she would have to be split by having to lead the elves and still be a rider. both sides get less.

And she finally gets together with Eragon, and according to Angela's reading "he will leave Alagaesia forever" and I honestly cannot see Ayra staying to rule Ellesmera and her people, being with Eragon, and him leaving alone.

i think that nasuada would be rider to make a female rider, arya or some elf/ dwarf leader and nasuada goes with eragon to new land like in his dream with roran or murtagh (good after galby ied) on th beach saying come back.

I will respectfully disagree. There must be a balance of the races in the New Alagaesia.

Does it say so in the book?

I think, there has never been any real balance. The elves have always been the most powerfull race, and that is nothing anyone could change, not even the riders. They are cleverer than humans, can move faster, have better senses and, most important, can use magic. What balance would that be, if one of the parties is stronger in every aspekt?

I uderstand your reasoning Wanderfalke, however, so far Elves have not abused their abilities. Humans, namely Galbatorix, have!

His dragon died out of his own arrogance and foolishness. So him and only him is resposible for it.

yeah. don't care. and read that article on Shurtugal. it is basically what i say, except for better written. lol. I'm not the best writer ever. lol. Nasuada is unlikely cuz she's human and she already has a lot on her hands to worry about.

but....... thats only because there fighting Gilby! IF GIlby was killed then Nasuadua would not have as much to worry about

well, that wont happen anytime soon and the dragon will hatch BEFORE Galby is killed. it would be anti-climactic if it hatched afterwards.
