surprised the Hazel chose to retreat from the close combat predicament. The young ace expected the attack, knowing that the rifle is still in the hands of the Hazel. Using a full burst of propulsion from the thrusters and the verniers again, the FAZZ rolls to its right. Setsuna barely avoiding the trio of shots, which narrowly strikes the backpack of the FAZZ. With the turnaround complete, Setsuna gave his opponent another surprise package. "Surprise." The eight tube missile launcher compartments had opened. With a smirk on his face, Setsuna unloads a storm of sixteen missiles at near point blank range, his chances of striking the Hazel extremely high. Like his opponent earlier, Setsuna didn't even need a lock-on. Luna Titanium or not, shield booster or not, a direct hit from even five at that kind of range could possibly shatter the aegis and the armored body protecting the Hazel. Since his opponent wanted to play the game of "Cat and Mouse", Setsuna gladly obliges, the FAZZ reversing away from the Hazel as it retreated to a mid-range distance. Setsuna was bound to save the best for last. For now, the right arm of the FAZZ rises up again as the mobile suit continued on the reversal. "Target in sight, taking the shot." Setsuna spoke mechanically before his thumbs squeezed the trigger three times, the twin-barrel beam rifle firing three pairs of beams all over the body of the Hazel once again. |

(Sorry if this seems like a drop in effort. That last post on US drained me) Kazuar choked as the FAZZ's missile containers sprang open again. A saber he had suspected, but missiles had slipped his mind. The tri-booster lit up once more, working together with the rest of the Hazel's thrusters to force the mobile suit into a back flip to gain distance. It hadn't helped much, but it was enough time for the shield booster to come back against the Hazel's chest. Two more rounds had made contact with its surface, breaking away the lighter half. Kazuar fired the diffuse beam guns on the shield at the closer missiles, destroying a large group of them, but not all. Unable to completely avoid the remaining missiles, Kazuar turned the Hazel into the oncoming explosives, putting the right shoulder in front. What remained had either missed or crashed against the Hazel. There was a firey explosion almost as soon as the missiles had hit the Hazel. A cloud of black smoke had hidden whatever remains there may have been from view. From the cloud suddenly raced a wide green mega particle beam, heading for the center of the FAZZ's bulky frame. The beam had cleared the smoke around a certain area. Behind the thinned screen was the Hazel Owsla, still standing even if it wasn't in one piece any longer. It was covered in a number of scorch marks, the blackest of all spreading over the right side of the mobile suit. What was left of the shield booster was still mounted on the Hazel's left arm, but the mega particle cannon on the right shoulder had been missing completely. Kazuar grinned within the confines of his cockpit. Planning for there to be surprise to exploit, the Hazel's right arm was swiftly brought up and stretched towards the FAZZ. Kazuar pulled the rifle's trigger three times while it was aimed for the FAZZ's head, chest and waist. After firing, the Hazel's thrusters started up again, propelling the Gundam unit forward; the long blade rifle was held up against the Hazel's chest while it flew at the FAZZ like a bullet. Moving forward while the FAZZ was in reverse, the Hazel would have no trouble catching up to it. At the moment, Kazuar would focus himself and concentrate his Newtype senses on this opponent. During its pursuit, the Hazel made use of the tri-booster to avoid the shots from the FAZZ. In conjunction with the Hazel's existing thrusters, the mobile weapon managed to weave through the powerful blasts while making attacks of its own. The blade rifle was fired with each dodge of the FAZZ's rifle. The three additional shots went for the FAZZ's left arm, waist, and right arm in that order. |

Setsuna smiled as explosions engulfed the Hazel. He had hoped for some positive results but slowly frowned when the sensors still registered the red blip known as the Gundam Hazel, still operational. "So it lives." said Setsuna as the heat sensors detected a huge heat source approaching the FAZZ straight ahead. A mega-particle beam as Setsuna had expected. However as threathening as the beam appeared, the FAZZ was retreating while the Hazel remained stationary. How the pilot had guessed the Hazel's positoning was by chance but a good effort nonetheless. However, Setsuna had all the time he needed to bank left, the blast passing the FAZZ harmlessly. God knows what unit would be at the recieving end of that shot. Setsuna was amazed how the Hazel survived his sixteen missile barrage. It certainly is as tough as nails. Not that the FAZZ is any different though, in a test of endurance. As the FAZZ continued to retreat, Setsuna saw a trio of beams head towards his direction. While much faster than the mega-particle beams, they once again posed no threat to the FAZZ despite their course aligned to different areas of the body. Setsuna changed the alignment of his apogee motors and forced his mobile suit onto a downward curve, using a quick thrust to assist him. The beams easilly passes over the FAZZ. "He's coming all right." thought Setsuna, watching as the Hazel pursue the FAZZ like a lightning bolt. Once again, he was impressed at its acceleration and mobility, being able to weave through the FAZZ's twin barrel shots like that. Right sided verniers fired up, Setsuna takes an upward climb to his left flank as the last round of beams came his way. Using the distance gathered to his advantage, Setsuna managed to prevent the beams from hitting their intended targets though the damage inflicted had to be taken into consideration. Two struck the FAZZ below the right shoulder, slicing off the potruding armor plate below the vernier while the other sliced halfway through the additional right forearm armor, inflicting the same damage done to the left forearm. "Impressive. Truly a worthy opponent." thought Setsuna, watching as the Hazel and the FAZZ enter close quarters once more. "His movements earlier are unlike any other pilot I've faced. He's gotta be a Newtype. To be able to weave through my beams like that." he added, smiling at the fact that he currently faces quite a powerful individual. But with the FAZZ and the Hazel positioned at close quarters once more, Setsuna pounced at the oppurtunity to decapitate the Hazel or at least, claim a limb for himself. Rocket thrusters ignited, Setsuna closes in on the Hazel, attacking its right flank. It would all depend on the turning radius of the Hazel to save it from this predicament. With the open left hand firmly gripping the mega beam saber, Setsuna delivers two diagonal cuts, following an X pattern, the long extended reach and the addition width in size of the mega beam saber even possessing the potential to slice the upper and lower body at the same time. But Setsuna was far from over. He resumed showing off his close combat prowess, swinging the beam saber twice again, this time in a cross slash. One horizontal swipe and the second being a vertical, both slashes also possessing the chance to destroy the Hazel with either slash making direct contact. "Check!" Right hand free and at such close proximities, Setsuna cancelled the lock-on and fires another three pairs of beams from the twin-barrel beam rifle directly at the upper body of the Hazel. |

