Amidst the black vacuum of space, within the endless ocean of stars, was one tiny, insugnificant space station made for the purpose of war. It's name: Aaragon. Current military power occupying it: The Earth Union. This was the new pattern of war. Aaragon had seen the face of many battles in the past, but now, one last battle was necessary for the reclamation of the battle-hardened war station. While it was the last defence for the Earth Union on the way to Lageu, or rather, it's remains, Aaragon was the first defence from the EU when it was in JE's possession. "Ugh...damn Earth Union troops. Why did they leave this thing so defenceless out here? It's...just begging to be taken back." DJ said, strapping on his piloting helmet. He had a new toy that he was just.... waiting to bust out of the hangar, and onto the battlefield. Gripping his wrist, DJ wrapped a bandage around a shrapnel wound from an earlier skirmish with the recruits. He wasn't in a prototype class mobile suit any earlier. Walking down the hallway, several thoughts were pacing through his head at lightspeed, so to speak. "Great, now I have to fight to take back this place. Ugh... why couldn't Tawkashi be with us? He knew this base more securaly than anyone in this force." He said, thinking of the countless times Enzeru Tawkashi had taken back Aaragon, and fought for it. "Well.... I guess I'll have to be the next Face of Aaragon." He said, thinking of the possible rumors that would spread of him after this fight. Climbing through the hangar door, the zero-gravity feeling just disappeared to DJ. His stomach was basically turning inside out. All of the weight of this operation suddenly fell onto his shoulders, now having second thoughts. Having some soldiers salute him, he gave the standard salute back to them. Then, he climbed next to his toy: The Sazabi. Standing next to it with the cockpit shut, he looked at with a certain "awe" in his expression. He smirked, as he leaned down to open it up by hitting the button on the left side. Putting the space helmet on, DJ climbed in by crouching down to get through. As he sat down in the seat, he adjusted it to his comfort. Then, he laughed as a mechanic started talking. "Bring me back a souvenir, ya?" a Jamaican mechanic said, in his usual accent. "Yeah. A new family Christmas picture." He said, smiling as the mechanic backed away laughing. It was a mere exchange between friends, nothing more. "Your a prince." He said, smiling again to himself this time. "Control, this is DJ Jaco, and I'm ready to walk this bad dog..." He said, as the cables disconnected. He started the Sazabi, as the cockpit turned an azure blue in his face. Amplifyed by the blue lights, it was very shiny. He stepped the Sazabi forward, walking as he grabbed the beam gun. The funnels were positioned in their usual rack, while the shield was on the forearm. The mechanics in the back started cheering as him and some other fodder units walked forward, and went towards the catapult. He positioned the Sazabi on it, and crouched it down. "General Jaco, Sazabi, ready to go." He said, as the bridge immediately responded. He could tell, as the Sazabi shot forward like a bullet. As he was thrown into space's harsh vacuum, the thrusters ignited. Sending DJ on a direct course with Aaragon's defense forces. |

Now, for the time of battle it seemed as if it was time to pull out seeing that he was needed. Thoughts had raced into Lawliet's head while walking forward to the hanger. What would happen? Would anyone innocent be killed in the crossfire?; all of these thoughts rushed through the young man's head while he had put on his helmet, approaching the hanger. Two of the mechs had approached him and gave him a speech for good luck. "Lawliet, I hope your ready." "Yea, it's been years since you've pilotted a suit, not doubting your skill or anything." "Bleh...The simulators have been doing me good. I can pilot my suit as well as anyone; besides, the thought of war makes my blood rush." Once speaking with the two mechs, Lawliet had walked forward towards his new suit. It's been a while since he piloted one, but he had to get back use to actually fighting again. He however walked upon the lifting pad and pressed a single button as it lifted him up to the suits cockpit. He pressed another button ontop of it and had entered it. "Lawliet, prepare for launch." One of the mechs had camly said holding a notepad and had moved his fingers to alert the one operating the door for the hanger to open it. "Right." Gripping the controls while inside of his spacesuit, Lawliet had preprared to launch forward in his Zaku Custom. "In one, two, three...LAUNCH." A voice being heard of the intercom in the room bursted from wall to wall alerting Lawliet to push off. And doing so, Lawliet had jetted forward, finding his superior officers suit and stood next to it, awaiting any sort of combat. |

Out of the abyss, it appeared. The Girty Lue class melted into existence, its Mirage Colloid giving it nigh perfect invisibility in space. A lone mecha stood on the hull of the unit, arms crossed. The newly acquired Dynr Gundam, a high-speed assault unit which in the right hands could turn the tide of battle on its own. That is, if it didn’t kill its pilot in the process. The Beam assault rifle lay across his back, strapped into the hard point. Zechs sat in the cockpit, his legs crossed as he sat patiently waiting. He moved his hand forward, keying a few keys on the keyboard, opening a channel on all frequencies. “Jupiter Empire forces. This is Zechs Merquise of Black Omega. If you do not vacate union space we will be forced to take this as a sign of aggression and retaliate. You have 2 minutes to respond or we will open fire.” He closed the channel, leaning his helmeted head back into the chair. With a quick puff of its verniers, the Dynr lifted off the deck of the Girty Lue. Within moments, the Girty Lue had shifted back into its Mirage Collided state. Zechs watched the units in front of him. He studied them, a small chill forming at the base of his spine. It’d be lying to say he wasn’t feeling a bit jittery. It’d be the first time he’d fielded this unit in combat. It closed his eyes, taking a deep breath. This was no time for worry, he had to get this done or else his plans would be ruined. His eyes fell solely on the red unit. He watched it move forward. He was sure, just by looking at it, that it was a Commander unit. Simple tactics told him that to end this; he’d have to finish that unit in particular. Cut off the head, and the body will wither; as they always say. He un-crossed his legs, moving them to the ready position. He grasped the control yokes. The Gundam’s arms moved around to the back, clasping on the beam assault rifle. Their deadline was closing, how would they respond? Only time would tell. |

A lone salamis kai made its way through the empty airspace surrounding Aargon. Gawin was tapping his feet as he listened to some of his favorite music and playing card games on his computer. He had been traveling for quite some time since his departure from Axis. His superior officer and good friend Kazuar Akui requested his presence on the next Jupiter attack against the Earth Union. A crew men knocked on Gawin's door before relaying from outside, "Lieutenant Commander Vichai, the Captain has asked for you to report to your mobile weapon. We have almost arrived to the battle space and you are to launch soon." Gawin nodded and knocked on the door as he replied, "Alright, wish me luck." Gawin was dressed in a simple brown leather jacket, black t-shirt, and jeans with specially made shoes for piloting. Throwing the jacket on his bed, Gawin made his way towards the hangar. Working as a low ranked pilot for so long, he had grown quite accustomed to the schematics of the salamis kai line. Out of cockiness and laziness, Gawin decided not to opt for the entire pilots' suit and simply grabbed a helmet. The DOM was still fairly new to Gawin but it was quite user friendly and easily adaptable. The DOM had a swarm of mechanics running around it as they busily worked on equipping the suit with a Slash wizard pack. The blue DOM made all of its final adjustments before stepping onto the catapult. Gawin made the final steps and relayed to the bridge, "Lieutenant Commander Gawin Vichai launching." A surge of pressure pressed onto Gawin's chest as the DOM launched out into the upcoming battle. Gawin noticed two JE identified suits and relayed his alliance to them. "This is lieutenant commander Gawin Vichai representing the Neo-UCN, I am here as your supplementary forces. I am sorry but I will not risk the company of my cruiser in this battle, but I will do my best as a mobile weapons' pilot to aid you in any way you see fit." |