(My dodge wasn't all that descriptive because I wasn't sure on how your slashes were exactly. If the dodge couldn't possibly work then IM me about how your slashes were so I can edit.) Kazuar's hands went to work as the FAZZ brandished its saber. The barrel that was the long blade rifle pivot outwards, while the Hazel itself spun in place and downwards again. His reason was to avoid the saber, leaving the blade rifle up in defense in case the dodge wasn't enough. Unfortunately it was the opposite. Kazuar's turn had done enough, but the large blade had cut the barrel with no trouble. He cursed himself for letting such common knowledge slip from his mind. Now having passed by and currently travelling away from the FAZZ, Kazuar manipulated the sub-arms, using them to remove and discard the remains of the blade barrel. "I wasn't prepared for this..." he came to realize. In the monitor's rear, the FAZZ could be seen moving; pursuing Kazuar, or so he thought. Warned of a lock, Kazuar swore and forced the Hazel to roll right. Thanks to the tri-booster, such a maneuver was possible. Having anticipated being fired on, Kazuar had expected the fire to come and was more concerned with it rather than the fact the lock signal had faded. It was Kazuar's move now, although by this time he figured it would be obvious to the FAZZ's pilot what it was he could do next. Even so, it was better than nothing, and he had no other idea on what to do with the few options that were left open. The Hazel Owsla swung around, still in its "flight form," and faced the FAZZ. Remaining in one line of fire, Kazuar pulled the trigger three times, all shots heading for the FAZZ's general chest area. He would then increase his speed slightly, rolling the Hazel to its right, then doubling back to its left and firing one shot at the FAZZ's right arm. The Hazel rolled again, down this time, and fired at the FAZZ chest again. While still in the same spot, he fired a sixth shot around the same area before rolling back upwards again and slowing down. (Lazy~) |

Whether luck or fate was particularly on his side didn't exactly matter as the thrusters flared. He'd been clear of the supposed attack rather quickly without a scratch as his opponent fired and ultimately missed, which then led through to the Z-Plus' beam cannon strike as it hurtled forward at the Justice (recapping the end of my post and what happens because I have to.), the jets were simply eager to burn away through the frictionless black void. Zeke had been relying on thinking most things through, which had if anything simply ate up more time than was necessary. For the first time in a while his body began to take the controls as much as his brain, the two melded to work in tandem on reaction and instinct. He'd have to be faster and more focused in this fight than any run of the mill one, something the young man didn't enjoy the after effects of. Adrenaline surged through every fiber of his being. Those two beam cannons lit up brilliantly to strike Zeke down, though in this moment it didn't take much. Vernia flared and he readjusted heavily, the Z-Plus pulled hard 'upwards' with his front end while the back pushed after it, essentially lifting him above the cannon rounds, ultimately he still maintained a lock on his opponent, so it didn't take much to click a button for the dual beam cannons to lance out again at the enemy, this time targeting dead towards the torso of the Infinite Justice, taking advantage of the slight break before continuing to push forward. In the moment of launching his attack, the enemy had begun to target him most obviously with its beam rifle. (This would reach you right after your rifle shots went off the attachment happened.) Then there were the beam rifle shots, not that they particularly mattered to him. The Z-Plus readjusted into the direct line of fire to cover any direct hit, ramming into one shot on his nose which the shield readily absorbed, a simple roll leaving the other two useless while the Z-Plus rapidly transformed back into a mobile suit with its forward thrust, the rifle in his hand taking aim and firing two emerald lances as the lower torso and head of the Infinite Justice. |

"A second barrel!?" Setsuna was certainly surprised how the Hazel possessed another barrel beneath the extended one. Reacting instantaneously, the FAZZ once falls backwards and moves down in a downward curve, while the left sided verniers began pushing the FAZZ to the left. While the beams did miss their mark in hitting the general chest at the breastplates, two beams nicked the vertical coolant system mounted in front of the left shoulder vernier, destroying that unit with such ease. "Overheat chances increased by 15%, better be careful." thought Setsuna, watching as his enemy began rolling. The initial roll startled Setsuna a little but when the Hazel did not open fire on the left arm, Setsuna immediately banked towards that direction just as the Hazel opened fire on the right arm, the beam missing its mark. Another shot came for the chest but the FAZZ had already moved by the time the Hazel took its time in rolling and firing the second beam, the energy lance passing by the FAZZ's right side, hitting nothing but air. The final beam did manage to hit the FAZZ as it slowly began to climb back to stand at head height with the Hazel but since the FAZZ is still at an angle where its body is leaning towards the left side, the beam strikes the right waist, slicing off the portion of portruding armor located right below the right skirt vernier. It came down to Setsuna to finish his opponent right here and now. Since the Hazel was kind enough not to pull out of close quarters, Setsuna gladly rushes in again, his three aces waiting at hand. Slowing down was definetly the last mistake the pilot of the Hazel would do in this fight. "There is nothing that my sword cannot cleave!" Setsuna shouted, the FAZZ accelerating itself towards the stationary Hazel and successfully closes the gap between both units once again. Left forward controls thrusted, the left arm of the FAZZ responds as Setsuna began delivering another pair of slashes onto the Hazel, the length of the mega beam saber once again coming to the aid of Setsuna. The first slash was an upward diagonal cut, from right to left, Setsuna attempting to cleave the Hazel in half. Even the least of his efforts could leave a deep cut onto the upper and mid breast sections of the Gundam. His second slash was a downward cleave, the blade of the mega beam saber coming from above the crown of the Hazel. Setsuna's attack wasn't complete just yet, with the right arm moving forward as well. Six beams racing out of the twin-barrel beam rifle towards the lower torso areas of the Hazel as Setsuna began pulling the trigger three times again. Of course, his attacks would'nt come complete without the finishing manuveur. In the midst of his two moves at point blank range. Setsuna saved the best for last. By the time the beams from the twin-barrel beam rifle raced out, the forehead of the FAZZ began to radiate a bright light of blue colored energy. "BEGONE, HAZEL!" His thumbs squeezed the trigger as hard as he possibly could, the high mega cannon on the forehead firing an almighty blast twice bigger than the previous mega particle blast fired from the torso of the FAZZ,. With the blast possessing enough energy to wipe out half of the Jupiter space fleet, it could practically vaporize both the Hazel and its pilot into oblivion. "Checkmate." proclaimed young Setsuna. |

(Just not the same with the FAZZ, Arch v.v) "Getting closer? Now what does that one have planned?" Kazuar thought out loud. The FAZZ would have its left arm extended, either to swing up and back down again, or simply upwards. The latter would be more difficult to deal with, but not impossible. With the FAZZ's saber approaching from below, the Hazel moved with the left with the blade but not diagonally up with it. In the Hazel's left hand was still the beam saber. While it may not have been very effective for blocking in one hand, it would still prove useful. The Hazel spun to face the larger sword and swung its own against it. To prevent being thrown, the sword arm bent at the elbow and pushed off the larger blade to push itself safely aside. For the second slash, Kazuar repeated, although he discarded the beam rifle to free the right hand. Again the Hazel blocked, and with its thrusters pushed itself to the side and out of the saber's range. The upcoming shots from the rifle would be tricky to deal with. Kauzar lowered the shield after the sub arms and one of the Hazel's legs were blown off by the first shot. The remains of the shield managed to take the second blast, but no more. The remains of the shield were destroyed along with the Owsla's left forearm. "Is this really all I can do? I realize I'm...But is that all?" Kazuar thought to himself. From his point of view, it was almost as if time had slowed down around him. Kazuar unconsciously reach over and pulled a red lever on the side of his seat. As soon as it hit a certain point, the screens in front displayed the words "PRIMROSE ALPHA" in large white letters. The Hazel's head and arms were ejected from the main body, followed by the unit's torso. The third pair of beams from the FAZZ's rifle would miss the Hazel's components by inches, but it wouldn't matter. This battle had ended. The torso of the Hazel, still equipped with the Owsla's propulsion systems and mega particle cannon, took off above the FAZZ unit before the blast could reach it. The pieces of the Hazel left behind would be obliterated by the FAZZ's cannon. Although even if something had survived, it was doubtful the parts would be of any use. The mobile suit had been constructed with the Earth Union's technology anyhow, and Kazuar was returning to the Aswan with the cockpit regardless. (I was waiting for you to use that one *reminded of fighting Rodrin, ZAKU vs ZZ* Well, I'm out for this one. It was fun Arch. I wouldn't be surprised if it happened again. Sorry Enzeru, but this was all I could do) |