The phone rang. Nam was sitting on this prized, over-stuffed chair, trying to relax. He had his eyes closed, and when the second rang come he kept them closed hoping that the phone would just stop ringing by itself, which of course didn't happen. Finally, Nam got up and answered the phone. "Officer Nam speaking." Nam said, rubbing his eyes. "Officer, we have a situation, we will need you to come down to the meeting office a-s-a-p. Do you understand?" "Yes." Nam said, hanging up the phone. He was ready to walk out of the room, when he noticed he was not in proper attire. He figured he better where his flight suit if they need him. Once into his flight suit, Nam headed for the meeting office. He arrived at the door and knocked, the door was already ajar. He pushed the door open. Inside the room, which was poorly lit, a large rectangular table sat in the middle of the room. Folding chairs were placed around the table. Nam chuckled at how cheap this base was. He walked over to the table. As he walked he noticed two gentlemen, one in his older years, grayed haired, the other middle aged, balding. The older gentleman spoke first, "Have a sit Nam; we need to have a chat." Nam pulled one of the chairs out, and then sat. The older man pushed some documents Nam's way. "These are reports for the control room of three unidentified suits. All we know is that it is not ours. Nam looked over the documents briefly before putting them aside. "I'm I getting any support?" Nam asked, feeling a little out numbered. The older man looked at the middle-aged one and then looked back at Nam. "Well, we aren't sure. There doesn't seem to be many on staff right now. This may just be you, but we will try to find some support for you." Nam knew it wasn't going to be easy if he was alone. Nam got up. "Well, have yourselves a good day." Nam said, saluting as he walked out. Nam headed over to the dock to find his suit. Nam stood in front of the Slaughter Dagger ISWP, took a deep breath, and then headed to the cockpit. Once inside the suit, Nam did a systems check, then headed for the hatch. He looked outside the hatch. The suits were above, coming down. “Why not meet them up there." Nam said, headed upward. |

A Viola's Passion The gentle whine of the violinists strings purred over a few speakers within the cafeteria, its soothing sounds a contrast to the shanty that only one man was visiting at the time. Legs crossed, the man dressed in crimson simply enjoyed this time of solitude as he sat at the center of the quarters. A single hand rose and fell as it held a simple mug, its contents a strange brew, one he personally sought to create. Steam could constantly be seen rising in a straight column before soon dissipating, pursed lips carefully blowing the discolorations away. A wonderful time it was to enjoy such pleasant company as Quattro sat in silence, paying heed to the viola's passion. Soon after there seemed to be a bit of commotion coming from the hallway, yet still the man remained seated. He knew very well what the issue was, as only one event in particular would cause such a ruckus, but he chose rather to wait for the typical informant to come and perform his duties. And, as if by coincidental summoning, an Ensign came through the frame and immediately spoke, paying no heed to the standard salutary greeting. "Lieutenant, there seems to be an invading force. The Bridge requests that you get to your mobile suit immediately." There was a brief moment of silence following this, as the scarfed man allowed time for his laughter to produce, complimenting on how well choreographed chaos seemed to be. He then arose from his seat, leaving the heated drink to cool. His tongue still warm from its liquid contents, he gave only a single comment in passing the Ensign, "Make sure to keep it cool." With time forbidden to be wasted the Lieutenant soon found himself within the hangar, his crimson normal suit dawned with the gold lace about its length. Similarly styled helmet at his side Quattro began to rise as he floated toward his suits midsection, the magnificent Re-Gz. When the Captain had requested his previous suit be decommissioned, the Lieutenant chose this suit as its style and construction were similar to the Jegan. Admiring such craftsmanship for but a few moments longer he entered the cockpit of his suit, encased in darkness momentarily as the systems within began to ignite. Helmet in its proper place he soon found himself at the open bay. The brilliant lights of space danced about the helmets visor as he looked out in amazement before commencing the operation. Due to certain circumstances he was not to launch but instead simply exit the cruiser in a 'free-fall' before igniting his thrusters at a gentle velocity to be at the side of several other suits, one in particular, a Gundam by its flamboyant markings, giving a speech to the invading forces, interesting to see how that would play out. At the press of a single button he entered communication with nearby allied mobile suits. And now a period of rest was at hand, before the chaos ensued. A fatigued breath was released, the wear of war showing in those deep set eyes, as he uttered his minute prayer, "God give me the grace to pass from this place." |

Traveling a small distance from the rest of the pack, was one of the more advanced machines that the Jupiter Empire had to offer. As the Sazabi, DOM Trooper, and Zaku Custom neared closer to their destination, the enemy defense started to launch, responding in kind. The quantum computer of the Infinite Justice blipped, picking up the main heat signature of the first unit to come from Aargon. Tawkashis' eyes widened a bit, the optics of the Gundam zooming in on the machine, an "Unknown" flashing next to the picture of the mobile suit. Doing what it was made to, the computer flash marked key points of visible weaponry, adding them to the data it was quickly attempting to decipher. As always in battle, that particular Unknown, and obvious prototype, went after an opponent, which happened to be the Sazabi Gundam of the Jupiter Empire. Seeing that, Enzeru still remained drifting behind them, left hand gripping the acceleration lever. Next to launch was one of the oh so common Slaughter Dagger units, equipped with the also very common ISWP pack. A boring sigh escaped the Commanders lips, the currently launched machines not sparking his interest in the slightest.. He would have gone after the Unknown Gundam, but it seemed that it wanted to play with the Sazabi. The next one to emerge was that of the Re-GZ model, A wanna be version of the notorious Zeta Gundam. This slightly aroused his attention, but not enough to engage just yet. He was waiting for someone else... And then the last of the enemy units launched. A smile spread on the pilot face. The ZZ Gundam emerged from Aargons hangers, arriving in its humanoid form. Slowly, the main vernia lever was pushed forward, slightly intensifying the output of the engines. Sure enough, the ZZ transformed, punching its own engines, and rocketed toward what looked to be the vicinity of the allied Zaku Custom. It split, it's core top and core base separating, attempting to align its self into position above the Zaku. It was time. The lever was pushed forward to its maximum in one smooth motion, the Sub flight Lifter on the back quarters of the Gundam lifting, putting the suit into its "High Maneuver" mode. Raw plasma exploded from the vernia on the back of the PT, as well as the Sub Flight Lifter. The extreme power boost slammed the pilot back, propelling it in the direction between its ally, and enemy. The cockpit blipped again, picking up the Re-GZ as it also approached the area. As the Infinite Justice glid past the front upper section of the Zaku Custom, about sixty meters away, it tiled left on it's AMBAC system, it's opposite sided lower apogee motors firing, which in turn compensated to continue the roll, rotating the mobile suit vertical, but upside down. At the same time, both enemy units fired, the Commander firing its left shoulder assist motors to slow its advance, shield held out in front of it. The cockpit went nuts, the crimson warning lights on the left and right sides of the pilots head casting a red hue across the main monitors that surrounded him. Even though Enzeru had hoped to block the main assault from the Double Zeta Gundam, it didn't turn out that way. Before the assist motors could slow the unit to stop it efficiently, it went just past the right side of it's allied Zaku, the beam shield activating, dissipating one of the two double beam rifle bolts from the ZZ, and cannon shot from the Re-GZ. Already aware that he wasn't going to be able to stop all the force from the other beams, he manipulated the controls, swinging the Gundam upright, and as he did, the cockpit again would blare warning, indicating the RPGs that had been launched from both enemy MS. A targeting reticle appeared on the main monitor, locking onto the first pair of missiles, which were fired from the ZZ. The 17.5mm CIWS located in the suits chest reacted promptly, unleashing a steady stream of ammunition at the two projectiles. Most of the rounds missed, but a few clipped the right missile, causing it to detonate, which due to the fact that the two missiles were in a pair, caused the other to explode as well. At the same time, the head of the machine looked "Skyward" the 14mm machine gun mounted there firing as well, the optics following the path the two missiles fired from the Re-GZ. The first was detonated before the two split, a simple line of following the second causing its destruction as it was caught up in the ammunition. More RPGs from the ZZ were in closing in on the Zaku, but Enzeru had helped his ally as much as he could for now. Again, the main vernia were punched, sending the Infinite Justice up and toward the ZZ, which seemed to still be separated and was attempting to re-connect. With this being the case, the Sub-flight Lifter detached away from the main body of the Gundam, rolling toward the respective side of the Core Top fighter, approaching it. The main body went toward the other half. As the Sub Flight Lifter came out of its roll, cannons in line, they both fired, attempting to destroy the Top Fighter section of the enemy. As the main mobile suit portion of the IJ approached the Core Base of the ZZ, both arms were coming away from the upper torso of the Gundam, igniting beam boomerangs gripped in each hand. In the same motion of pulling them, the arms arched back, then came forward with full force. The one from the right arched wide, on a path to rip into the Core Base section of the enemy Gundam. The reason it was arched wide was in case the Core Top section got to close to try and connect with its brethren, it would also be in danger of being damage by the rang. The left was released in a much straighter path, thrown to slice through the mid section of the Core Base. The second boomerang was let go after the first, that way the first would have the time it needed to move in its path, and not endanger the second boomerang in colliding with it. When the second beam projectile was unleashed, the left hand grabbed the High Energy Beam Rifle from the hard point on the rear section of the Skirt armor, and pulled it free. The arm snapped into place, taking Aim on the Core Base section of the Double Zeta. Two bolts fired, aimed on the left and right sides away from the boomerang, attempting to add yet more devastation on the Core Base, to impact on the rear and slightly inward of its front section. The arm moving only slightly, the third and last bolt was released, aimed at the mid section of the Core Top section, a last resort to help with the already fired cannon shots toward it. Enzeru smirked, only slightly slowing his advance on the enemy, HE-Beam Rifle in position to fire again, and shield held out in front of the suit. |