"And there is nothing that this cannon cannot destroy." The FAZZ turned around as soon as its cannon had finished swallowing the Hazel, unknown that the pilot had escaped the predicament. Of course, if a rematch would be in store for Setsuna, that would be most interesting. "The high mega cannon would take 150 seconds to recharge. Even without the Bio-Sensor, its power is truly devastating." thought Setsuna, scanning the perimeter for any allied unit requiring support. He noted the presence of the Nu Gundam, a Zeta variant and the Re-GZ on the battlefield. With the options of fighting the Infinite Justice, the Saviour or a GOUF Ignited, Setsuna had some tough options. However, he'd come to the decision to support the Re-GZ, since it battles the Saviour Gundam to a stalemate. "Their weakest link." Besides, there is a GOUF Ignited pursuing the Re-GZ. Setsuna thought he could make things a lot even for young Kusanagi. "White Knight, this is Archangel. I'm moving in to support you. Stay out of my line of fire." Setsuna spoke over the video channel, mechanically. Boosting away from the site where he had just claimed the Hazel his, Setsuna charges the GOUF from the rear. "Mokuhyou hosoku!" Setsuna hits the brakes at mid-range, allowing the verniers and apogee motors to cool down momentarily as he took aim with the FAZZ. Multiple red circles began shrinking onto the GOUF Ignited, Setsuna smiling as the 18-tube missile launchers began to open again. "FAZZ, initiating missile barrage!" Setsuna shouted, the FAZZ responding by launching all eighteen missiles from its backpack launchers, spreading them all over the body of the GOUF. A much easier opponent for Setsuna to say the least, since its armored body does not possess Luna Titanium armor, nor will its shield could save it from getting pummelled by so many hard hitting projectiles at the same time. With its first attack done and dealt with, Setsuna hits the apogee motors and begins circling around the GOUF, covering its right side. At a firing angle where its shots would not hit the missiles, Setsuna confidently raises the twin beam rifle, its barrels pointing directly at the unguarded right side of the GOUF. "The Chess pieces begin to fall." thought Setsuna, pulling the trigger three times. The twin beam rifle responding, firing three pairs of beams towards the head, torso and the legs of the GOUF. |

Rick had just finished plucking off the last of the Swarming Mp units. " ok lets see, where did that Re-GZ get too." Rick searched around for a quick minute before finally finding it. "got ya. Lets get back to our fight." Rick jetted off to go fight the Re-GZ again. Just a moment before he reached his target a team of Enemy Mobile suits came in for an attack. " Crap, I cant fight one battle with out anyone interupting can I!" Rick Was Mad. Rick quickly killed off the first three and turned to the forth oly to slash it in half with his tempest. "You little guys will think twice before You mess with me. Now, Back to the fight at hand. Before Rick was able to make contact with the Re-GZ, a small Ring of an alarm Went of alerting Rick to multiple Missiles on a crash course with him. " What? looks like I'm popular to day." Rick turned around and Counter with a Full Burst of His BeamGuns Blasting Half of the 18 Missles down With ease. The other 9 made rick doing some Crazy Dodging too bad one missle tagged him from behind and shattered two more wings. "Huh? Heat sorces Approching from my Right." Rick Thought, " Full reverse! " Rick Pulled his Gouf into a full reverse and Set his shield in front Trying to out run the beams. He blocked all but one which Snapped his Lower Right wing in half. "He got me! I'll Mad now." Rick hit the breaks and stopped. Rick put his tempest back in his shield and Hovered into a Standing position Perallel to the FAZZ. " Sure you wana Hit me, as you can tell I'm not in a good mood today." Rick readied his Whip to grab the FAZZ. " I'll teach you. I'll tach you all that the Empire will preval Even if we have to take the Hard way." Rick Charged in at the FAZZ and Swung the Whip in an Uppercut Slash to the Machines Torso. Ryan smirked as he watched a GOUF suit stop its attack on the Re-GZ, "Rookie I bet, he should focus on one oppenent than trying to attack all of them", he said noticing he had passed judgement on a foe, something he normally never done. He shook himself from these thoughts and followed his own advice, he focused on the GOUF. The Re-GZ had an impressive arsenal, although Ryan would keep most of his larger and more powerful weapons for the Saviour Gundam. He still had a few weapons. Looking at the beam rifle in the right hand, Ryan inputted a few commands into the MS' OS. The machine accepted the commands and rasied the beam rifle, the charge having already been completed. With its back turned to the Re-GZ, the GOUF's rear thrusters were a good target. Three beams burst out the rifle and lanced towards thier target, the boosters of the GOUF. However it wasn't only the boosters that Ryan had in mind. He kept the Re=GZ where it was and raised the arm he had released one grenade from before, one still remained within the launcher. Taking aim at the back of the GOUF, Ryan simply flicked a switch and watched as one grande was launched from the forearm and headed torwards the GOUF, he sat back in his cockpit and smiled. |