Laughing to himself, the irony came back to bite him in the ass. Or rather, shoot him in mobile-suit lingo. DJ cut the thrusters, looking around. He saw an unknown Gundam in front of himself, and hearing the pilot identify himself as Zechs Marquise. "Ahh, Mister Marquise. Your reputation precedes you. And to think you'd be stationed somewhere like here." He said, being a smartass. But the tone of his voice would make you think DJ was being polite. Which in truth, the reverse were true. Putting his helmet on, he prepared for combat. "Alas, I shall not pull back my forces. If you have any worries, please, bring them to me on the battlefield..." He said, aiming the gun at Zech's. However, he didn't make the first move. Then, he looked around at the battlefield and noticed that the enemy reinforcements were growing. Either they anticpated the Jupiter Empire to make a move, or they are just slow at responding. But, a glimmer of hope caught his eye. General Tawkashi was with him, although, he was far below DJ in rank, he still had respect for him as if he were a Supreme Commander. "Ah. The "Face of Aaragon". Nice to have you aboard. Supreme Commander DJ Jaco here, in the Sazabi. Welcome to the Operation. Take the others out. Zech's is mine." DJ then fired two shots out of the beam gun at Zech's mid-torso. Then, he boosted to the right, going up and down in multiple directions so he couldn't be pegged for a lock-on easily by Zech's.

“Mr....” he paused. “Well, how awkward. You know my name yet I do not know yours. I guess that means this won’t take long.” Zechs said, preparing griping his control yokes tightly. He knew it was coming, but that didn’t make him prepared. He watched as the weapon was pointed at him. He didn’t wait for it to fire; he knew that if he stood still for too long he’d be in trouble. The verniers on the Dynr fired, launching the unit upward. He wasn’t pushing them yet, no it was far too early to employ his trump card just yet; his speed. He watched as the Sazabi opened fire at nothing but space. With only a minimal output of its thrusters, the Dynr lazily flew through space. He wasn’t worried, not anymore. The adrenaline had taken a hold of him, and the fear and doubt was pushed to the back of his mind. “I’m sorry you came so far to fail.” He knew the jibe would receive some sort of rise out of his opponents. “but you will go no further.” He murmured to himself. The beam assault rifle came forward, aiming at the Sazabi. “Now, final warning, unless you want me to mount that unit on my ship; I suggest you leave.” |

Harutomo had launched a bit before, but he had been in a daze. Perhaps the late night, and his lack of sleep had contributed to that. He had even been contiued forward in the ZZ while it remained in the slow and unweildy Mobile Suit mode. Snapping out his drift for a second, Harutomo focused, using his acute senses and quick mind to find a quick remedy for his problem. Immediately, he decided that beginning in a battle would help him, so he quickly transformed into the G Fortress mode, and slammed down, to full speed ahead. One unit soon caught his eye, and Harutomo quickly split the ZZ into its core base and core top. The Core Top connected with the double beam rifle, as Harutomo's cockpit unit latched on to the core base. Both units sped forwards, at differing angles to the right and left of a Jovian Zaku [Rime] on the field. As they sped forwards, the enemy pilot would never notice that they were in fact coming for that unit, and would most likely be taken by surprise when they did finally attack. Soon enough, the units where both at the foe's two direct sides. They both then began to slow down, and abrubtly turned to face the enemy [Rime] at the exact same time, and then both fired. Of course, one salvo was launched momentarily before the other attacks where made. Before attacking though, Harutom sent a quick message to Quattro, a new pilot, but talented nonetheless. They had practiced together, and Haru figured his aid would be helpful at this time. Both the Core Base and Core Top where about 200 meters away from the foe, and where almost aligned perfectly with each other, and with the Zaku in the middle. This allowed for coordinated and effective attacks, while also avoiding friendly fire between the two units. The moment both turned, they then fired off their attacks, at the same time, to successfully trap and hopefully, destroy the foe. The Core Top unit, its only weapon being the double beam rifle, simply fired off one double beamed round for the foes' shoulders, neck, and head area. The large twin beams could easily cover the entire area. At the same time, the Core Base unit launched two immense beam rounds with its twin beam cannons. Each beam headed towards the foes' sides, the side differing upon the respective sides of the beam cannon. The two beams where targetted at the units' sides and lower arms. If the foe did not move, the beams would pass over and scrape the sides of the stomach of the suit, as well as envelope the arms. And at that moment, as well, Harutomo had made a lock on the foe, from within the Core Base. He then launched eight missiles at the foe, assorted into two pairs and each pair with a different arc and target. One pair of missiles shot towards each of the foes' two legs, and another pair soared towards the foes' upper thighs. The pairs took outward arcs, soaring away from the foe, then coming back in for the blow at the targeted and locked area. Harutomo was sure that he had made a successfull attack, and quickly angled both of the ZZ units to tilt upwards, then both accelerated, to meet above the foe, eventually. |