"You gota Be kidding me. another attack on me? The Re-GZ I forgot all about it." Rick Flipped his gout Up and over the Shoots, but didn't notice the grenade. The grenade tagged Rick on the Leg sending Rick into a crazed free fall. " Darn! I can't focus today. Can't believe that thing tagged me.' Rick finally stopped the Goufs Fall and jetted back in confusion on what to attack first. "this is Rick mendosa, Requesting Assistance. Targets...One Re-GZ and a FAZZ, I repeat, Requesting assistance, Targets are one Re-GZ and a FAZZ." Rick Chose to attack the Re-GZ, Throwing his Whip in an Uppercut. " I thought EU was tough. Double teaming an MP unit. You guys can't go it alone with out the need to group up on the little guy." Rick said in an attemp to Catch them out of focus. Rick Launched his Tempest out of the shield and Charged in with a Stab attack to the units Thrusters." I've been waiting a long time to be able to kill one of you guys and now heres the chance. Now, Sit still." Rick was so Crazed out that He lost all Focus and Went on a slashing spree." I'll Kill you all, Kill...Kill...Kill 'em all." Rick Was so Crazed He Neary killed one of his own on a fly by.Rick snapped out of it after 5 minutes and brang him-self back into focus. "Dam.... It emanated from just a single point, a speck in the distance that grew larger with every instant that the Nu Gundam traveled along its course. Rodrin continued forward, brimming with a new sense of purpose. He activated the magnification scope. A box appeared on the monitor. “That is it,” he stated confidently. Inside the box’s confines was a large, red Mobile Suit that sped along its own course like a shark patrolling for prey. Its form was slightly recognizable. He had spotted it once before when he had engaged the Neo-UCN. He had not the fortune of combating it but he read a small report about it afterwards. Instinctively, Rodrin searched through the database and finally dragged up a name and specs. “Sazabi…quite a nasty unit,” his eyes darted from data screen to visual monitor and back. He felt an increase in pressure but it wasn’t due to the Suit’s armaments. It was something else about the whole situation. He HAD seen this. The Nu Gundam blazed through the hot battleground, weaving between clashing units where necessary. Quickly, it covered the distance towards the target. In the cockpit, a thumping filled Rodrin’s head. He gave it a quick shake in an attempt to focus on the coming conflict. It did not subside. It only attacked with greater intensity. He closed his eyes for a second and then shot them open to find the Sazabi filling his monitors with its blood red color scheme and single, green mooneye like a demon from man’s worst fears. “…!” he could only gasp as he yanked back on the tracker balls, sending the Nu Gundam up. He raised his shield desperately, only to watch it turn to oozing liquid metal slag as a hellfire of plasma erupted from the demon’s torso. Fear gripped him in an icy clasp. In desperation, he raised his beam rifle straight at the Sazabi and tried to pull the trigger but before he flexed his finger, the rifle exploded suddenly, throwing Rodrin like a rag doll against the safety restraints. A sharp pain washed over his from his shoulder. Through the pain surges, he cast an animal-like glance upwards-spotting a red cylindrical weapon. “A funnel!” He looked back in time to spot the large shield slamming across the Nu’s torso. It possessed an air of brutality, not a graceful beam slash but a ruthless smashing of metal on metal. A copper taste filled Rodrin’s mouth… He opened his eyes in a near panic. He breathed heavily and turned his head from side to side. The Nu Gundam was fine and still on the course towards the Sazabi. Only a second had elapsed but now his body was shaking. “What was…another vision. Did I see…my death?” He took another few breaths to calm himself. A new awareness came over him as he settled in to a more relaxed state. “I have to change that, I can’t let it happen.” He drew a lock-on the Sazabi and fired the beam rifle, sending off three shots in rapid succession as he dragged the golden reticule over the length of the enemy, from mid-torso up to the head.

The Commander watched as the Z-Plus effortlessly intensified the output of its thrust, pulling up as the two cannon shots were unleashed, avoiding the blasts by mere meters. As the enemy ascended, it pointed it's nose down at the Empire Prototype. The beam Rifle lances that were fired on the opposing were also avoided, a roll type maneuver from the other sending the first to out of sight, while the third hit the front nose section, melting away yet more beam laminate. With the position the enemy was in, it was in a perfect line to fire on Enzerus Gundam. With a lock still remaining on the Infinite Justice, it was only obvious its foe would send back a counter attack. With this in mind, he was quick on the controls, pushing power to all the apogee motors on the left side of the suit, the lower ones first, then on up. The cannons fired as the maneuver was performed, the MS lying horizontal, at which time the output was increased to a higher lever, all assist motors at the same time, which pushed the suit upward while still lying flat. The emerald plasma bolts streaked past, the Sub Flight Lifter rising as it ascended. The ass end of the inner cannon shot nicked the tip of the left wing of the lifter as it rose, melting it off. Again, the enemy Gundam would transform, going back to it's humanoid form. When its transformation was completed, its beam rifle was pointed in Tawkashis direction. Two bolts were fired, and at the same time, the lower assist motors flared, continuing in the same direction. As the suit spun in that same position, when the bolts wretch the suit, it was vertical, the two rifle shots well off target due to the position change, trailing by the left and right sides of the suit. Even while the suit spun, it's beam rifle was still pointed toward the impending target. As the two shots fired from the enemy lit the monitors within the cockpit, three bolts fired from the H.E beam rifle gripped in the machines right fist. One went at the left upper arm socket, one toward the center mid torso/cockpit region, and the last toward the right knee connection, fired in a diagonal line from the upper left side, to the middle, and down the the right lower side of the Z-Plus. As the beam rifle was firing, the Lifter detached from the backside of the PT. Enzerus opponent should currently be evading the three shots sent toward it, and in that case, the Secondary unit thrusted about fifteen meters to the left side of its brethren, the right side of the opposing. Upon doing so, the two cannon would fire again, the machine tilted vertically, aimed to impact on the entire right side profile of the SR Scum. Even while the first three shots were fired from the MSs beam rifle, it had continued its spin, and by the time all three bolts had been unleashed, it was positioned "Upright". When the Lifter had gotten into position, by the time it fired, if Enzerus enemy was paying any attention to the suit its self, he would see the right arm coming forward, a small crimson weapon held in that hand being released, the rifle having been placed back onto its hardpoint. The beam boomerang was let fly, arched high to come down on top of the Z-Plus, and cleave it's way through the head, and on through the machine, to separate it into two halves. After throwing the projectile, the right hand grasped the hilt of the beam saber on the left skirt armor rack, pulling it free, and slammed it down onto the butt end of the hilt in the right rack, connecting the two. Removing the connected weapon from its "Sheath", the left arm extended, holding the shield out in front of the unit, the right arm positioned backward, hoping to hide the not yet ignited weapon out of view, and awaited the next move from the enemy. "Come closer..."

Pacing his breathing, Shinji was tired of scouring the battlefield, yet found nothing among the heaps of debris where his allied units were. That was of course, before someone found him. And truelly, it was a nightmare at first sight: Nu Gundam. Shinji knew he was good, but to take on the Nu Gundam AND it's pilot? He was in over his head. "Rodrin Durtal.... I believe he was the one who piloted that thing. Tawkashi never gives me any fucking information nowadays!" He said, screaming as he hit the thruster switch. The thrusters ignited, and the Nu Gundam locked on. "Pre-emptive strike? NO!" He said, as the shots were fired. With some luck however, the shots hit the shield. All of them dissipitated alot of the anti-beam coating on it, which meant that Shinji was already off to a bad-start. Taking aim, Shinji fired three-beam rifle shots of his own in retaliation. After which, he deployed all of the funnels. He then prepared to retreat into the debris field for covering fire. Truelly, one of them would fall this battle.

With his attack, Rodrin had drawn the demon’s attention for sure. His shots impacted along the large shield, burning off a majority of the anti-beam gel coating it seemed. In quick retaliation, the Sazabi raised its own beam rifle, leveling it in the Nu Gundam’s direction. “Fairly straight-forward,” Rodrin muttered as three beams erupted from the barrel in rapid succession. No warning klaxon sounded, which would have hinted at a solid lock. “I must have caught him well off-guard.” He was quick to flare the suit’s left side apogee thrusters, throwing the gundam into a roll towards the right. Only the first came the closest of the trio of poorly aimed shots since the beam rifle didn’t trace his movements. Rodrin suffered little from it…only a slight heat scoring along a portion of the shield. He had spotted the attack just in time. He wondered though how lucky he would be to continue it. Even a trained snake catcher didn’t leave himself within striking range of a cobra too often. He corrected out of the roll in time to see the Sazabi moving towards the debris field with 6 little red cylinders following behind like baby ducklings after their mother. They were far too recognizable to Rodrin. The vision came back forcefully, instantly drying his mouth. He parted his mouth and licked his lips. “He wants to play with rocks now. Ok, we’ll do it your way,” he stated as he released his own 6 funnels on his back. With purpose, they spread out around the Nu Gundam as he pushed it ahead to chase after the Sazabi. However, he prepared a little treat for the enemy, which would be mostly unaware to him. Carefully, Rodrin dragged the targeting reticule over the Sazabi as it prepared to move off towards the debris. When it changed to a solid gold, he squeezed the trigger, launching another 3 rounds from his beam rifle aimed at the core of the suit. Considering Rodrin wasn’t sure if he’d catch the enemy starting to move towards the debris or not, he couldn’t tell if it would hit the rear, side, or front. He then paused a moment, re-aiming the beam rifle after the opponent moved and fired another quick 3 shots aimed for the opponent’s right side, hoping to either take off the right arm or destroy the beam rifle. “Come on, look at me,” Rodrin said through gritted teeth as he waited to see the actions from the Sazabi. When he thought the moment was right, he sprung his planned move. In an instant, another 3 lances of beam fire appeared from amongst the debris field. Rodrin had maneuvered his other 6 funnels that he detached earlier into the debris field while he engaged the Sazabi. Now three of them were firing from hidden positions amongst the rocks and garbage. One beam aimed for each lower leg while the third went straight for the core again. He hoped that either the enemy would have turned to engage him from the earlier attacks so the funnels’ fire would strike him from the rear. However, if he had turned and continued to fly straight ahead for the debris, he would be flying straight into them. |

The Re-GZ boosted back as the GOUF launched a whip at the faster MS. Ryan smirked as the Re-GZ boosted to the left to avoid the whip of the GOUF, no doubt its pilot would be mad. Of course Ryan knew a thing or two about getting mad on the battlefield. he smiled as he remembered his first mission where he threw his rifle away because it didn't work. He laughed and watched the GOUF once more, it was once again on the offensive. The GOUF was a meele suit through and through, Ryan had studied it for one of his studies on a paper he done on the suits of the JE and EU, his teacher was less than happy but he still passed. With the Tempest in its hand, the GOUF had launched towards the Re-GZ in blind rage, something Ryan noted as a rookie's mistake. Boosting the Re-GZ to the left once more, the suit avoided most damage although one hit did hit the left wing of the Re-GZ. With his foe now busy, Ryan aimmed the beam rifle once more, this time he was going to disable his foe. With the GOUF's sword arm in aim, the beam rifle let loose three beams at its target. Ryan smiled as he kept the Re-GZ boosting back ever so slightly. Keeping the beam rifle rasied, Ryan kept his finger on the trigger. He knew the GOUF didn't have much offensive power distance-wise so he kenw he was safe from the GOUF, although that Saviour had been quiet for some time now. It was getting weird, the GOUF knew it couldn't handle the FAZZ and Re-GZ together yet it kept going, why? |