"So they've finally shown their faces." Gawin scoped the battlefield momentarily before noticing a Slaughter Dagger approaching from below. The IWSP pack offered many advantages but Gawin already knew his angle of attack. My flexibility in melee combat and longer reach should be enough to outclass that unit. Too far from his opponent to utilize his newly formed strategy, Gawin opted for a more reasonable attack. The assist thrusters on the DOM angled it enough for it to rain down a beam gatling barrage of 10 shots towards the Dagger which would spread ever so nicely in conjunction with a pin point accurate beam mode Multi-plex launcher shot from the DOM's main armament. Keeping his eye on his opponent, Gawin began moving towards the Dagger. Every step would bring him closer to his desired position. If he could get there, then he could pull the ace out of his sleeves. |

"Pfft, please. If I wanted you to have my name, I would've given it to you, Zechs." DJ said, boosting around. He knew better than to stay still, especially while fighting Zechs Marquise. DJ knew he'd have his own work cut out for him, with the adrenaline taking hold of him too. "But...if you must know, my name is DJ Jaco. My rank in the Jupiter Empire...well, I'm the Supreme Commander of the Military Forces. I run everything." He said, gripping his controls as well. DJ tried to find the groove in the cockpit of the Sazabi. It was a nuisance to him, trying to stay comfortable in a new suit that had yet to be broken in. "To fail? My dear enemy, I don't think you know who your messing with. While I may not have a reputation like you, I assure you; I am no mere rookie. I didn't bribe anybody to get where I am. I assure you, yet again, you -will- have your work cut out for you against my pilots as well." DJ cut the comm. link for a second, trying to take aim at Zechs. Since it was in motion, the Dynr would be hart to get a lock on. And it was going a fairly decent speed. But DJ didn't bring the Sazabi full-power yet. He brought prepared to launch the funnels, right before he fired three shots in the path the Dynr was heading in. Since DJ didn't peg a lock on him, Zechs would have no warning of the shots except for dumb luck, and seeing the rifle. But other than that, the shots were heading on a collision course with the Dynr, at the speed of light nearly. "All units; leave this one to me. All others, engage your own units at your own disgression. Tawkashi, you head up the other side of the forces..." He said to Enzeru, happy to see that he was in the attack. Enzeru came out of nowhere to DJ, but he was happy. |

The Sakakida Strike As the battle had commenced the Re-Gz stood in a solemn manner, a spectator to the initial strikes by each side. With interest he watched as two high-ranked officials seemed to enter a bit of a struggle. But little time remained to enjoy such a sight as two distinct lights came to fruition within his cockpit that signified two different actions. The first, a pale blue, made mention that the Back Weapon System had been launched and was prepared for docking with his suit. A slight jut of the thrusters allowed the suit to gracefully turn about before taking its appropriate shape and entering Waverider mode as it docked with the large weapons system. Having completed this task it came time to pay heed to this second light, Murakami requested his assistance. With a dazzling display of lights the thrusters activated as the Re-Gz seared through the darkness, a solemn glow puncturing the black. His suit rose in what seemed to be a two-dimensional battle. Quattro climbed to greater heights as he rose above the Zaku Custom in preparation of the maneuver Harutomo had so cleverly named the 'Sakakida Strike'. And whilst Bajeena wasn't all too fond of such a name, he recognized its strategic value. Now a great distance above the Zaku his Re-Gz took a nose dive as it descended upon the foe's suit from directly above. It sights aligned to the center of the Jovian suit he pressed a single switch which fired the Re-Gz's cannon, a magnificent display of light followed as the powerful shot streaked downward descending upon the Zaku time perfectly so that they were in unison with the Double Zeta's own attacks. With the primary task of the maneuver complete he then fired but two missiles which arched outward before coming back in so as to strike toward the custom unit's rear. Having done such he then quickly pulled up from his downward spiral and did a quick round about so as to return toward the Union's main line of defense. The pair of lights, their tasks fulfilled, were consumed by the darkness once more. The Re-Gz turned once more so he could spectate as he had prior, enjoying the many brilliant sights of war, the grin upon his face prominent as he watched with a passion similar to that of the viola's. "We must change that foolish name." |

Zechs rolled his eyes. “Supreme Commander of the Military Forces, he runs everything, he says.” He held back a scoff. The mans futile attempts at striking Zechs ego weren’t working. He knew that it’d be pointless to keep it up, but he would humor him. At best, it would leave the pilot distracted and keep Zechs mind free. “Oh really now. I don’t know who I’m messing with, eh? Someone with no reputation is no mere rookie, Look out! The no-name grunt is going to kill me.” He rolled his eyes once again, sighing allowed. The idiocy from his opponent was enough to make him gag. “No, my dear friend, you didn’t bribe anyone for your position but neither did I.” he said, a flame filling his voice. “I fought, kicked, bit, killed, and wrestled my way to the top. If anyone got in my way, I made them disappear. If anything stood between me and my goals, I destroyed it. Nothing would stop me. That’s the difference between you and I. I fought for my position, you were handed it.” He snarled. The shots erupted from the barrel of the rifle, directly towards Zechs. He wasn’t worried. He continued on his course, waiting till the last possible moment before…they struck. To anyone watching it appeared as if the Dynr had just been hit directly with the three beam rounds. “Now Now, don’t take me lightly.” A voice said calmly across the airwaves. The beam shield on the arm of the Dynr had erupted into life, taking the blast from the three rifles easily. “Now, shall we stop with the warm up….” He paused, lobbing off a few rounds from his assault rifle. “…or shall we continue pussy-footing around. If you wish I can wait for you to get ready, you know; use the little ladies room and all that, Supreme Commander Mr.Jaco.” |

"...Right, I was handed my position. Well, Zechs, if you want to try and get into my ego, your doing a piss-poor job of it, nemesis. What you fail to realize, I've been fighting since I was nineteen for this position." He said, as the shield took the blunt of the rounds fired at him. Mere luck, to DJ. Beams are capable of achieving the speed of light. It was a true fluke that the shield happened to be at the right place, at the right time. "I've fought in the Earth Union, fighting monsters that were capable of tearing me apart in superior suits. I've even fought with the Sulaymaan against the Earth Union." He said, boosting upwards to close the gap between Zechs and himself. "I did not ask to be handed this position. I earned it fighting. Nothing more." He shot back into his seat as he cut the thrusters abruptly, spinning the Sazabi in a ninety-degree motion. He paused there, for a slight second to talk to his enemy. "Oh, and one more thing Zechs. No one has to be famous like you, or Rodrin Durtal to have skill. A no-name grunt can posess talent such as you, myself, or even your allies. It doesn't take reputation to make skill. Reputation is just what soldiers earn by using their own skills. For all we know, some no-name grunt, as you put it, could be the one pilot to determine the outcome of these wars." Hitting the thrusters hard, DJ shot back into the seat as the cushions in them made him feel like he was in a reclyner. With his throat running dry, DJ took aim at the Dynr. However, he didn't fire three shots at once like his usual strategy. DJ spun the Sazabi, now facing the Dynr full-frontal. He was a fairly decent distance, but still within gun-range. Taking aim at the space the Dynr was at, he followed it closely as DJ fired one shot. DJ boosted upwards, putting more distance between the two. This time, however, he shot straight forward on the thrusters as the gap quickly become shortened. Within range, DJ got close to the Dynr. But he wasn't close enough to be hit by a beam saber or anti-ship sword. Probably about twenty football field lengths. DJ fired two shots, as he reversed the Sazabi with the assist motors and boosted back. Then, he cut the thrusters as he put more distance, again, between the two. He used the assist motors to turn it around in a one-eighty degree turn, facing the Dynr, yet again. |