“A solid hit?” Rodrin couldn’t believe it as his attack nearly hit its mark exactly. The two beams from the distant funnels tore into the lower legs sections with lethal force, causing them to mushroom into fiery explosions. The first trio of plasma from his rifle struck solidly along the shield, quickly turning the rigid structure into slag. The second trio struck the arm and beam rifle. The last beam hit a portion of the rear backpack, mostly along one of the funnel racks. In a matter of moments, the once prowling predator now whimpered on like a wounded mutt. “How?” he choked out as he watched intently through a shroud of disbelief. His vision…all those terrible images that minutes ago sent icy cold fingers down his spine, that made him taste his own blood, that made him fear his death, they were false? This thought shook Rodrin. How could he be so far off? It was so real. “No, it was real. It had to be.” This whole time, the Nu gundam continued to drift towards the remains of the Sazabi…drifting dangerously close. “Brigadier General! Sir!” a shout came over the comm. that jarred Rodrin back to reality. “Sir, are you all right?” He couldn’t place the voice but spotted a Dagger off to his left and incoming. “Uh, yeah. I’m fine,” he said stiffly, barely believing his own words. Now he realized how much distance he had covered. The former monster now filled most of his view screen. It sat motionless in the abyss surrounded in a small pool of its own wreckage. The green monoeye had dimmed. The six red funnels sat lifeless as well. Rodrin made sure to take care of them swiftly, taking quick aim and blasting each one with a well placed beam rifle round. Still he thought of how such a thing could be taken down so easily. What had done it? Did something differ? Were the variables changed? “That has to be it, something changed,” he thought to himself as he then turned the beam rifle’s barrel towards the Sazabi. He would have to analyze it later. Maybe even discuss it with the research team. They had to be useful for something. “Right now, I have a battlefield to clean up.” He switched his comm. to the enemy pilot. “Power down your suit and open the hatch, and you will not be harmed.” For extra emphasis, he positioned his funnels around the enemy machine. |

With the GOUF Ignited out of the way, Setsuna sets his priority to aid Kusanagi in his battle against the Saviour. As the FAZZ drifted towards the Saviour Gundam, Setsuna had the twin-barrel beam rifle raised up. "White Knight, I'll be needing your assistance in capturing this Gundam." Setsuna spoke to the pilot in the Refined Gundam Zeta, better known as the Re-GZ. "This unit will be most useful in the hands of the Union." he added, the FAZZ now positioning itself within firing range, approaching the Saviour from its rear, direction southwest. At the same time, the missile compartments began to open. The computers awaiting Setsuna's response to initiate the firing sequence. Sure, missiles would be ineffective against the VPS armor in general but there are certain parts where even the VPS would not provide cover. The rocket propulsion thrusters for example. "White Knight, if the Saviour turns hostile against us, disable its visuals. Can't fight what they can't see." Setsuna requests, now establishing a direct voice over communications link with the Saviour Gundam. "Pilot of the ZGMF-X23S Saviour Gundam! We have your perimeter surrounded! Turn off your operating systems and your generators, with the exception of your first movement systems for the cockpit hatch! If you fail to comply, we shall not hesitate to open fire and destroy your unit! You have one minute!" The FAZZ raised its left arm. "Squadrons, weapons at the ready!" Setsuna began ordering the squadron of Jegan mobile suits. "The Saviour moves an inch, you open fire!" came the order from the young Lieutenant. His eyes rolled to the right of his panoramic monitor screen. With the Nu Gundam approaching the Sazabi, Setsuna concludes that even the General had won his own battle as well. |

Ryan smiled as he watched the Saviour retreat, "White Knight here, the Saviour Gundam has retreated. I repeat: the Saviour is gone!", he reported to his fellow MS and allied ships. The Re-GZ was in overall good health. With the Re-GZ still having more than half its weaponary, it could still fight. Ryan bgean searching for a target and one came into view. The Infinite Justice. Ryan smiled as he watched the suit and he guessed that the pilot was good yet, he doubted it could take on more than 1 mobile suit at a time. He knew his SR friend in the Z Plus had already began attacking the Infinite Justice and he decided it was time to help out his ally. Raising its beam rifle, the Re-GZ boosted towards the Infinite Justice. With the target in sight and within range, the Re-GZ began preparing itself for battle. Loading the grenade tubes, Ryan began inputting target data. Raising its right arm and the hip mounted grenade launchers, the Re-GZ fired four greandes towards the Infinite Justice. One launched at each leg around the calve area and two launched at the Sub Lifter. Ryan smirked as the Re-GZ continued heading towards its foe. It would not launch another attack until the its greandes had hit the Infinite Justice. Keeping the beam rifle raised, the Re-GZ watched its foe and prepared to attack once more. Ryan sat back in his chair and smiled and watched at the Infintie Justice with interest, "This time you go down......". |

The Dagger continued to approach, raising its rifle at the Sazabi as well. At the same time, Rodrin received another hail from the pilot. "Sir, I can handle this one. You can check if the others need assistance," the man stated with a confidence Rodrin couldn't ignore. He took one last look at the maimed creature before him. He knew the man was most likely right. Besides, there were plenty of other suits nearby to lend a hand if there was trouble. "Right, I'll leave this to you then. Take care," he said as the Nu Gundam turned and accelerated away. The Fin funnels followed close behind. It didn't take Rodrin long to scan the rest of the field. All around him, the last glowing embers of conflict were dying out. However, he noticed that a number of the pilots were still combating with a unit he easily identified. "The Infinite Justice..." he said slowly as he closed some distance, raised his rifle, and fired two shots at the unit's torso when the line of fire was clear. It seemed cornered though by their sheer numbers. He believed that staying around would onyl work to their disadvantage. He banked the Nu Gundam and brought it on a course back to the launch ship. Later he would discover that the Sazabi still had some fight left in it as it deftly destroyed the Dagger and ran.

Think fast Zeke. He said, not particularly paying attention to what his volleys and attack run may have done, but more focused on continued survival to keep on fighting. In reality, he was getting good at the game of war, and he certainly was doing well. But he was still newer on the chopping block, and like it or not, he did have less experience than a lot of other pilots out there. So it was no wonder he simply fell back to instinct and reactions, it was likely the only thing he COULD do. Although, he had fought rather successfully against the Sazabi for a while, which at least told him he was capable of the job. It may have been that occurrence that gave him the Z-Plus, and the rather large reputation of its previous pilot. Zeke was for all instances, in that mans shadow. The Z-Plus jetted to the right and twisted, shield up front. He was quick enough that the first shot missed the socket, the second lagging slightly behind clipped his shield on the outside, burning the gel in that area, while the third would have hit were it not for the rather fortunate position of his legs. The emerald bolt flew through the five hole, causing some minor damages to the armoring of both limbs. Of course, his enemy was experienced, and that experience likely noted his dodge into play. But whilst in the dodge, he was hardly oblivious to his surroundings. The simple movement he had played wasn't so distracting as not to notice the sublifter moving to his right; consequently the area he had been dodging to to avoid the beam rifle barrage. Already his initial velocity carried him in a direction which he could not adjust for quickly enough. His last option was consequently to boost straight up, and the beam cannons fortunately, did not get their direct hit. Although his computer flared as it suddenly lost contact with the right foot and a good portion of the right shin upward the the right knee cap. The beam boomerang of his opponent was however seen, hell, the Z-Plus was flying right into it with its action, and the reaction Zeke mustered was to fire the already out beam rifle to engulf the thing in a blaze. His opponent had now drawn its sabers and was coming for him. In truth he wasn't much in the consideration zone of combat, so he fired twice from the rifle and boosted back, placing it to the hardpoint and grabbing the beam cannons. His aim was on the opponent and he fired the two massive shots towards his enemy with the hopes of destroying him, while the Z-Plus itself kicked into mobile armor mode again and started flying.

Ryan watched as his greandes stuck the Infinite Justice. The legs were almost destroyed and the Sub Lifter had been damaged so badly it no longer worked, everything was going according to plan. Ryan inspected the Infinite Justice once more before he bought the Re-GZ alongisde the red/pink Mobile Suit. He inspected the unit once more before he bought the Re-GZ about 180 degress. The boosted activated and the suit boosted 100 metres way from the Infinite justice. "My mission is clear", the White Knight said he began inputting coordinate data and target info. The Re=GZ rasied its beam rifle and loaded the last load of grenades, "Goodbye..., he said as the beam rifle let loose three beams at the torso of the Infintie Justice, namely around the power plant area. If that wasn't bad enough, the last two greandes were launched at the cockpit of the Infinite Justice. Today the Infinite Justice would go down. |

Unbelievable, they did it. Setsuna never thought the attack would succeed. Perhaps the Union does have some quality in them. But his trust in the force remains at a minimal. As the FAZZ began firing more than twenty missiles to pursue a squadron of retreating Jupiter mobile suits, a Jegan approached the FAZZ from the right. One of Setsuna's wingmen came to bear the good news from the vanguard. "Lieutenant Minako, the remnants of the Jupiter forces have surrendered!" came the first question. "What shall we do with them, sir!?" came the second. "Kill them all." "...What!?" "What is the creed of this squadron, Ensign?" "S-Show no mercy, for you shall recieve none." "Then I expect you to uphold that creed." "...But sir, that's-" Setsuna opens fire again, two beams which raced out of the twin-barrel beam rifle piercing through the back of a GOUF Ignited, which was one of the dozens of mobile suits that surrendered in defeat. "That is an order, Ensign." Setsuna responded, whiffs of smoke blowing off the barrels of the FAZZ's rifle. "Kill the rest of them." came his direct order before the FAZZ drifted off to another location. "A-Aye, sir! Execute priority Scorpio! Take no prisoners!" The FAZZ drifted across the open airspace at Aargon once more. "Aargon is ours, Jupiter." thought Setsuna, who got a kill for himself and a big one too. Sad that he could not capture the Hazel. Or could he? "Once this all ends. You're next, Union." he added, motioning towards the pile of debris that was once the Hazel Oswla. Perhaps something could be done with a few scraps in hand. It was time to resume where General Durtal had left off. Clean up duties. And his clean up duties would end with the destruction of one unit. "Nuclear powered or not, you're going down." said Setsuna as the targeting retical began shrinking onto the Infinite Justice. Placing the Gundam directly in the dead center of the crosshair, the FAZZ grabs its hyper mega-particle launcher on the right shoulder and began channeling a huge output of mega-particle energy onto the tip of its barrel. Seventy two megawatts in total, nothing would be left of the Infinite Justice following this attack. Drifting towards an angle where the blast would not hit the Re-GZ, Setsuna takes aim, sniping interface scope covering his right eye. Mega-particle charge complete. "White Knight, stand clear." Setsuna warned his ally in the Refined Gundam Zeta as he began squeezing the trigger, the FAZZ firing its biggest mega-particle blast, surging straight towards the Infinite Justice. The verniers and apogee motors immediately responded as Setsuna fired, keeping the FAZZ steady at a vertical base. |