Nam knew many could never compete with him. He was sure that this was truth, thinking about what suit to take out first. “Who wants to bleed first?” Nam said, lightly licking the middle of his lips. He hadn’t really ever gotten the chance to take the Strike Dagger out into battle, but he had used it in some training and war games, so he had an idea of that that the suit was capable of. Nam thought back to his days starting in the academy, how he crushed all that came against him on the war games. He had an almost perfect record, almost. Lucky fools they were to get me cornered like that. He thought of the suits that were ahead nothing more then vermin in his house. “Damned dirty rats.” Nam said to himself, “Need to be poisoned, that they do.” As Nam tried to near the suits above, his systems sensors awoke. He thought fast, looking up, seeing as it would come from only that way. The Shots were specks at the time, but were closing fast. “They expect to get me with this kind of child’s play.” Nam said, chuckling. Nam cut his boosters, realigned them, and then took off to an extreme right. The shots had passed by, but Nam was clear. “Ugh. Why do they even bother to fight in this manner? Such a waste.” Nam said, slightly shaking his head. He shot back to his upward climb, on an angle as to be facing the right side of the DOM. As the range started to close in a bit more, Nam would be ready with some firepower. Once within long-mid range, Nam opened fire with is Gatling Gun.(Whole attack for the DOM, A.K.A Victory)Five shots, shooting in a straight line with the DOM, one or two just below the suits underbelly, two to the lower belly of the suit, one to the top back of the suit, and one just above the suit. Nam then fired long ways at the suit, one just above the suits head, one headed to the neck, one to the arm, one leg, and one just below the foot. All of this, to the right side of the DOM, in a sort of cross fashion. |

Harutomo frowned as he saw the Infinite Justice slink into the battle, to interupt the ZZ's fun. The Infinite Justice exploded onto the scene, blocking a considerable amount of attacks launched against the seemingly idle Zaku Custom. But, he did miss a few attacks. Three pairs of missiles made it past the Infinite Justice, and continued on their path to the foe's legs, and would most likely destroy both leg units entirely, all the way up to the thighs. Also, one beam from the double barrel beam rifle continued, and would most likely strike down the head of the unit, as well as blow a hole through his shoulder. And finally, both of the twin beam cannons where successful, and would easily blow off both arms, and scrape the armor off of the sides. At least with that in mind, the opponent would be taking some damage. But one thing was revealed to Harutomo through the foe's use of his beam shield. Harutomo was then sure that he would only be able to strike this foe down with the rightious blow that was being called for, in close quarters combat. But, Harutomo did not have time to think. As soon as he noticed the enemy coming close, he tossed the idea of snapping the two pieces together, and simply pulled both units up, and they rose away from danger. Beams flashed below the Core Top Fighter, and then a few more flashes below the Core Base, as they sped upwards. Soon enough, both units met above their previous positions, and snapped together quickly, and just in time. As soon as the ZZ had rose its shield, a few beams flew below the ZZ. Harutomo let out a sigh. He had been pretty sure that he would have to protect himself there. As soon as the foe had finished his beam barrage with his rifle, Harutomo rose his Double Beam Rifle, and let out a large pair of beams at a downward angle at the Sub Flight Lifter's nose, and partially in front of it, as it was still traveling forwards from its previous movement. Harutomo had a good view of it from above, and quickly analyzed the enemy's tool. It was an effective idea, no doubt, but hopefully it would be gone soon. Then, Harutomo directed his attention to his real foe, the dreadful Gundam. Both beam cannons snapped down in an instant, and let two beams fly. The beams covered both of the foes' sides, as well as its arms. Almost in that instant, Harutomo released two missiles from the 18 Tube missile pod, and they arced below and above the foe, at the head and the feet. Afterwards, Harutomo remained at the ready. He was expecting this foe to come closer, because for some reason, he felt familiar with this pilot and his strategy. Almost like they had met before... |

A Leisurely Stroll “My oh, my. Seems Murakimi still requires a bit of assistance.” As if a moment of deja vu one of the displays came to light once more, the pilot of the Double Zeta requesting assistance with this new entrance to the field. An intimidating suit, though one was never to judge by appearance as was made clear from the fate of the Zaku Custom. Terrible tragedy it was, dear Quattro could produce in remorse was the typical grin he so frequently sought from such pleasurable moments. Truthfully its pain was in no way due to his own attacks, his mind still fiddled with the many notions of possibilities. But still, he was to pay heed to his superiors plea before he could return to his leisure. His right hand pressed forward as the Re-GZ's throttle increased toward maximum, a number of vernier coming to life as the Waverider once more took flight in the direction of the struggle. As the suit began to reach its climax the crimson garbed pilot could begin to feel the immense amount of pressure pressing against his body as it slowly resided into his seat. Though still quite capable to maneuver the Bajeena pulled back on the controls as the Re-GZ began to take an arch upward similar to how he performed his previous maneuver earlier, though the icon which blinked on his monitor was that of the Sub Flight Lifter which was currently separated from the Gundam engaged with the Double Zeta. With a bit of a flourish and flamboyant flair the Waverider gave a quick spiral which soon found itself descending upon the mechanism. Wasting little time he immediately fired his primary cannon at the slightest of angles so that it would strike at the center of Gundam's separate unit. Following this rather hurriedly Quattro pulled toward the left so that rather then collide with the Sub Flight Lifter he instead passed toward its left side, firing two missiles at the side as he passed. Still within range he once more lifted up on the controls, heroically taking the amount of strain placed upon his body as the Re-GZ suddenly changed directions. A second turn found itself lined up appropriately with the Sub Flight Lifter's right side. Coming within critical distance the Lieutenant fired the dual beam cannons toward the remaining opening before quickly rising once more so as to avoid collision. The light once more began to fade as he began to let down on the thrusters, returning to a more leisurely cruise. Time being the greatest of factors, he had made sure to fire his primary cannon at the time his comrade had fired upon the actual Gundam, this theoretically placing a bit of pressure on the enemy pilot. He pondered upon this only mildly, seeing as to how such a highly ranked Jovian would react. Curiosity taking hold he gave a makeshift chuckle, making sure to cover his mouth with the back of his hand, though the visor interfered, as his other hand manipulated the Waverider so that its path once more moved in the direction of the dueling units and the separated mechanism, moving slowly as he observed what next was to come. |

The DOM strafed to the right as it continued boosting all the while moving towards the Slaughter dagger. With the distance between the two still being rather large, the shots weren't too hard to dodge, though two shots hit and took off large chunks of armor located on the suit's left shoulder and hip. As it continued getting closer, the DOM rose its giga-launcher again and fired off two beam shots, one aimed to the dagger's chest and the other aimed to the dagger's neck. The two suits were now even closer together and the DOM's shots were more accurate and quicker to their target as opposed to before. Gawin remained silent and coolly calculating as he continued thinking of his next move. It seemed the next counter movement to the Dagger's actions would prove to be more difficult to deal with and he was already pretty close to the enemy unit as is, so he steadily slowed down the DOM. I'm ready, give me your best shot. |

Commander Tawkashi did what he could for his ally, but as he engage the ZZ Gundam, his rear view monitor showed that his attempts to save the Zaku were in vain. The devastating weaponry that had gotten past the Infinite Justice ripped into the JE LP, tearing it to shreds. Enzeru grimaced, hoping against all hope that the pilot of that unit was still alive. Even though his ally had just been damaged heavily, he had his own hide to look out for as well. He just hoped that the pilot of that Zaku had enough mind of his own to get the hell out of there. Even though the Commander had unleashed what should have been a battle ending assault, the pilot of the Double Zeta pulled both halves up, scarcely avoiding the onslaught that surly would have sent him packing. Even though the beams missed their marks, the boomerangs did what they were suppose to, arching in their path, and heading back in the direction of their wielder. Even though the Gundam was heading toward its opponent, it seemed the enemy was more interested in getting rid of the Sub-Flight-Lifter first. It's double beam rifle leveled on the separate unit, and when it did, Enzeru was ready for it. The powerful two shots fired from the double barrels, and when they did, the quantum computer beeping warning the instant they fired, the Commander manipulated the Lifters controls. The main engines of the Lifter shifted right, igniting full bore, which sent the unit out of the beams main path. But those beams were to large to escape with a simple side maneuver, and Enzeru knew it. As the main engines fired, the top apogee motor on the right side of the Lifter fired as well, dipping the profile of the machine, which in sense was enough to avoid the main force of the attack, the heat from the close encounter threatening to distort the alloy of the right wing, but luckily as the unit dipped, it also strafed left, which enabled it to avoid what could have been the support units end. But you see, controlling the Lifter only required one hand, and while the ZZ Gundam was focused on the secondary Mecha, his other was at work on it's own controls. The High Energy Beam rifle was already leveled on the opposing PT prior to its focus on the Sub Flight Lifter, and as the enemy was turning his attention to the Actual JE MS, two beam rifle bolts were fired. The first was aimed at the large double barrel beam rifle, and the other at one of its missile binders. Enzeru didn't know what the outcome of his beam rifle shots would be, but it should throw his enemies aim off, at the least. The cannons snapped into place, which he expected powerful weaponry to be on its way, due to the ZZs armaments, which is also why he slowed his advance on his foe prior to the current situation. The cockpit blipped, warning the pilot that his enemy was targeting his unit. Just as the cannon shots were fired, the Commander slowed his advance more, reducing the main engine output to 15%. As the vernia output was lowered, the assist motors on both the Gundams legs were punched, flipping the suit backwards. In mid-flip, the main engines were pushed, which rocketed the machine upward, assist motors rotating it to face it's foe. The two emerald cannon bolts continued on their path below him, disappearing into the distance. While the streaks of powerful plasma passed him, warning sensors announced that two RPGs were incoming, the left leg of the Gundam drawing backward, as well as a separate window opening up that indicated that the Lifter was targeted, and fired upon. Working the secondary machines controls with one hand, the Sub Flight Unit tilted vertical, the bottom apogee motors firing, attempting to get it out of harms way. For the most part, it was successful, but to close a call, the cannon shot from the Re-GZ leaving a wide, shallow valley in the bottom section of the Lifter. It seemed as the enemy passed the left side of the support unit, it also let fly two missiles, which both detonated on the left wing and mid/rear section of the machine as it leveled out of its maneuver. But see, something wonderful about the Lifter, that it to, same as its docking companion, was outfitted with Variable Phase Shift Armor. On a different note... While one hand was working the controls for the support unit, all the pilots other limbs were focused on the two RPGs that were headed for its head and legs, only now they were reversed due to the shift in the machines position. Enzerus mind was strained, trying to keep up with the secondary unit and his suit at once. Sweat beaded down his forehead. As the missile that had been fired at his PTs head (Which would now be the legs) closed in, the left leg that had drawn back, came forward, the griffon beam saber type weapon that went from the knee, down into the top of the foot, ignited, slicing the missile in two. At the same time, the left arm was angled downward, the Large Beam Boomerang/Large type beam saber that was housed in the shield igniting, which caught the very small in comparison missile in its wrath, detonating it as well. Now, with all of this happening, it did this: The Infinite Justice, and it's brethren, due one getting hit with missiles, and the other destroying the ones launched at it, were both encased in smoke, hiding their actions. Meanwhile, the Re-GZ had circled around to the opposite side of the Lifter, or what he would have thought was the opposite side, and fired two more cannon shots at it. The support unit came out of the smoke cloud, its main left engine functioning a little less than half mass, while two of the upper assist motors were working at their limit. The two griffon 2 beam blades that ran along the inner length of each wing were ignited, creating what looked to be a mobile suit sized beam boomerang spinning in a varial movement, hence the functioning of the engines. The two cannon shots met with the Lifter, the insanely fast spinning mechanism deflecting most of the onslaught. What did get through splashed onto the surface of the unit in various places, the very small, heavily reduced sparks of plasma leaving nothing but small blemishes/holes in the first layer of Gundarium. As the Sub-Flight-Lifter came to a draw with the cannon shots, it leveled out of it's spin with a heavy alignment of assist motors, having passed/gone under the current path of the Re-GZ, it stopped with its cannons aimed on a path in front of the enemy, on its left side. The left griffon 2 beam blade weapon blipped a couple times, then shut down, due to the intense encounter with the cannon blasts, while the right one dis-ignited. The cannons fired, their powerful wrath on a forward path with the full bore thrusting Re-GZ. At its current traveling velocity, chances of it maneuvering in time time to come out of the attack unscathed, were slim to none. Back to the suit... As the Lifter was sent on its path out of the smoke, the cockpit of the IJ beeped, notifying the pilot that the beam boomerangs were twenty meters from the current position of the machine. A quick keyboard command activated the information of the boomerangs, indicating their traveling speed/how man spins per second, ect. Going off of the information provided by the quantum computer, Enzeru timed it just right. As the left and right beam boomerangs entered the smoke cloud, the Grapple Stinger located on the top section of the main shield fired from its restraints, the claw like tip of the Grappler clamping down onto the hand hold of the left weapon, while the right hand caught the other. The Commander let the force of the projectile work with the movement of the Grapple line, rotating the arm/shield with it to give it force/momentum. In mid-second and a half rotation, the "Mouth" of the Grappler opened, releasing the beamed projectile backward. The Boomerang was released full force, if not spinning a little lop sided due to how it was thrown, on a path to make contact with the mid/rear section of the Re-GZ as the enemy rocketed forward in its path. The weapon was released just about the same time the cannon shots from the Sub-Flight Lifter were fired, attempting to cause the pilot twice the amount of danger. With the enemy rocketing full thrust as he was, most likely, his only options would be to pull a hard bank to the left or right, in which case, if he went right, he'd go right into the boomerang.. Left, and the rang would still continue on its path, hell bound on carrying out its objective. As the Boomerang on the Grapple line was let go, the Grappler was wound back into its housing slot. The same time that the weapon sent toward the Re-GZ was released, in the same motion of catching it, the right arm was wound back, swinging forward to unleash the weapon in an under-ached path with the ZZ Gundam.. Or what Enzeru hoped was its underside, but at it none the less. Radar/Thermal sensors weren't precise, but they provided enough. After throwing the second projectile, the main engines were punched, and while this was done, command for the Lifter to return to its dock was given. The Infinite Justice exploded out of the now diminishing cloud, rifle arm aimed at the opposing. The Boomerang was spiraling toward the enemy, which he could see now, and while taking careful aim, a single bolt was fired from the rifle, aimed to impact into the front nose section of the Wave-Rider Mode machine. Pivoting the pedals under his feet, the main vernia of the Gundam shifted position, circling the suit around the right side of its foe.. Glancing at the right monitor, a readout of the current damage was displayed... Beam Shield functioning at 42%. VPS armor down to 78%. Minor damage to the Sub-Flight Lifter, and one of the two griffon 2 blades malfunctioned, causing it to shut down.. "Bastards..." As the IJ circled the right side of the enemy, beam rifle aimed toward it, shield held at the ready, he felt the suit jolt a bit as the Lifter docked onto the rear quarters of the Gundam. "Don't take me lightly boys... Death will be the only outcome." |

When the two beam rifle bolts lanced out at Haru, he moved the shield to block, each one taking a small hit in the center. The shield where still working, fortunately. And while the foe was busy retreiving and playing with his boomerangs, Harutomo charged and released a powerful Mega Particle Beam Cannon for the foe's torso, then quickly turned and boosted forwards to avoid the approaching boomerang. Harutomo then turned again, to see another beam rifle shot being snapped off. He once again used his shield to block the attack, as the center became relatively useless from overuse. He then began his own major assault by firing off both beam cannons and the beam rifle. The two cannons covered the area in front of the foe as he continued to charge forwards, while the beam rifle was for the upper body. Harutomo then accelerated and began an approach upon the foe. |

The Other Method One couldn't look upon the face beneath the visor, though mostly indifferent, and not see the disappointment which seemed to overturn the previous grin. The enemy pilot handled himself wonderfully, taking only the slightest scratches from the duo's masquerade. An anti-climatic sigh was released from the man who sat at the controls, pondering as to what wonders would of come from such a fiasco. But now came time for the foe to retaliate as he send a rather colorful bunch of weapons in his direction. However, it seemed quite a few of these were overthrown as they shot past his Re-GZ. Now in most cases a pilot would see fit to exact some form of revenge upon the man who had caused him harm, a common reaction especially in the battlefield. But at that moment the rather unorthodox Quattro had a grin spread across his face, a common sight in actuality. With a slight laugh he once more activated the full girth of his suit's verniers, his quickening speeds increasing a gentle hand navigated the machine through the thickness of space. In a questionable feat, the Re-GZ turned away from the Gundam and Murakimi. It seemed the Waverider held no particular path as it soared amongst the stars. Would the cat chase the mouse, or would the dog that is the Double Zeta pose a greater threat? The notion only motivated further laughter from the Bajeena as he sped away. He would most certainly return, as they say the night was still rather young. |

Even thought Enzeru had planned on using the smoke from the explosions of the missiles as a diversionary tactic to hide his actions, the screen of it seemed to fade faster than he had anticipated. As the Boomerang from the Grapple Stinger was released, and the other was caught, before he could move the weapon in line with his opponent, the cockpit blared warning, having picked up the signature of the very powerful particle weapon on the upper section of the ZZ, which was gathering power to unleash its assault. Changing his mind about throwing the boomerang gripped in the Infinite Justis' right fist, he instead gripped the acceleration lever, and with a foot adjustment re-positioned the main vernia to move the unit in the right sectioned path of the enemy that he had planned on doing shortly there after, while making adjustments for the Sub-Flight Lifter with his other hand. The calculations to the Lifter were to maneuver it to remain off of the suit, for which the reason for doing so would be explained in a moment. The signature of the MPC was only climbing, the Commanders hand still gripping the acceleration lever.. "Jesus Christ.. How much more power can tha-" His voice cut off abruptly, because at that instant, the enormous beam fired. The same instant that that weapon of hellish proportions in power fired, the hand gripping the acceleration lever pushed the device forward to its maximum. The main vernia, and every assist motor that could lend a hand, fired, raw blue plasma exploding from various spots on the machines entire profile. The lurch pushed the pilot against his seat, and while the Gundam cleared the main vicinity of the blast, the outer edges of the powerful weapon scorching the bottom flat section of the JE PTs feet, rendering the assist motors located there useless, the Sub-Flight Lifter, which was hovering near by, but not within the blast radius of the MPC, came into play. You see, for a weapon such as the MPC of the ZZ to fully fire out its assault, it would take a couple seconds for the full extent of the beam to leave it's wielder. And while the huge weapon was still leaving the head mounted weapon of the enemy, the Lifter had positioned its self on the left cadi-corner section of the enemy, about eighty meters away, and fired its twin cannons. Maybe not as devastating as the weapon being fired from the enemy, but the 18.10 Mega Watts of those cannons, should they hit their target, would cause a VERY heavy amount of damage to the enemies backside. With them firing while the opposing was still in the midst of its own assault, the chance of avoiding them was next to none. With the powerful thrust the IJ had unleashed, while his enemy was firing that MPC, and the Lifter unleashed its own brigades, it had swung the PT even further around the damned near frozen in place (I say this because when that MPC is firing, your suits maneuvering/moving is pretty much impossible.) the Beam Boomerang still gripped in the right hand of the machine was released, arching to cut into the mid-torso section of the enemy as the last of its powerful Mega Cannon was leaving the unit. Even though Tawkashi couldn't be sure on what the currently sent attacks toward the enemy had resulted in, he didn't really have time to ponder about it anyhow. If anything, it should have made a huge difference in the ZZs next movements, but that would only be known in time. The enemies beam rifle rose, the suit apparently adjusting its self with the current path of the JE machine, attempting to align a shot on the Infinite Justice. When it looked like the final alignment was being made, the assist motors on the lower left section of the Mecha were punched, and what seemed to be the same instant that, that was done, the double beam rifle of the opposing fired. The Gundam side flipped to the right, then entire profile of the machine changing as the two bolts sent toward it barreled in. With changing the position of the unit in such a way, the outer left beam of the double bolts hit nothingness, while the one that was on the right, and much closer in, passed between the section between the head and shoulder of the Mobile Suit, the girth of the beam melting deep into the shoulder armor, leaving a half melted molten slag like looking piece of the armor in its place. Something Enzeru hadn't expected were the cannon shots though, the feeling of the suits cockpit shaking violently as the powerful bolts slammed into the beam shield surprising the pilot, to say the least. (I say that they struck the beam shield because I also stated in my last post that the shield was positioned in front of the machine for defensive purposes.) The powerful blow set the warning system off, a quick glance to his right side monitor indicating that the beam shields functioning capacity had been reduced to a minor 15%.... On the monitor in front of him, it showed that the ZZ was heading toward him, apparently attempting to get within Melee range of the IJ. The beam rifle gripped in the left fist of the suit jerked up, snapping off three shots down the center profile of the enemy, which would be at the head, upper torso, and cockpit region of the machine. As the last bolt was fired, the left hand replaced the beam rifle to its hard point, while the right gripped the beam saber located in the skirt armor section. When the saber was yanked free, the back hilt section of the weapon was slammed down onto the butt of the saber that stuck out of the skirt armor on the left side, connecting the two. With the connection being made, the weapon was pulled free, the left arm/shield coming to rest in front of the suit. Both sabers ignited, protruding from the back and front sections of the weapon, having formed the double beam saber/beam staff. "Come Boy... Let me take your life..."

As soon as the huge beam began to fly out of the ZZ's head-mounted cannon, the large mobile suit began to drift backwards, from the mass exodus of supercharged particles opposite to the direction of movement. As soon as Harutomo noticed the remote weapon come off to his side, Haru did all the manuevering he could, and used all of the boosters at his disposal to push the suit back even faster, while also shifting all of the boosters to the side, pushing him off to the right side, as well. Fortunately, all of this movement successfully carried Harutomo out of the way of the enemy assault from his back for the most part, but he was deffinately not in the clear yet. He noticed that the enemy beams had completely wiped off his entire left arm, shoulder and all. Now, a beam boomerang was heading towards him. Now that the foe had already dodged his beam, Harutomo decided that he may as well make some use of it, considering it had dealt no considerable damage. He used his assist motors to tilt the ZZ, forcing the beam to collide with the beam boomerang, on its course towards the still beam-spewing behemoth. The beam boomerang would most likely be reduced to scrap now, hopefully. But still, the foe continued his assault. Shortly after the ZZ's assault ended, the foe's beam rifle was raised, and at that moment, Harutomo rose his shield to cover the torso. The shots came in, and where successfully blocked. The shield, now, had almost lost all of their use. But, Harutomo had no time to observe the damage done. He had to make his move, and fast. He quickly sent a message to Quattro; "I need you to double back and take out his remote weapon thingie, Quattro! We need to hold this guy off for as long as possible!" With that, Harutomo spun the ZZ around, and now looked right in the face of the Sub Flight Lifter. The two beam cannons snapped down quickly, and both fired off, for the main mass of the foe. Both beams could easily envelope the entirety of the enemy unit. With that done, Harutomo turned and boosted towards his foe. When he was almost within melee range of the foe, no matter the foe's movement, Harutomo snapped off a double beamed beam rifle shot, one for the foe's torso, then reached back to snatch the beam sabers from the back. He also launched eight missiles, to provide company to the beam blasts. The missiles where spread about the foe's torso, creating a wall of potential explosion between the two units, as Harutomo continued his approach after activating his beam sabers. |

The Infinite Justice continued onward in its right section path of the Double Zeta Gundam, the pilot observing the "Fruits Of His Labor". From what he could see, several assist motors flared on the enemy unit, attempting to avoid as much of the assault from the Sub-Flight Lifter as possible. As the horrendous beam continued its spew outward, and with the help of the machines assist motors, the heavy mass that was the opposing began to move backward. Even though it lurched in its reverse maneuver, it was not enough to avoid what had been wrought. The Powerful emerald cannon lances collided with the left arm of the enemy, melting through the alloy like butter to a flame. In the course of the last of the heavy assault from the ZZ, it tilted lopsidedly, using the last of that particle beams strength to catch the beam boomerang in it's wrath. Amongst the powerful particles, the miniature in comparison throwing projectile was enveloped in the onslaught, detonating on contact with the super heated beam. As the ZZ positioned its self, the bolts from the beam rifle were let fly. The remaining arm of the suit covered the main torso of the machine, excepting all of the blasts into the shield. Then his foe made another mistake. He turned his back to the Commander. Turning toward the Sub-Flight Lifter as it's backpack mounted cannons were put into position to fire upon the secondary unit, the JE Commanders right hand gripped loosely on the control portion for the Lifter. This gave Enzeru a small opening, which he did not intend to waste. He decided then not to place the beam rifle back on it's mount, and instead aimed it at the exposed hind quarters of the opposing. Without using the computer to lock, three precisely aimed shots were fired from the High Energy Beam Rifle at the same time that the cannons on the backpack of the ZZ fired. The first bolt was aimed to strike in between the main vernia of the beast, while the second and third were sent on a path to collide with each of the missile binders that were stored there. Even while the bolts from the beam rifle were being released from the weapon, and the enemies cannons fired, that waiting hand that was placed on the controls for the Support Unit was working as well. When the cannons were just about put into positioned on the Lifter, a split second before they had fired, the assist motors on the left side of the unit flared, tilting the machine vertical, thinning its profile by a large margin. The same time that it tilted vertically, the main engines fired, sending the Lifter between the two cannon shots, and toward the enemy. The width of the cannons shots melted into the top and bottom portions of the lifter, thinning the Mecha as it melted into the alloy, but not enough to render the machine out of the fight. As it went toward the ZZ, and after the rifle bolts from the main unit were fired toward the enemies backside, both the cannons which were positioned for the whole front portion of their target due to their wielders profile being vertical, fired, in hope of ending the fight once and for all.. (Haru, I'm not sure what the outcome of those attacks will be, but I'll post this section to acknowledge your attacks anyhow) The Double Zeta turned toward the Infinite Justice, then punched it's main engines. It would seem that the enemy was attempting to gain on the JE PT, but the Crimson machine was already moving at 1.97G prior to its foe activating its own engines... Slowly, if not with a bit of effort, the opposing remained thrusting toward the IJ. The ZZs double beam rifle lifted, this being observed from the rear view monitor within the cockpit, and when it did, the pedals were pivoted, and the engine lever was reduced a small bit. The reduction to the main Vernia was done so the bursts from the right side apogee motors had enough power to maneuver the machine so that it faced its foe. When it turned around, shield positioned in front of it, the bolts had been fired, which met with the beam shield, dissipating out in several direction upon contact. The warning sensors for the capacity of the beam shield blared, but Enzeru didn't have time to pay attention to the results just yet. While the computer was trying to warn him of the impact to the device, a different set of lights flashed, the sensors of the Gundam having picked up eight incoming RPGs. Due to the maneuver of the Infinite Justice, its foe was now gaining quickly, but the missiles needed to be dealt with first. The RPGs had been launched in a semi-tight formation, apparently aimed to impact the front profile of the Mobile Suit. The head of the Gundam traced the line of missiles, the 14mm duel machine guns mounted there releasing a steady stream of ammunition, as did the 17.5mm CIWS that resided in the units chest. Surely enough, the missiles started to explode as the rounds struck them, detonating not only the ones that were impacted, but the explosions from those missiles caught more of them up in a chain reaction due to how they were formulated. When the missiles started to explode, Tawkashi punched the main engines of his suit, rocketing toward the enemy in kind. The still fresh smoke from the detonations still lingered, and as the Infinite Justice entered the thin screen, two missiles he had apparently missed struck the suit, impacting on the left upper thigh, and right shoulder. The two explosions again would thicken the smoke screen. When the Bringer Of Death emerged from the onslaught, its beam staff was gripped in the right hand, both ends of the melee type weapon ignited. By this time, the two fighters would be damned close to Melee range, but Enzeru planned on keeping his opponent back for a bit longer. At almost what could be considered point blank range (Probably about 60 Meters By now from one another) the beam rifle still held in the left hand of the suit was pointed at the enemy which was thrusting toward him. One bolt left the barrel, aimed at the center region of the upper torso of the enemy. When the shot was fired, the main engines of the JE PT shifted position, attempting to swing the suit in a line with the left side of the ZZ. The beam Staff swung horizontally as the Gundam tried to maneuver on that path, attempting to slice the opposing in two at its waist, shield held in front of it for defensive reasons. A quick glance told Enzeru that the beam shield was functioning at 13.09%, while the Variable Phase Shift Armor had been reduced to 67%.... When the beam rifle bolt was fired, before the beam staff attack was attempted, command for the Lifter to Dock was given. With how close the support unit was to it's docking companion, getting around to do so wasn't difficult. A hollow "Click" sounded, the weight of the lifter returning to its dock completing just as the beam staff went in for the kill....

By the way, as you may have noticed, you can void the third beam rifle shot you took to your shield, sees to how it didn't happen.
